Putting aside the entirely unsubstantiated premise you are promoting here – we understand what you are saying, this is your “brand” here “Joe” – it’s revealing to observe how many of those who claim to “support Palestine” (as opposed to be motivated by “another agenda”) never say much about Egypt, Jordan, other Arab states, other majority Islamic states, or special pleaders like South Africa or Lula’s Brazil providing refuge for the innocent victims in Gaza and the “West Bank.” It’s almost like they don’t actually give a crap about those victims.

Using her phone to record the exchange, she lays into the agents, demanding to see their credentials. When they tell her they want to “have a conversation with you about some social media posts,” the woman, sounding incredulous, asks: “So we no longer live in a free country?”

If I remember correctly there were two men and one woman, and the car they were driving didn’t have government license plates. She wasn’t having any of their bullbiden!

The President has NO power over the purse. He can veto until he turns blue all over but that will not pass the bill he wishes to pass. Only the House has the power of the Purse with the Appropriations Committee and the House Ways and Means Committee.

He does have power over the purse!! Congress can only appropriate money, but the Treasury Department is the one who writes checks. If Congress appropriates money the president does not want to spend, he can “order” the Treasury not to write the checks. This is a proper use of an executive order.
I have long gained some comfort from recognising its entirely possible we are witnessing the end if civilisation, nit merely the end of American dominance.
After all, EVERY Civolisation that has ever existed, has collapsed eventually,…and those who study civilisations agree it is inherent, and so inevitable that civilisations will end.

Usually “Executive orders can simply be rescinded by the next president.” – However,
when President Trump rescinded an Obama Executive Order, something to do with DACA, he was sued – the lawsuit went to the US Supreme Court, and that Court ruled that yes, PDJT can rescind that order but not really, he must first jump through special hoops that will take years to finish jumping through and then, and only then, can he rescind that Executive Order.
This is the question that pops up from time to time with the upcoming Presidential Immunity case that is to be heard by this Court:
will we see from this SCOTUS The Trump Exception (hoop jumping) or The Trump Curse (g’bye Mr. Smith)?
Yet PDT’s EO’s were rescinded overnight.

Remember, according to the Supreme Court in 2000 Al Gore had standing to contest the election count in Florida. In 2020, the Supreme Court said that President Trump didn’t have standing to sue!
And with that one act by the SCOTUS, they aroused the people of the States to start thinking and investigating whether we are truly living in a Republic and, if not, why are our s(elected) representatives not upholding the Constitution of the Republic.
Thats because the Bush v Gore case, was actually a hoax set up by the Uniparty, to create a manufactured crises (the impression that our election system was antiquated, with hanging chads, and so in need of modernisation) SO THAT we would clamor for the ‘solution’ of electronic voting they wanted to impose on us, all along.
And, in order to do that, Congress passed the “Help Americans Vote” act, to funnel $100,000+ to each State to buy the machines.
However, each State Legislature was also lobbied/instructed to change their State election laws, completely rewriting them in order to accomodate the new systems.
And, one of the changes was in the definition of STANDING to file election challenge, where in addition to what you would expect (show harm) the petitioner has to show, AT THE OUTSET (i.e. preliminary hearing stage) that IF the irregularities they are alleging are proved valid, THAT those irregularities would be enough to change the outcome.
This change, along with requirements that the petitioner/claimant has 10-14 days to file their challenge, and must get a hearing within 10 days, as a practical matter make it VERY difficult to bring an election challenge, and are topped off with IF the Court should detirmine that the claimant brought a frivolous case, they can be fined or sanctioned with very high fines.
This was all coordinated, and traces back to Bush v Gore.
And 99% of those who carp about how election cases have been tossed for “no standing” don’t understand its because the challengers could not show the irregularities were ENOUGH to change the results, at the initial stage of the trial.
Effectively, by these changes, they pre-emptively eliminated the usual DISCOVERY process, during which time the claimant would have the opportunity to gather enough evidence to show the irregularities WERE sufficient to effect the outcome.
The whole operation was a clever, effective con job, on State Legislatures and the People, in order for them to take effective control over our State and locally run elections, under the guise of “helping”.
I would like the SCOTUS to first open their Bibles and read it, and, secondly, have the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and Amendments next to them as they’re reading the Bible.
We are the greatest Nation on earth and we need to keep it that way.

