Newly obtained documents reveal that non-U.S. citizens will be allowed to vote in the upcoming local elections.
Please explain to me how this is Constitutional.
The downside of Federalism.
The key trick word is “LOCAL”; Nothing in the Constitution that prevents Minniappolis, from counting illegals votes, in its mayoral race.
Of coarse, once they are voting, ….and most locals pair local elections with National, Federal elections so how are they going to allow them to vote, ut restrict them to ONLY voting for local offices?

Only federal office is delegate to Congress and 3 presidential electors, don’t see the “illegal” vote as significant for either of these.
I don’t think it is Constitutional, but then I don’t think DUI checkpoints are Constitutional either. I have heard of other local areas where this has been pushed and maybe even passed. They say it is “only fair” if you live in an area to be able to vote for things like school board members, because after all, your kids go to the school and you pay taxes, etc.
It’s that old “nudge, nudge, bit-by-bit” strategy. When they roll it out nationwide, they will say, “We’ve actually been doing this for years all over this country and yada yada yada.”
Besides, the Constitution is “living and breathing” and the SC is corrupt.

That’s a false statement which has been repeatedly proven false over the last 20+ years. The justice system as it exists today is a joke. There are at least 3 levels of interaction – those that can never be brought to justice – even if it is for heinous, vile actions (most dims and their foot soldiers), those who are constantly prosecuted for mirages (for example PDJT and any who work with him), and the average citizen who if they are unlucky enough to brush up against it are abused with a system about convictions, not justice (the rest of us).
Constitution has nothing to say about state elections, and for federal the only qualification is “the electors in each state shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the state legislature.”
As far as DC “To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever, over such District” so Congress could at any point restrict what DC gov’t does.
They must have changed the law because the 14th amendment covers this.
Another issue is the migrants who register to vote in our national elections. They may not actually vote, however having an extra name in the data base allows others to manipulate it.

I am not passing judgment on SO, but he is making other claims and so I am wary.
It’s very foggy out there.
I dont disagree that he can make predictions that may seem odd or off however at this point no one knows what’s next. If you’ve watched a lot of SO, he backs up even his most outlandish claims with science – be it scientific papers, data points, or even just outright observation. I’m not saying he’s right but he seems closer then anyone else I’ve watched.
With that said I have yet to see him making political prognostications. So that’s a new one on me. I’ll admit I have not watched 100% of his videos, but I’m probably close to 90% and closer tp 100% of his longer (40+ minute) videos. I don’t think he’s a charlatan, and I do believe he believes what he’s putting out there.

Last night, a defunct alarm system box on our window frame let off two static electricity charges in the window. Bill authorizing death penalty for child rapists signed by Gov. Lee
It will go into effect on July 1 after Lee signed it into law on May 9.
SB1834/HB1663 was introduced by Sen. Jack Johnson, R-Franklin, and Rep. William Lamberth, R-Portland.
“As introduced, authorizes the death penalty as a punishment for rape of a child, aggravated rape of a child, or especially aggravated rape of a child,” the bill reads.
In July, Tennessee requires adults convicted of child rape to be sentenced to life in prison or death. The current law states the crime of child rape is punishable by imprisonment of no less than 15 nor more than 60 years.
This law will be susceptible to false allegations and has the potential to be used for political purposes. America-first politician on the rise? Oh wait, this girl said he raped her 20 years ago when she was a child and Soros is paying her to press charges. That kind of thing could easily happen. No thanks to these kind of laws.
So maybe we should suspend all laws in case they might be used for political purposes?

It has resulted in near universal revilement, even among some of Ukraine’s staunchest supporters.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken has made another trip to Ukraine, appearing in Kiev alongside Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday, and the US top diplomat vowed that some of the US aid from Biden’s recently approved $60 billion for Ukraine is “now on the way”.
But Zelensky immediately pivoted to begging for Patriot missiles amid Russia’s new Karkhiv assault, saying that “of course we are very thankful for this to Americans, to American people” but that “We need, really we need today two Patriots for Kharkiv, for Kharkiv region because people there are under attack, civilians and warriors, everybody there is under Russian missiles.” As we noted earlier of this perhaps awkward moment…
Another observer reacted as follows: “I haven’t seen a more cynical thing than Blinken having a good ol’ jolly time in a Kiev bar, while the AFU is getting crushed nearly along the whole front line in a while. This is just morbid.”
As yet, it’s actually hard to find a single online example of someone praising Blinken’s pop up show. One wonders what even his staff was thinking to allow this bizarre spectacle to go on… and all at the US taxpayer’s expense to boot.
