Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen †

Devon is new to the Siccas Guitars experience. He only appeared on the Siccas channel a few hours ago. It’s good too see the Siccas guys are curating performers from N. America (he’s Canadian).
Dear Sir, I only have two ears and set amount of time for listening to your music. You overwhelm me with your music. Iam ignoble and I find your music uplifting.
I meant to say I come from a different side of the street an ignoble, ordinary environment. I think of you as an exercise in refinement. Tip of the hat to sir, you bring out the best in all of us.
Thank you for your kind words. Actually I’m just an old retired guy with working class roots who likes classical guitar music
yes, that is true, but you are eclectic more so than I
I too have very limited amount of time to listen in the 2 groups I follow music in, this one and a Disqus
one, sometimes 2 .Getting hooked on listening cuts into sleep time… sigh.
To 4q2 and MMW:
I’m sure you have thought of this, but if possible, I suggest to use “time management” (haha) and play the music while cooking, cleaning, laundry, chores, etc.
perhaps if you have a portable device to access treehouse to be able to listen while you work…
might not always be able to watch the musicians, but at least you could hear them.
Lol, I usually have some sort of movie/tv series running while I’m cooking during my 14 hour shift, gaps while waiting for a phone order call; I’m upstairs sitting in front of this PC usually either eating lunch or dinner or a snack in between them.
Gotta mute anything if someone walks in to front counter anyway …. DMCA … already been there done that, they sent me a bill for 1500 bucks.
If I get bored of what might be running on the TV, might practice a new karaoke song or verse phrasing before I add it to show … or whatever might pop into my head, esp if I my brain picked up something off the local NPR radio station running in the back hall, at least when they are not running
propagandanews, and actually playing … gasp … music.🤣 🤣 🤣
I resemble that remark!
Howdy 4Q2,
“Eclectic”taste is a learned appreciation. We have excellent mentors in such here. Isn’t it wonderful to come to a place to find such beauty where those of us choose happiness over the dystopian push?
These fine folks are pros at positivity. I describe the OT as a proverbial town, where the ladies still curtsy and the gents tip their hats and get the door.
You are in a good place, dear friend, welcome 🙏
Perfect description JWoo. Explains exactly why I visit here every day.
I lift my ruddy face and gaze upon angels. I am indeed in a good place.
Thank you so very much, my man Garrison.
You are truly
an uplifting
—and calming
blessing to this tree….

God Mornin’ Garrison
Doing chores and listening to these beautiful selections. So soothing. Thanks again
🙂
I hope all our Treeper friends have a wonderful, blessed Sunday as well as a blessed coming week. If you are a visitor, you are most welcome and we hope you also have a blessed day and coming week. Always know that Our Lord loves us and looks after us. Hi presence is always with us if we simply accept Him as our savior. Just believe in Him and you’re in.
Good night and joy be to you all.
Sundance speaks of the fellowship and this song exemplifies this.
God morning, dear Garrison 💕 And God morning to everyone who has gathered here on the Lord’s Day
Good morning Bet! Read your post yesterday but didn’t have a chance to respond.
Have a Spirit filled weekend celebrating grandchildren’s graduation!
Last weekend’s men’s retreat was so uplifting. It was tiring not just physically but also because there is always an intense spiritual warfare going on during an event like this but the reward was seeing all those men catching on fire for Jesus.
❤️😘
Afternoon, Gramps. 🙂
And here am I, late, dear G!! I can imagine that warfare. satan never stood a chance. He seems to be showing up everywhere now, not understanding that the victory is won already 🙏🏻🕊💕
I am just stopping for a brief moment…graduation weekend. continues.
We were awakened this morning by our heavy wrought iron outdoor furniture being hurled about. Our neighbour behind us, a single ma, had a baby reveal yesterday for his brother and his wife (a little boy is coming , precious new life, a gift from God), and had set up small tents. The air yesterday was thick and unpleasant, difficult to breathe. He left his tents up to dismantle this morning. The sudden ferocious winds lifted one and took it over our fence, landing on Chris’s car. The paintwork is damaged but thankfully nothing more. it could have been so much worse.
We learned that northwest of us a Shell canopy on the I35 had collapsed onto around 150 people. Rescue is ongoing. Terrible. Please remember these people in your prayers, and the emergency crews which are trying to save those who are caught in the horrendous devastation these sudden and destructive winds have wrought 🙏🏻
Something to remind us that Almighty God is still in His heaven in complete control of all He has created. He is performing wonders and miracles which may not at this time be known to us. He is never still. He never rests. We are in His hands always.
Blessings I pray for to each one of our Treehouse family today and for all the days to come 🕊💕
“The Last Spring”

Betsy,
So sorry to hear of the Shell canopy tragedy. May God Be Merciful as we look for the helpers, and we become the helpers where able. Sorry about Chris’s car, but glad the damage isn’t worse for you.
Enjoy your grands graduation – they got out in the knick of time. I pray for their protection through college and that their course work is filled with honesty and solid workmanship to equip them and ignite them in bright and fulfilling, fruitful futures!
Blessings and love to you and yours, friend.
Thank you, dear Woo💕 It’s a 2007 Expedition, an oldie but it was in mint condition. We’re so over the slight damage…nothing when we think of all who have lost everything, including lives…nothing.
Those poor people…🙏🏻
God Morning, Bets
So grateful you didn’t suffer worse damage than you did. 🙏
I’ve been meaning to ask you to please thank Chris for his advice regarding a lighter spring for my Glock. Have ordered it – also for a little Ruger 380 which I call my “dinghy” firearm – for just in case! 😁
Enjoy the rest of graduation weekend. 🫂
You are so welcome, Corny. Let us know how it works out!!! Crossed fingers and toes in this house!!! 😘
Congrats, BestGramma🎉
🫖
God morning, Besty.