Has anyone heard about the Biden-Wyden-Smith tax bill that was passed by the House? It is now up to the Senate to stop this, but the Biden administration is really pushing the Senate to pass it quickly before anyone knows much about it.
People can qualify for a child tax credit payment even if they don’t work or pay any taxes. Illegal aliens qualify for a child tax credit also.
It allows Joe Biden to send a round of checks to millions of Americans months before the election.
It undermines a future president being able to cut taxes.
It uses a phony way to pay for this largesse. It’s like paying one credit card by using another credit card.

Our credit addiction has to end. Everyone who has managed household and gotten it right started with halting borrowing. It forces decisions and behavior, most positive.

Not sure what you are talking about, but I know for a fact that for years people have been able to file for, and get the earned income credit, as its called, for raising children even if they owed no income tax.
True, and it applied to those without children too, at least for awhile. I used it a lot when single, plus the investment tax credit. That guy who wrote the book ‘The Art of the Deal’ helped me a lot to learn how to use the same system the rich do to avoid taxes. 🙂

Yes, there were/are different credit matrixes for differing circumstances. However, this was/is why people who profit form appearing impoverished are counseled to report some earned income, but not too much. It’s all a game.
During Covid there was a temporary ‘credit’ of FICA for some people too, the employee part, which reduced their withholding. I don’t remember when that ended and how it was resolved since I haven’t been employed for about 40 years now. I called it ‘gainful unemployment’. 🙂

Child ta credit is different from earned income tax credit….EITC is merely for working and falling below a certain income level.

It works best as a grifting scheme for drug dealers and sex workers and the like, who don’t have any of their cash earnings reported to the IRS.
Technically speaking you needed a certain amount of “earned income” to get the tax credit of almost $7,000. It was a joke because people would go to corrupt tax preparers and they would create totally fake business income like mowing lawns, babysitting or handyman services. The business would either breakout even or have a small profit below the taxable threshold.
Now they don’t even have to fake it!
Do your research. Some guys in several penitentiaries figured out how to scam the system, just when they introduced turbotax.
Fake 1040’s, but with real employer and employee tax i.d. #’S, (early days of I.D. theft) fake kids, fake returns by the thousands, P.O. box on the outside and accomplisses to cash the easy to cash tax return checks.
The IRS had two different computer systems, that did not “talk” to each other, to confirm a child was “legitimate” so eventually the had the computer kick out EVERY return with a child tax credit so they could be processed manually, which delayed things tremendously. So much for “turbo tax”, it was actually faster to mail in your return, the old fashioned way.
Early to mid 90’s, nobody really knows how much $ they scammed out of the IRS, coulda been billions.

Considering that autonomy was granted to Gaza after the Israelis withdrew in 2005 at which point the occupants of that area destroyed any helpful infrastructure built there by the Israelis, that that area has done nothing other than bombard Israel since then, and that no other Islamic country in the Middle East wants to allow Palestinian refugees to enter their country due their history of making huge amounts of trouble in any country that allowed them in, I have no sympathies for anyone other than the poor children of Gaza who were unfortunately born to moronically irresponsible parents.
If I were Jewish or Israeli, I’d make it my firm, ultimate goal to annihilate the military of any country that officially claimed that not just Israel, but Jews in general have no right to exist and acted violently in any way to implement that belief.

I watched the trial and found it quite interesting. His defense attorney, Harry MacDougal, did a heck of a job answering questions from Mr. Hirsh and Ms. Smith.
Ms. Smith seemed a bit hypocritical when she commented she was interested in FACTS, but then went on to question about President Trump. She was perplexed by his comments and writings about GA’s voting integrity issues-was he acting as the current President or acting as a candidate. That question seemed uppermost in her mind-What was his motive. As a President was he concerned with Election Integrity or as a candidate did he want to overturn the election. So it was his state of mind that seemed to concern her-Thought Crime I think.
Mr. Hirsh outlined several hypothetical examples that didn’t make sense to me, but Mr. MacDougal answered them very well I thought. He seemed concerned about Mr. Clark’s intentions when discussing the case with other lawyers. He thought he was presenting arguments that may not have been ethical even though they did not follow through on his recommendations-nothing happened, but he was proposing something that could be unethical.
I was thinking had he ever heard the term Thinking Outside The Box. Where you present ideas or arguments that may be far fetched to have a discussion about new innovations and new creative ideas.
Anyway, I found it quite interesting as how these so called legal experts turn themselves into pretzels to find some legal issue or crime.

