As Joe has scheduled the time with the networks, he HAS to have several speeches prepared; one for guilty, one for not guilty, one for hung jury.
So, 2 out of 3, Joe will not be able to use that “Convicted Felon” line.
In fact, without a conviction in Merchams court, there whole plan collapses, as the RNC loses any excuse to not give PDJT the nomination, and the main reason for keeping Joe in, in order to push MAGA to vote for DeSantis, evaporates.

The public has had enough. The mugshot last August was just too much. Within three weeks he took the lead in presidential polling and except for a small State of the Union bump by FJB, Trump has not relinquished that lead. There is talk of him picking up black and Hispanic votes, we shall see. Single women — particularly baby mamas — are the only voting bloc that Biden dominates.

Saving our Democracy This Memorial Day
Hopes really rest, though, on the current case against the Grand Golem Trump in Judge Juan Marchan’s Manhattan courtroom, where the most supreme of all white supremacists stands accused of book-keeping irregularities in furtherance of federal crimes so unspeakable that they have never actually been spoken. The case, engineered by veteran DC Golem hunters Mary McCord, Norm Eisen, Lisa Monaco, and Matthew Colangelo, fronted by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, goes to the jury after final arguments this week.
Judge Marchan is expected to instruct the jury to vote guilty because no other conclusion is possible. Thus, Judge Merchan will be celebrated far and wide for saving our democracy. But that’s not all. After the most excellent verdict of guilty X-23-Plus, he will have the pleasure of sentencing this Trump to life in the Rikers Island prison complex, where it will be difficult for the Grand Golem to organize any white supremacist activities and will be relegated to a diet of baloney sandwiches for the duration of his term.
The only downside for this scenario is that Trump might get elected President of the USA despite conviction, and on January 20, 2025, commence operations to put “Joe Biden” and all the others in his train of officials in jail for the rest of their natural lives. Obviously this foreign born Judge from Colombia is not familiar with Supreme Court rulings just how banana republic justice is served!!! If found guilty President Trump must appeal to a Federal Appeals Court that his civil rights have been violated to fast track the appeal. If not the New York State Appeals Court will take 2-3 years before even hearing the appeal such is the corrupt in New York State. Remember the Mayor of NYC said Rykers Island is ready for President Trump!!! JMO. Godspeed President Trump!
One of my cases went to trial years back, a caused swoop-and-squat with $40k in claimed injuries. The jury wasn’t really buying it, but the judge disallowed much defense evidence and the jury awarded a nominal amount.
Post+trial, we asked the jury if it would have mattered to them if the judge had allowed evidence about the 9 prior near-identical car accidents the plaintiffs had been in. The jurors were furious they were not given complete relevant information, and several wanted to zero-award, but compromised.
It will be interesting to hear what jurors have to say after the trial, when they are not being treated like mushrooms.
Its my understanding the jury are NOT being sequestered in which case its only by adhering to the “honor system” that they remain unaware if all they are being kept unaware of.

They are not sequestered, and not asked to avoid the other news (Florida trial rulings, Joe Biden dropping in on Hallie with Hunter’s trial upcoming, etc.). If anyone was looking for a book deal, and was willing to deal with traffic and lost wages for over a month to get it, they probably are becoming disappointed.
Will Biden Take Us Down With Him?
The prosecutors, the judges—and the White House—do not realize what they have unleashed, a growing repugnance for the Left, spreading now across class, race and gender lines. Have a knot in my stomach knowing what coming this week. There is no way Trump will be found not guilty. But what happens next? Will he be jailed afterwards? Will that be stayed until appeal? I would add something I learned, when working in emergency medicine, that always helped me deal effectively with stress.
Its a kind of mental excercise.
If feeling stress, ask yourself;
1) is someone going to DIE, in the next 5 minutes?
If no, then what are you stressed about?
If yes, 2) IS IT ME?
If no, what are you getying stressed about, you can aid this persons passing or perhaps prevent it, by remaining calm, being stressed doesn’t help.
If yes, you can perhaps prevent YOUR passing, or at least ease it, by remaining calm.
The overall point being there is NO value in stress.
Similar to what my dear old Dad said about “Worrying”;

And so far everything I have experienced, has reinforced my conviction that I did EXACTLY the right thing, opting out of Medicare.
NOT saying its for everyone, or every situation, but I am very pleased with the result of having NO Insurance.

So far, they take the price they charge the Insurance company, so lets say its $1000.
Right off the bat, anyone who self pays gets a 65% discount, so that takes it down to $350.
But wait, then they adjust on a sliding scale, based on income and I qualify for an additional 85% discount.
So, $350 x .15= figure it out, around $50?
And, because me and mine haven’t been paying $350/ mo. for medicare premiums, for YEARS, we have the $ needed to pay.

Medicare “tiers” prescriptions. Mine is a Tier 4, the highest, and it isn’t covered at all. Just sayin’
I ran into that with my wife. And, so first off did not sign her up for medicare.
Second, after checking the out of pocket cost of the medication, and learning it was $3000/ mo. I ordered it from India, $2800 for a 400+ day supply.
THEN I contacted the drug companies contractor, that supplies the drugs for free to people without insurance and who qualify.
So, I rotated the stock, and so in the even of SHTF, we have over a years supply stockpiled.
IMHO, screw Obamacare, screw Medicare, Insurance goes hand in hand with Credit; they are tools to enslave, not free people.

When thinking about the process of draining the swamp and cleaning out the deep state, I am reminded of a beautiful bush in my backyard.
The bush was near the woods. A vine would creep in from the woods and climb up into the bush. The vine would climb to the top of the bush wrapping itself around the branches as it attempted to get to the sunlight. I would have to trim back the vine every year to keep it from choking off the bush. If I let it go for a season, the vine would expand and completely wrap itself around the branches and take over the entire top of the bush.
During the summer when the leaves were in full bloom, attempting to remove the vine from around the branches would damage the bush. I realized the best way to control the vine was to climb under the bush and trim the vine coming up from the soil, allow the vine wrapped in the branches to die off and then wait for the fall to remove the dead and brittle wrapped pieces of vine from the empty branches.
It was labor intensive and took patience because I wanted the vine to be removed instantly instead of waiting until the fall to remove it.
Now, back to draining the swamp. Are we witnessing a similar process in DC right now? Has the vine (the deep state) already been trimmed from its life source, and what we are witnessing is its slow death while still in place on the branches?
Sure, we want to see people removed and we want it done instantly, but isn’t it just as effective to allow them to die off (lose power and control) while still in place? This slow and steady method may do the least long-term damage to our country (the bush).
Certainly many of “us” have an unreasonable impatience, wanting to see Justice, and a return to “the way it used to be” in short order, even though we know the current situation is over 100 years in the making.
On the other hand, it can take many days of long, slow and arduos work, to attain the mountaintop, and but few minutes and one or two steps, to get back down to the base.
There is ripping out the intrusive, predatory and destructive vine, and then there is preserving the beautiful bush of our Republic.
I fear we may have to so thoroughly trim back the bush, in order to eliminate the vine, that it amounts to growing the bush anew, from the ground up.

I have faith that multiple jurors, even if they hate, Trump will see how big a travesty this and declare him innocent. I understand it is easy to believe all members of the Demonic Party are evil, but there will be some who now see the evil for what it is even in NY city.