Oh Patience, don’t you just love God’s creation – animals and flowers and colors and smells. How can anyone not believe in Him when the proof of Him is everywhere?
God give us eyes to see you. Ears to hear you. Mouths to speak Your Glory.
Yes I do, Woo.
Very often; and for seemingly the smallest of things,
“HOW can anyone not believe in God?”
rolls off my tongue
like a time-lapsed flower blossoming .
God Mornin’ Patience
Love the little critter – Prarie dog?
Hi there, Lady
Evening, Patience 💕 I could definitely live there. Imagine watching the canal boats drifting by…
Heck!! At this point I’d even consider living on one of those!! 😘
Afternoon, Bet. Be blessed and enjoy God’s day today. 🙂
Morning Garrison!
Good Sunday, Pa❣️

God Sunday Patience! ❤️
Afternoon, Gramps!
Late Good morning Garrison thank you always for
your wonderful music. Hears to the parting glass. Peace
Rest ahead:

Suggestion – try Imgur.com. I have had no problems using them to store images for use online.
Thank you , GB! I like Image.org because I didn’t need to create an account, but it is proving to be unreliable.
For whatever it’s worth, I don’t get any email or text messages from Imgur. And creating the account required *very* minimal information.
Always loved the rhythm to this song.

For Ad_Rem . . . I just tried to copy a post from yesterday’s thread to today’s thread. I can’t find it now and suspect it has gone walkabout. Can you see if you can find it for me? I’d appreciate it. Thanks.
For JWOO. I left a post for you in yesterday’s thread. Tried to re-post it here but it looks like it went walkabout. . .
Don’t worry about reposting. I’ll go find it. Blessed morning to you, G.
Good morning JWoo!
Blessed morning to you, dear M.
Blessed morning, again, M! I caught you on the upside of the thread. I find myself all over the place here trying to keep up with posts.
Must jump off here soon and prepare for the kid and her race. Gotz thingz to do!
JWoo, I also wanted to add to last night’s thread. I think the Illinois Special Education Advisory Council would be a great second act once you get onver this hump, and perhaps a resource fornow. It is comprised of advocates, parents, and warrior teachers who want to make things better.
Smelly Dave, I’m in Indiana. G keeps posting Ia, but I’m in IN. I don’t trust much, if anything, coming out of Illinois. That poor hamstrung state.
I won’t let this go. I promise. I love my daughter and our kids and our country too much to do that.
I’m working on this now and praying over what’s to come in the future as my second act.
I love you bunches for your faithful guidance. What would I do without the stewardly guidance of my dear friends and family here. Blessings on you.

The easy path is almost never the right path.
Love to you, when Savannah wins, millions win.
precision par excellence. Thank you sharing this on the Memorial Day weekend.
Everybody kept messing with her so that she couldn’t get her dress’s train fully unfurled!
Was that at this year’s Met Gala? Oh my. Who is this brave young woman? No media coverage. Glory to God in the Highest and Peace to His people on Earth. 🕊 ✝️ 🙏

