The FBI were authorized to use deadly force per their own warrant; they ADDED language to state that if FPOTUS returns to Mar-a-Lago they would “ENGAGE” with FPOTUS and USSS Agents. They even had a medic and listed the nearest hospital emergency room.
ENGAGE! That is a legal word used by LEO to describe a shootout where the perp dies. Every time there is a law enforcement shooting, they say the suspect/person was ENGAGED.
That raid was completely and totally unnecessary, which has also come out since Judge Cannon started releasing the unredacted filings. All they had to do was ASK!
