After an excellent rally in the Bronx, New York City last night, President Trump gave an interview to local media. Speaking to Tara Rosenblum from Crotona Park, during the short question and answer session, President Trump was asked about Nikki Haley stating she would vote for him. The question was about having room for Nikki Haley in the future Trump administration.
During his response, President Trump noted there would be room for Nikki Haley. WATCH:

MAGA has room for everyone who wants to make America great.
For many, (RINOs in particular), getting over themselves is too high a hurdle.
That is a very important point. President Trump extends the olive branch knowing full well Birdbrain Nikki is far too conflicted and corrupted to join our favorite President. He extends a full welcome knowing full well that she can’t and won’t join him.
He gets credit for MAGA being a big open all welcoming tent and it doesn’t cost him anything.
The Nikki discussion is a very small insignificant part of the interview. The rest of this 5:53 minute interview is great. He lays it all out in such a concise manner. Promises Made, Promises Kept.
He now has a proven track record of accomplishments. Instead of saying “I will do…”, he can now say “I did do… and will do it again.”
It was the response of a seasoned businessman.
MANY not paying attention have no idea what a conniving sell-out Nikki is and still believe she is a viable female presidential candidate.
By doing this, Trump validates and welcomes all of her supporters. He also keeps Nikki on a leash with the hope he will throw a bone her way.
Plus by saying that about Nikki, he may get a lot of her voters behind him. Right now he needs everyone behind him so it will be TOO BIG TO RIG.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing too big for the Gangster Government, aka the SWAMP, to rig.

I agree with you. President Trump is facing 3579 years in prison for made-up charges. He understands exactly how deep and evil the swamp is. I don’t follow his logic sometimes but he has been much more successful than me so I defer to his plan. But I still don’t get it.
His logic is the simple logic of politics.
Estimate how many votes he gets, that he would not otherwise get, by trashing Nikki, calling her birdbrain and saying there is NO room for her in his administration.
That many, huh?
Now, estimate how many additional votes he might get, that he otherwise wouldn’t, by saying in a general way there is a place for her in his admin.
He looks magnanimous, he looks Presidential, and IT COSTS HIM NOTHING.

I just hope he doesn’t make her VP candidate because some operatives recommend he try to get her 12-17% of support. The temptation for the war mongers to have Trump assassinated and install Haley would be huge.
And listen closely, he said ON HIS TEAM, not IN his administration. I’m sure the first test of her sincerity will be on the campaign trail… we’ll see what she does and says, how faithfully she serves the team.

Where I part company with everyone is the notion that in or out is a suitable strategy once the election is won. PDJT cannot effect the permanent change people on this board desire by dint of personality or even a so called “mandate”. Governing, especially in a hugely hostile/divided societal context as we live in now, requires give and take at the edges. Anyone who deals with kids in their 20s/30s understands what I mean by this – even the very bright ones are clueless. Add to this the 40s/50s left wing ideologues/academics manipulating youth and the challenge is daunting; certainly not one that will disappear in a few years.
It’s unsavory at times; the path forward is never a straight line – at least in politics. No matter what decisions are made , there are almost always winners and losers. The losers do respond. And that’s where skillful coalition building comes in. It’s my hope PDJT is a bit more guarded this time around, yet a bit more instinctive on how various “advisers” have value or present threats. His “art of the deal” philosophy opens him to relationships and compromises with sometimes questionable individuals when the deal has value. He is the exact opposite of what some view him to be as some sort of wingnut, uncouth, inexperienced interloper. He has flaws, but he is precisely the sort of leader needed in divisive times such as the present.
He will make deals with people some of us may find questionable. Trusting the man is a key part of seeing all of this through the tough journey ahead – to achieve results.

Everyone will be disappointed with President Trump’s pick for VP because that person is not Donald Trump. And in the long run it really doesn’t matter as 2028 will be fought over by many who wish to take over the MAGA title. Many events over the next four years will shape the direction of the movement based on the success of President Trump in restoring the Republic against the ongoing Lawfare efforts of Democrats and RINOs. This assumes that we can even overcome the 2024 cheat which will be massive.