Oops. Posted this in the other thread by accident. Trying again . . .
For JWoo . . . Just left a post for you on yesterday’s thread. Reposting it here . . .
I’m not all that familiar with Ia’s open admission policies. Here in Texas colleges and universities don’t consider grades when someone comes in under open admission.
The whole change was to allow people who’d, perhaps, dropped out of HS—sometimes years ago—but wanted to attempt higher education.
Open admission serves these populations who were formally denied admission because they lacked a diploma and/or grades.
I suggest you give a local college a call and talk to one of the admission counselors about how Ia handles open admission. I know it’s universal for public funded high ed but they will be able to tell you more information.
I mention this now because Savannah is 18 (going on 19?) and could
just drop out and 1. start college under open admission. 2. study for
her GED with reasonable accommodations and then move to college or the training program under open admission.
She’s old enough now she can just quit and seek another more conducive avenue. Your town undoubtedly has free Adult Education programs and she should be accepted without charge. She’d undoubtedly be a lot happier studying with adults, anyway . . . (Again not sure how this works in Ia.)
Keep us posted, darlin’.
Howdy, again, G,
I didn’t have chance to look back at yesterday’s thread yet – still scrolling through today’s while bleary eyed at home, starting the laundry, the coffee, sneaking and lifting Savannah’s magazine to show Maquis…
My dear friend, we do not QUIT… WE NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER QUIT. It is not built into us. If there’s a mountain, we climb it. We pivot. We strategize. We plan and execute, but we never EVER, EVER quit. We “fly like a butterfly and sting like a bee!!!”
The only times she has ever quit in her life was with the Social Studies Academics team where she refused to perform under the teacher who was the coach who persecuted her, and the school circled their wagons around this teacher. She also quit Chick-Fil-A when she was being repeatedly harassed by that boy and they violated 13 of their own policy rules in not dealing with it. That boy was also at her school and she wanted to de-escalate the conflict for fear of retaliation at school. That boy went on to harass another and they fired him two weeks after Savannah left. When Savannah worked for Chick-Fil-A, she receive more hours than any of her peers. She was getting 30 hours in 2 weeks, while the others were only getting 10 to 20 hours. She was an excellent and responsible worker. At Chicken Salad Chick, she’s carrying 20 hours a week in their back of the house and she’s the most dependable of them all, as too many are calling in and calling off, or no call, no shows. She picks up their slack and they’re talking with her about being a Team Lead and she just trained her first new hire last week. Savannah won’t play monkey to a circus of asshats. Full stop.
As for her high school diploma, Savannah has 37.5 hours of the 40 hours she needs – we are too close. The number of hours I have her scheduled for at The Potter’s School is more than what she needs, but it is to go through to re-assess where she is academically and try to fill in any gaps.
The Indiana FACE Advanced Mechanical Apprenticeship requires the following:
For Savannah, high school graduation will be May of 2025. In June of 2025, she would go to work full time 40 hours a week for her sponsor company earning between $18 to $23 per hour. They will work her tail off learning their assembly lines, equipment, programming, soft skills of leadership, ethics, and planning.
This is a two-year Associates of Technology degree and Advanced Manufacturing Technician Certification shoved into FIFTEEN CONSECUTIVE MONTHS. The program will shift from 40 hours per week with the company to 3 days hands-on technical laboratory class work, 2 days on-the-job training, then will shift back again to 2 days class work, 3 days on-the-job training, with simultaneous online academic course work. The correspondence courses done online on your own time are: English Comp, Algebra, Speech, and Financial Literacy. They want students with aggressive work ethics, and this is going to be eating, sleeping, and breathing their program.
You see the employers ARE PAYING WAGES to the students to learn and thus their rules for this program and its entry. The placement requires a C+ or better average, or you’re out. 100% attendance, or you’re out. The sponsor companies will be monitoring the students grades all along, and the recruiters of these companies will themselves sit and tutor with a student in a company conference room, if they see the student slipping in grades. They are over-the-top invested in these students’ success. There are about 16,000 unfilled jobs with this skillset in Indiana alone and employers are scrambling to develop these employees and paying premium to do it.
The students are making around $40,000 per year while in school. The university program costs $22,000 per year. The goal is to graduate debt-free. Then, first year graduates are receiving $60,000 a year right out of this program. At year five, those same students are making $90,000 to $100,000 a year. The students can choose to jump right into work, or they can walk across the hall in the same hanger and transfer to Purdue University to continue their Bachelor’s degree in Aviation. If one were to go for the full 4 year degree at Purdue, the cost is $ 160,000. To work the Vincennes University / Purdue hybrid, it cuts the cost of the program to $ 100,000 for the four-year.
We are not quitting. We will transfer to online, work her tail off (which will be good practice for the university correspondence courses – which the employers stated is the “hardest thing” for these students in this program.)
These sponsor companies are SO INVESTED in this that there were SIX COMPANIES on hand and only FOUR STUDENTS. Those that were there were: Red Gold (Tomatoes), Roche Pharma (who told Savannah about the program), Fukai Toyotetsu (Toyota – who has asked Savannah to tour their facility twice), Major Tool & Machine (builds highly customized parts for submarines and government defense contracts), AERO Industries (on-highway truck canvas manufacturer), Plastic Recycling, Inc. Other participating companies are: Nestle, Sirmax (Proximity Compounding – post consumer plastics to high-quality plastics comparable to virgin plastics), and 3M.
These students who graduate this program will work on the robotics and mechanical equipment of tomorrow thus it is a highly employable, cross-functional, transferable skillset. Electronics, plumbing, sheet metal, welding, and programming.
Garrison, I appreciate you looking into the special needs aspect to this. Hear me out on this… I believe the devil gets us wrapped up in the grappling and war game on the ground level. he distracts us and taunts us to fighting battles that are manufactured to wear us out and to sidetrack us. There is absolutely an illegal aspect to what’s happening with Savannah in the special education department of her high school, HOWEVER how do you take a narcissist’s power away? You ignore them. You spite them… by succeeding. They can’t get their “attention” if you leave them alone playing by themselves on the playground. You got to know when to fight and when to look at them in disgust and disdain and abandon them. Run, don’t walk, away from an abusive situation that assaults your mind, questions your self-worth, and brings you down.
I am going to put all my efforts into building my daughter up, educating her, and even if she fails to get into this vocational program – that’s a-okay with me!!!! At least I know that we will have done everything possible to work every venue to get her there and… through that process…. THE LORD WILL REVEAL HER PURPOSE ON THIS EARTH. She is cooler than cool and she was saved from death at birth – so GOD KNOWS.
As for this debauched school system that is victimizing more children than I can know about – I am not done with them. I am harassing my political contacts, pushing them, challenging them, screaming from the hilltops…. and I hate to say it… I hate to say it… I am OFTEN PROVEN RIGHT. It is a Spiritual Discernment thing with me and when I smell evil, I am usually dead spot on! My boss learned a very expensive $50,000 lesson in this recently. He wouldn’t listen and it cost him, but sometimes that’s the only way people learn. I try to protect everywhere I go in everything I see and I DON’T STAY QUIET and I sure as all-get-out am NOT signing away my first amendment rights at free speech with a two-page non-disclosure agreement.
God Is going to get them. He Will and I trust Him fully with it. He loves Savannah, you, the Tree, me more than I do.
As a girl in high school, I learned about a special audition for Carnegie Hall and my friend next to me leaned into me and asked if I was going to try out for it. I said “I’m not going to just try out for it – I AM GOING TO GO.” There were only three sophomores allowed. I was one of them. Carnegie Hall 1989 John Rutter conducting with the New England Youth Ensemble. I stole all the sheet music including “Te Deum” which was newly written and was still in Rutter’s handwriting on photocopied paper. It was the wedding march for Princess Kate and Prince William’s wedding and Kate walked the aisle to it. I have Rutter’s signature on a marquee poster and cassette tape recordings recorded and smuggled by an executive with RCA who was parent to one of the boys performing.
My military policeman father on a terribly hard fixed income, as a single parent, told me I couldn’t sing in Carnegie Hall because we couldn’t afford the travel expenses. I was driving illegally at the age of 14 taking him to his work as a pharma delivery driver after he retired, and at 15 years old, I got a job at Kinney Shoes in the mall, and I earned every cent and paid for the trip and expenses myself.
At the age of 20 years, I was working for an inorganic chemical company in San Antonio and the Accounting Manager who was a good friend of mine said I would never get a better paying job than I had right there working for a jewish chemical engineer and vice president of the company, as his administrative admin. I wrote material safety data sheets, balanced manufacturing chemical equations, procured equipment, and designed packaging in conformance with DOT and IATA. I left that company and started as a temp at Holt of Texas, a Caterpillar dealer whose owner was the great grandson of the original inventor of the tract-type tractor, Benjamin Holt, who created Caterpillar. I worked in the engine division.
I developed a system for tracking the maintenance of industrial engines, worked on the development of the software with the coders in Peoria, that put me on a national Dealer Advisory Board for the 40 North American CAT dealers and the system became its own cost center, with its own management, its own technician apprenticeship and development program.
Then, I set my sites on an open position in field sales as a Product Support Service Representative. I was the “support staff” to the five existing PSSR’s and admin assistant to the Business Development Manager, so I was knee deep in the budgets, finances, production, and launching of our dealer partnership with the International Fuel Symposium.
I went up against a technician with 27 years of experience – a good friend of mine – and I won the territory field sales position…. with only one year of college.
Men HATED ME at Caterpillar – they didn’t want WOMEN in a male-dominated industry. I had a handful of good, true, brotherly, amazing supporters and encouragers – usually from OTHER CAT dealers across the country. My own boss and the VP of Marketing at CAT make sexual advances at me – I never, ever got my honey where I made my money. I always valued my integrity and worked and sweated my butt off. I worked long hours and never made any excuses. I had absolutely no room for weakness. My best friend was in Industrial Engine sales and she was a functioning alcoholic who slept with everybody. So, people thought I would, too, and I was the only one to confront her that she was ruining her life and her marriage. That “come to meet Jesus” meeting was really hard, but I was not going to associate with someone who disparaged my character by association.
I put on my steel-toed boots and I went out and changed pre-combustion chambers at a gas compression site, so that I could work alongside the technicians and learn my parts knowledge. I had exceptional troubleshooting skills and could price and plan profitable, honest earning, construction jobs like nobody’s business and ran my sub-contractors like clockwork! I was efficient, honest, and money-making. I always gave my customers best and worst case scenario bids for engine overhauls – should their core credits not be fully realized. My customers loved that. I handled standby, prime, and co-power generation, drilling rigs, gas compression sites, and sometimes marine power if my partner PSSR’s were too busy or too lazy. Because of my work with CAT corporate, I was often sent in on “difficult” situations where warranty negotiations were verging on litigious to smooth things over and deliver the CAT message of quality and dependability.
Then, through some developements – I went into consulting – and ended up taking a PSSR role at Power Systems Associates in Los Angeles. I went to Electric Power Generation school at Empire CAT out of Arizona. My Los Angeles technicians hated me and wouldn’t study with me. They shunned me. The others across the country adopted me – and we went into a hotel suite and we all studied like we were in college cramming for our finals. Not only did I beat the TAR out of my own top electrical technician out of Los Angeles at the time (we both scored an 87% on the test), I beat him with 10% extra credit points for field work participation where I was dragging and connecting 4 ought cable with the guys in 110 degree heat with full gear on. By the time we got back to L.A, word had already reached my dealer about the scores and my electrical technician was laughed at for being beaten… by an uneducated girl.
I ended up engaged to one of those helpful technicians out of another CAT dealer in San Diego and we built a home on 5 acres of undeveloped property in Fallbrook, CA. I did all the pre-construction land development up to the house structure itselt at which time I turned it over to a General Contractor. Saving over $200,000 on the site build. Our mortgage was only $264K. I designed the interior of the home with an Architect using a Linwood Homes package out of Canada and we California-ized it. It was my first design-build and I hope it won’t be my last. https://www.redfin.com/CA/Fallbrook/2670-Vista-del-Rio-92028/home/3051176
NO – WE NEVER, EVER, EVER QUIT. WE NEVER ARE TOLD WE “CAN’T DO” SOMETHING. EVER. Hold my beer!
Savannah, when she was little and newly diagnosed – the awful, horrible, psychologist told me in the first fifteen minutes of a 2 1/2 hour meeting that she “would be good at some things, but I would never make her an air traffic controller”. He said her IQ was 85. Mine is 139. I was numb. My brilliant daughter who was rock climbing at 9 months, tying everyone’s shoes at 2, reading books at 4 yo… he was ridiculing her as being unemployable at nothing more than menial jobs and then going over his multiple degrees and his troubled marriage with me. I completely zoned out and walked around in disbelief for about a week. She was off-the-charts ADHD. Her father was brilliant, double-degreed Marine Biology and Information Technology, but had characteristics of Aspergers and later I learned – marked narcissism. He was brilliant, but not socially adept.
Well, the “nobody puts baby in a corner” came roaring out in me. In her first seven years at one of the top prestigious college prep schools in Indiana – Savannah was an A/B student. Then hell broke loose in 7th grade.
I have spared no pain or expense for her to have every opportunity. She flew a Cessna airplane like a pro on her 16th birthday and she has done so two more times since and has 1.2 flight hours. When I thanked her instructor for his time and patience, he said “she makes it easy on me when she knows how to fly the plane”. I was dumbfounded. She was perfectly comfortable. Perfectly in control of the craft and perfectly aware of her surroundings and followed her instructor as if she was born for flying.
She has flown in a Huey military copter, cargo doors open, held in by a little pin hook seatbelt…. loving every minute of the 100 mph cross draft, while I screamed my bloody head off like on a roller coaster gripping the flexing arm muscle of an 82 year old war veteran flying ace. Who IS this kid of mine??? This was on my birthday, but you know it was really HER birthday, right?
She has flown up front with the pilot of a passenger copter at the age of 10.
She’s been captivated by military helicopters and airplanes since she was 4 years old. We spent many evenings eating takeout food at the viewing area of the airport watching them prep, fly in and out.
She has watched the scream of the Confederate Air Force vintage war planes and hasn’t yet taken that ride solo with the pilot. It’s on the list. After the Huey, she’s ready now when the opportunity comes up again.
As a little girl around six years old, she brought me home an internal combustion engine library book.
As a middle schooler – she reads books like “In The Safety of His Wings – A Test Pilot’s Adventure” by Jack Schweibold (who attended our church and was in the record setting flight in Howard Hughes’ final aircraft design – and the Chief Experimental Test Pilot and Supervisor of Flight Test for a U.S. turbine engine company) and a desire to be a missionary, so she reads “Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus” by Nabeel Qureshi.
And above all – she can attend to a dying friend in an ICU and read Psalm 139 to her before she passes.
She can stand up to hardest bully to deflect them away from her friends. She’s been outnumbered and cause assaulters to stand down!
She’s shaken hands with politicians, studied the Constitution and aided in the teaching of it, loves the law, wants to be a judge too, and is impassioned with our military and its protection of our country. She constantly wants to go to the War Memorial to check on her grandfather’s entry there, wants to lay bricks at the Huey Museum by Grissom in his honor and her own name when the site is finished building.
DO NOT TELL ME THESE STUDENTS ARE LIMITED. THEY ARE LIMITLESS.
I don’t quit and I didn’t bear a daughter to be a quitter. She has all the very best qualities of me. She’s beautiful. Patient and slow to anger. Kind to the weak. Edifying to the meek. A bit uncertain at first, but once “in” she’s in and boldly fearless. She is 100% vested in GOD and trust Him fully and thus doesn’t fear for her future. She knows He’s Got this.
All this story told is to say that all along, GOD HAS PROVIDED, PROTECTED, SHIELDED, AND DELIVERED for us. HE IS SO FAITHFUL AND TRUE. A LOVER OF OUR SOULS AND THE DECIDER OF OUR FATES.
Nothing, absolutely NOTHING the devil puts in our way stands any chance. None. the devil is a defeated foe and he is writhing and screeching right now because he knows his time is short! It is time to cast him back to the pits of hell where he belongs.
We can all do this!
President Trump needs to know you, Woo.
President Trump does know us, Patience – he knows ALL OF US, but he’s not the be-all / end-all fixer of all things broken. I love him but I don’t worship him. He is just showing us the depravity and he’s being used as an example by the Establishment to place us all under Stockholm Syndrome so that we don’t revolt or fight back.
Only The Lord can save us.
Our responsibilities, though, are to drive back the powers of darkness where we confront them in our own lives. Because God built us special and will equip us fully in the fight.
Get to know your local officials by first name. Help them to recognize you, learn to trust you, and then speak Truth to power and remind them that they are only given power by the people who elect them to represent. It isn’t a permanent job.
Trump “worship” had nada to do my comment, wise Woo.
From what you’ve written YOU
would be an excellent attribute to the
MAGA Administration.
Note:
No Woo worship either.
👻
I wasn’t implying you worshipped him, Patience – my apologies. I meant there are many who seem to be “leaving it up to Trump” in a form of submissive worship. He’s only got 4 years IF they let him in and I think they are ONLY going to let him in, so he can fix things again, so they have treasury tills to pilfer from in the future.
I believe Trump hands down won the 2020 election. I believe he will legitimately win the 2024 election – assuming the election is run legitimately. What are the odds of that with what we are seeing right now?
The Establishment has thrown out the rules and only good people are trying to play by rules anymore – for in our minds that is the right thing to do. We are conditioned to not subvert ourselves to meet their depravity… but it’s hard to deal with a scrapper, if you don’t scrap.
This kind of house cleaning needs a hoover vacuum the size of the Goodyear blimp. It is astonishing how deep and how wide the tentacles of the evildoers are. From what I’ve seen in Central Indiana politics – I’m thinking the numbers are in the ballpark of 80% corruption – and the 20% of good representatives are frozen in fear, which makes them just as guilty. How do we get them all out of the power seats, and backfill the positions of power with honorable people of courage?
To see them shape shift in front of you is nothing short of demonic, as I saw that School Superintendent do as he was bragging about being in cahoots with those killing student-protecting legislative bills in committee during the Indiana State Assembly… snidely remarking that “for them to pass would remove humanity from our schools”. Humanity. Humanity = every form of depravity known to man. How’s that “humanity” working for you, as he fields yet another bomb or active shooter threat?
I adore Trump and everything he stands for. We all need to BE Trumps in our own way. Trump needs a whole bunch of help, and it is up to us to hold the line when he retires from public service. I lament that at his age, he’s not enjoying his twilight years after all the hard work he has put in over time. How selfless and remarkable is he?
What small part can we carve out for ourselves to be part of the solution? What small area can you and I roll up our sleeves, be mini-Trumps, and help clean up and stand sentry over it to prevent re-encroachment?
The best I been able to do these days is learn and pass on information; as caregiver to two for a couple years and then one for going on six 24/7 365 days….
Was paying you a sincere ‘compliment’, lass.
JWoo, if Savannah is interested in languages, Babbel.com is having a great sale on lifetime licenses right now.
I have many favorite language sites, Babbel is a good start for basics, Yabla.com is awesome for excellent video immersion studies at only ten bucks a month, though it’s good to get some basics down before starting there.
A definite life enhancement and professional asset, and there are so many resources available for it, and frankly it’s a joy in many ways.
Thanks for the heads up, Maquis. Savannah uses Duolingo with ads. She hasn’t done much with it lately, though, playing around with Italian and German, whereas her schoolwork has been in Spanish – about 3 years grades 5,6, and 7th and two more in 10, 11th. Second languages are very important nowadays – so I hope she’ll be inspired, but she’s about to get REALLY, REALLY busy. I’ll let her know.
If you want to inspire curiosity, buy her great music in one of those languages.
Pick a language and I might have some suggestions for you.
Music is a such a powerful medium for language, our brain does the work while we aren’t even paying it any attention other than enjoying it.
Indeed. Lot’s to unpack, especially when you read as slowly as I do. But also all very well said, dear ‘Woo.. Insightful. Heartfelt. 🙂
Smiling ….

Love how whoever filmed the earle hagen (andy griffith theme) zoomed in on the now-banned box of land-o-lakes butter. Too funny!
I have one of those LoL butter boxes, solo escapee found in the bottom of my deep freeze last defrost, saved it on a shelf nearby … probably need to frame it. Perhaps some fool will pay big money for it someday.
Which reminds me, I need to open another 6 lbs and start making Ghee for Monday as I am about out, made a lot of desserts & bread sticks the last 2 days and warmed up my last pound yesterday for squeeze bottle.
Yes, save it! I also have one, along with other banned libtard items (aunt jemima, etc.).
Good morning all. Some real monster tornadoes last night in OK and TX. Huge wedges hitting in the dark of the late night and early morning. As soon as I got back from the Little 500 I put on Ryan Hall, and watched for about an hour until my eyes just would not stay open any longer. I’m up now after a couple hours sleep because of leg cramps. Waiting for the Bio Freeze and Bayer to work and drinking a tall glass of water before I head back to bed.
But anyway here’s the convective outlook for today.

I would really like to take down the 4’x6′ that I usually fly and put on my new 5′ x 8′ flag today but don’t think it would be wise due to the possibility of strong winds. So I will wait and see if I can fly it tomorrow.
God Bless you all, and say a prayer for all your fellow Americans that suffered from the storms.
Last night at the track they had all of us Veterans stand to to be recognized to thank us for protecting the freedom that allowed that event to be run. My thoughts on thanking veterans is that it is appropriate at any time. But Monday is about remembering and thanking those that gave it all in the service of their country and fellow countrymen and women.
Yes, Veterans Day is to recognize all who served; Memorial Day is for those who gave all and didn’t return.
I usually just say a plain, “you’re welcome.” when thanked for my service and even though it feels mildly awkward at times……I remember what it was like walking around in or out of uniform in 1981 and getting disdainful looks from the lingering effects of the Vietnam protests. Those veterans are the ones who deserve every consideration for the shameful way they were treated.
So thank you rah for your service and lets all thank a Vietnam vet anytime we see one.
Happy Memorial weekend to all.
Good Sunday to you, Monticello!
-thank you💖
Good Sunday to you Patience
Agree, Monti, about the Vietnam vets.
Hubs and I have friends that came back from Vietnam – and some who didn’t.
Also, some came back with Agent Orange exposure, and died from its horrible effects.
We have a friend who is still living with its lasting problems.
And, one good friend, hubs raised with him, returned from ‘Nam and chose to live under a bridge – for years.
His mind is gone …
Hubs barely missed this war – and we thank God.
When I was a kid, Decoration Day was not recognized as the beginning of the summer season, picnics and frolic.
It was a day of remembrance – a solemn occasion to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice to enable us to enjoy our lives as we choose.
Yes. HHC
I always reply, “Enjoy a respectful Memorial Day” when wished a Happy Memorial Day. Just doesn’t sit right.
We’ll be paying our respects at our Legion’s remembrance.
Rah,
Every post of yours always brings, “Thank you for your service” to mind -and today is no different.
– I am glad however, that technically
you are not to be included in my thoughts, appreciation and prayers this Memorial Day❣️
As a youngster I honestly thought that Memorial Day was in celebration of my grandmother’s birthday; so if nothing else, even then,
I knew it was (is) a very important day of (and for) remembrance and honoring.
-To all those who came before….,
Thank you for you Service.
✝️❤️🇺🇸
All of you are why I post here. Thank you!
I went out and took down my 4×6 flag and put up my 3×5 storm flag. Guess it wasn’t really necessary for this first round of storms. Some thunder but nothing to heavy. But tonight might be another matter. It is looking like there is a good chance they’ll get the race in to day between the two waves. I was offered a ticket, good seat too, but turned it down. Been there many time but I prefer the sprints and midgets and prefer seeing the whole track clearly. It just isn’t worth the hassles anymore for me to go to the Indy 500 anymore for me.
At the race last night, which was the 76th running of the Little 500. That’s 500 laps around a 1/4 mile high banked asphalt oval. That’s a long race for spring cars requiring a pit stop for tires and fuel. Dakota Armstrong who had been leading for almost 100 laps smoked his rear outside tire in turn 4 on the final lap and was beaten to the finish line by his cousin Caleb Armstrong . Caleb finally won a Little 500 after having come close several times before. They had a lot of yellows and a couple of red lights in this race. Out of the 33 cars that started, 15 finished. About 60 laps was the longest run they did without a crash or spin causing a yellow or red light.

Doug Ingle, who co-founded the heavy rock band Iron Butterfly and was the singer and organist on songs including their signature hit, “In-a-Gadda-Da-Vida,” died Friday at age 78. He was the last surviving member of the classic lineup from the late 1960s.
Mornin’ all!
Thought maybe y’all would like to see this. Video of downtown Houston 05/16 storm. My building is on the right (out of view), Wells Fargo on the left (front entrance). We lost over 300 windows. Lots of damage inside building. They are saying it will be months before the glass can be replaced. They have boarded it up with plywood for now.
Blessed Morning, Treeper Pals! Ladies and Gentlemen, start your engines!!
I’m sure the lines into the track are huge already assuming they still open the gates @ 8am.
My spirit will be there in stand A row VV (or UU) seats 1.2.3&4.
The ONE radio station I get here does not pick up the broadcast … cant imagine why being 1300 miles from Indy.
I do not subscribe to any TV (or radio) service. Used to find on Justin.TV til they got shut down.
Race will be over before I wake up for another holiday work shift anyways.
Guess I’ll find out tonight who won, probably someone I never heard of … maybe see highlights off of Utube.
Went so many times that … it got to the point where only the color of the balloons & race teams change … so that was when I quit going & dad retired from the company that provided the tickets … sigh … RIP dad .. now 9 yrs 2 weeks ago.
Magic Wand,
Last year, I paid for a subscription to Paramount Plus online at $5/month so Savannah could view the race. I haven’t checked this year what to do. I imagine she will waken and get after me pretty darn quick to get it online.
The “greatest spectacle in racing” isn’t for everyone. I would rather go and tour the facilities that build the cars and talk to the engineers – go on an off day and take a guided tour of the track.
I would rather watch the movies: “Ford Verses Ferrari” and “The Art of Racing in the Rain”. Swoon.
I’m happy you had some really fine memories and experiences with your father, Bruce. What a huge blessing you have. Hope you’re feeling better and the water issues are all resolved.
Art of Racing In the Rain … good book, someone here recommenced in the last year or two, read it … saw movie to … as generally every one says …. the book was better. If you are time impaired the movie gives you the essence you need.
One thing i’m sure of … race is live online somewhere … I really don’t know where to look anymore, that was the nice thing about Justin.TV … start it there …. streamer will give you a ip address to connect to once a copy write violation is flagged & taken down and you just switch to the anonymous ip for rest of broadcast.
There is no over the air TV signals here at all … too far … probably not picked up for over the air this far from Indy.
To watch live I had to pic it up from Terra Haute broadcast … barely … got off direcTV when I had national feeds @ HDTV changeover till WISH 8 complained and cut me off all nationals at which point I personally have and will never again pay for cable/sat … or streaming anymore … it’s all available … <cough> … elsewhere, esp if you have 10+ meg service.
Back then I had dual ISDN 56+56=112K service, that cost me an arm and a leg, now have 1 gig service for half what that cost me in the middle of the cornfields SW of Indy.
Phone incoming … bbl

Hello, Woo❣️
What a mind.
Blessed morning, dear Patience and Ma!!!
The things that get her motor rev’ing. She’s a fluke and a weirdo… like ME! Never a dull moment. She only makes $11/hour, so that magazine cost her two hours of work at $13.99.
We had three huge gnarly dudes in line with us at the grocery and I asked them if they wanted to go ahead of us because they were only buying two cases of beer. They laughed, said they weren’t in a hurry, and we should go on ahead. We didn’t have much either.
Then, I teased them and told them they could offer me a beer for a better place in line.
They proceeded to tease us and goof around and then the biggest of the three monsters said “Oh, we would have been nicer to you if I had seen that magazine in your cart sooner!
By this time the cashier and bagger were laughing and giggling with all of us and I got after him “What are you doing creeping around our cart??? SECURITY!!!! Christy (cashier), call security!!!”
Those Harley lookin’ linebackers thought we were the silliest things ever.
All this while the bagger catches Savannah’s Chicken Salad Chick work shirt and said “I love that place” so Savannah’s inviting her to the restaurant, telling her the scoop on all the new flavors.
So fun. My daughter has a high tolerance for my shenanigans.
I do love our small town Indiana.
I always had multiple volumes of the encyclopedia open to all things aircraft and science as a kid.
Sure enough had airplane dreams last night again too!
Flying a WWI looking contraption, landing on a cobblestone driveway like a dragonfly alighting on a perch.

What a ham🤣
Well. Interesting weekend up at the farm. This was Friday night moon coming up!

Saturday morning my son and I were up at 4:30. We headed out behind the house into the forest to try some turkey hunting. Nothing so we packed up and headed back to the house only to get out onto the trail and discover our cows were also out for a stroll!
The rest of the day was fence repair. I moved them out to a much larger pasture but strong winds have blown some spruce trees over the fence knocking it down. So it was horrific mosquitoes and chainsaw work!
I’m praying I got all the repairs done properly. My goodness.
What we don’t do for our dear cows.
DD
Beautiful pictures, thanks for sharing.
Hello Dan, enjoy seeing these snapshots of your day!
Also, how God directs our steps – from turkey hunts to fence repairs, haha!
It cheers to hear of these wonderful memories your son will keep forever – including the mosquitoes !
And the cows are just wonderful – I love them, too.
Here’s an unhappy fella trapped this morn at our place.
For several days, he’s been up in our bird feeder, so hubs set a trap.
Sardines and marshmallows go inside;
For three nights, the raccoon somehow got the food out without springing the trap.
He was a smart one, probably trapped before.
But hubs fixed his wagon, and now coon is off for a ride out of town. Haha.
Good Sunday to you Miss Della.
Your husband is on Trash Panda relocation detail.
😂😂
Good description for that bandit!
Enjoy your weekend, too, Monti.

THINK AS JESUS TAUGHT
“Pray without ceasing.” 1 Thess. v. 17
We think rightly or wrongly about prayer according to the conception we have in our minds of prayer. If we think of prayer as the breath in our lungs and the blood from our hearts, we think rightly. The blood flows ceaselessly, and breathing continues ceaselessly; we are not conscious of it, but it is always going on. We are not always conscious of Jesus keeping us in perfect joint with God, but if we are obeying Him, He always is. Prayer is not an exercise, it is the life. Beware of anything that stops ejaculatory prayer. “Pray without ceasing,” keep the childlike habit of ejaculatory prayer in your heart to God all the time.
Jesus never mentioned unanswered prayer, He had the boundless certainty that prayer is always answered. Have we by the Spirit the unspeakable certainty that Jesus had about prayer, or do we think of the times when God does not seem to have answered prayer? “Every one that asketh receiveth.” We say – “But…, but…” God answers prayer in the best way, not sometimes, but every time, although the immediate manifestation of the answer in the domain in which we want it may not always follow. Do we expect God to answer prayer?
The danger with us is that we want to water down the things that Jesus says and make them mean something in accordance with common sense; if it were only common sense, it was not worth while for Him to say it. The things Jesus says about prayer are supernatural revelations.
Oswald Chambers
May 26th Devotional
🇺🇸🙏🏻🇺🇸
In my years of conscience life I have discovered there is no unanswered prayer. I am old by our generation but young as for life, this I know God is listening. Start with that predicate, then deduct what we do that is wrong.
Many cheat and skip the manual, it’s all there. The exact reason the Holy Spirit was given is for guidance and understanding. What I have discovered is Satan has completely blocked liberty in our lives through belief. What you know you don’t know or understand, nothing. Perception is blocked from reality.

I finally found a picture of one of our vermillion flycatchers worthy of posting, but just barely!
When they are in the sun, they literally glow.
Your photos are always stunning – I’m humbled.
Oh wow! That is a gorgeous bird!!
Our flycatchers are of lesser color but fun to watch. Masters of the air when after an insect.
Your pictures are always worth more than a thousand words!
We enjoy shared pictures and experiences.

And there it is, another of Lucifers generals put in place over our world. Pedophiles now get your children.
You don’t have to be special to see where this world is headed. I read the Bible and over and over we see how the “chosen” went and burned their babies on alters to pagan deities. I question “how” could this ever happen but here we go again.
That bottomless pit? It resides in people.
Lol – There are times when being the “chosen” isn’t always a cool thing – just ask them. But the practice of child sacrifice goes a lot further back than that. It (child sacrifice) was the second in the trilogy of Baal worship practiced widely in those days. The first being sexual worship, along with all it’s perverseness. Number 2 is to get rid of all the obvious problems stemming from 1 – and to keep 1 in smooth operation. And the third, most abhorrent, and an “evolution” of the first two, a “sub-cult”, complete with it’s own priests and sacrifices in what is described as “they were neither male nor female”. This is probably why Moses lost his marbles. Yet, it’s true it remained in Israel like a ravenous wolf, always ready to devour, and hasn’t left (minds) for even 1 day. Anybody think we aren’t living in a world of “Baal worship” right now? The “how” is pretty easy in hindsight. What we’re going to do about it, is up to every one of us, and how we conduct our lives. (as you point out) It doesn’t take a genius to work out where society and mankind will sink to if we don’t recognize it for what it is.
What you are referring to as I, are the 5 generals of Satan each drops us deeper and are invited by our leaders who sell themselves to Satan for power I assume. Man without God, has no bottom because evil haS reign over man in this world. Salvation is offered.
As for chosen, it has its perks but judgement is harsh for any believer who leaves the faith. Why? Because God will never leave or forsake you. And you will be chastised, or disciplined as God puts it.
My experience is that getting close to God is relative to how much you will lose your life, self. It is not pleasant and often, usually painful in many ways. As in death. But, we thrive in adversity and to count it all blessings is key.

They’re evacuating the grandstands at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway due to impending storms. Storms should be here within the hour – the race has been delayed. They’re trying to run it same day, but will likely start this evening if they can get the track dried and the race completed before nightfall at 9 PM.
May God’s Mercy be on all the attendees and the drivers and teams.
We have a blackout here, but NBC seems to be showing it on television – for now. It may shut off at race time due to the blackout. I purchased paramount plus, but even it showed black out. Grrr..

Verse of the Day for Sunday, May 26, 2024
✟
“And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.”
Exodus 23:25 (KJV)
Thank You, Jesus, for blessings received and prayers answered !!!
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.
Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

JESUS LOVES THE LITTLE CHILDREN

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.
PLEASE PRAY FOR ONE ANOTHER
CRY OUT WITH JOY
Cry out with joy to our mighty Lord;
Heed the commands in His Holy Word;
Sing Psalms of praise and thanksgiving;
All ye who dwell in the land of the living!
Serve Him with true gladness of heart;
From His grace – pray – do not depart;
Know that He – the Lord is our God;
We belong to Him – though we are flawed!
We are His people – the sheep of His flock;
His precious, petulant – errant livestock;
In fervent pastures – we take our repose;
We are the servants He faithfully chose!
Indeed how lovingly He cares for us;
We are His children – His main focus;
From age to age – His mercy endures;
His faithfulness and constancy ensures!
Enter His gates singing sweet Psalms of Praise;
Into His courts – with thanksgiving you raise;
Your voices in song – glad tidings you bring;
All Honor and Glory is His you sing!
Give thanks to the Lord for he is good;
His mercy endures – just as it should;
His Love everlasting is tried and true;
Unconditionally given for me and you!
Cry out with joy and praise His name;
His love is forever and ever the same;
He changes not from day to day;
He is steadfast and sure come what may!
Serve Him with gladness – enter singing;
His precepts are sound – ever bringing;
Correction with love and glorious peace;
Cry out with joy – His praise never cease!
Go out with joy and share His great love;
Mindful of blessings He bestows from above;
Shout from the rooftops – He is the Lord;
His victory assured – in His Holy Word!

And ever faithful to Your Word!
With Bible open – I came right upon;
A passage familiar – Oh, Lord – dead on;
It was from John thirteen – Verse thirty-four;
A message from Jesus – I thought for sure!
I wondered why – this book – this verse;
Your concise command – Oh, Lord – it’s terse;
Within Your words – is a gift and a fruit;
Of Your Spirit – to Your Glory – its root!
As I pondered His Word – I drifted off;
Into a deep slumber – like a wave trough;
In the loft window – of a pole barn high;
I saw beyond – the land, sea, and sky!
There were cabins, gardens, and livestock;
There were creeks, streams, and haycock;
Trees, bushes, and hiking paths galore;
Could a fellow with dreams want for more?
Chickens were pecking; goats eating grass;
Fruit trees were blooming – abundant en mass;
The gardens were lush – overflowing with food;
It was like paradise – all of it good!
Only one problem – just one thing missing;
There were no people – no lovers kissing;
I blinked my eyes twice – as if that would help;
Not a peep did I hear – not even a yelp!
I looked to the sky – and asked God right quick;
And the people appeared – lickety-split;
All of a sudden – by the wave of His Hand;
People were rejoicing all over the land!
They were singing, strumming, and praising God;
For the blessings He bestowed on every pod;
They were harvesting, cooking, dancing for joy;
The children were playing – each girl and boy!
How did He know – what lay deep in my heart?
It was just a small farm – where it would start;
Some chickens and goats – and a small garden;
A humble man dreams – please – beg my pardon!
But God always has – something much better;
He triples His Gifts – OBEY – must the getter;
If you’re wondering how – small became large;
You don’t know my God – my God is in charge!