I discovered a month ago that a certain friend of mine wasnt getting my texts. His phone does not have me blocked. I decided to try and fix this issue, but discovered something frightening.
Samsung and Verizon have discontinued their messaging apps in the usa. The Samsung app is still available elsewhere, just no longer compatible with my operating system. It is said on the Samsung website by tech support that Samsung is discontinuing messages and instead installing google messages.
So google messages has a lot of good reviews and would probably have features that arent in the other apps, but its google. I use maps and gmail but I’m not going to use google messages. I’ll get rid of all technology before i do.
But what i discovered is that google has inserted gemini into the latest update on messages, which by default disables end to end encryption on text messages sent using this app.

Hmmm. Good to know. I have Samsung and had Verizon, but with the new Samsung phone we switched to Spectrum to get a better deal on our cable and phone services. Google is evil. I don’t have an account and any google app is disabled on my cell phone, except youtube which is Google-owned. General Motors switched to using a Google infotainment dashboard interface on their 2024 vehicles. Thankfully my 2023 Corvette has the earlier, non-Google interface.

The new & improved RNC needs to hire the fractal group to monitor the voter rolls in any state where citizen groups are not already using the fractal system to do so. I had an interesting conversation with friends who live in Fulton County. Mail delivery within the Atlanta area can take up to 29 days if you’re lucky. “So, Musk may not be too wide of the mark after all”: Politico. Something which could hardly be imagined a year ago or even six months ago has happened this week: a Politico op-ed voices agreement with Elon Musk on Ukraine.
Of course, the Wednesday piece still takes customary shots at the “wayward” billionaire and owner of X:
Wayward entrepreneur Elon Musk’s latest pronouncements regarding the war in Ukraine set teeth on edge, as he warned that even though Moscow has “no chance” of conquering all of Ukraine, “the longer the war goes on, the more territory Russia will gain until they hit the Dnipro, which is tough to overcome.”
“However, if the war lasts long enough, Odesa will fall too,” he cautioned.
Statements like these, and Musk’s supposedly ‘alternative’ view of the crisis in general, have long invoked the wrath of mainstream media pundits. Yet publications like Politico now sing a different tune, but only after President Zelensky himself has signaled just how dire the battlefield situation actually is for his forces.
Politico has previously featured headlines like ‘Elon Musk Is Transmitting a Message for Putin’. Musk in his recent Odesa commentary did no such thing, but merely urged the Ukrainians to find a way forward towards peace at the negotiating table before it’s too late.
Again, lines such as the below coming out of the heart of the media establishment would have been impossible to come across a year ago… from Politico:
With a history of urging Ukraine to agree to territorial concessions — and his opposition to the $60 billion U.S. military aid package snarled on Capitol Hill amid partisan wrangling — Musk isn’t Ukraine’s favorite commentator, to say the least. And his remarks received predictable pushback.
But the billionaire entrepreneur’s forecast isn’t actually all that different from the dire warnings Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made in the last few days. I know people who have never been wronged by a Jew and are highly educated and intelligent. You deal with these people on a daily basis and they come across as completely rational and loving people until the subject of Jews arises. I find it embarrassing on a few levels. I have to constantly self examine my speech and body language thinking maybe something I said or did gave these creeps the idea that I would agree with any of their ideas.

State laws here in AZ have been demonstrably ignored for years.
As clearly exposed by the kari lake court cases, which show the election officials were forced to perjure themselves, to try to cover up all of thecinstances where they ignored/violated their own election laws, policies/priceedures, rules/regs in order to rig the 2022 election.
In fact, had they scrupulously follwed every rule, etc. even with the machines and long election period etc. they could not have stolen the election.
And the proof is right there in the Court transcripts.
Also, because KL’s case overcame the “standing” roadblock and got to discovery, we KNOW they could not overcome her inherent ‘to big to rig’ advantage with ballot stuffing, and stole it by various methods of MAGA voter suppression, which were all DEPENDENT on, and so COUNTING ON KL’s voters to vote In Person, On Election Day.
If election officials had followed thevlaw, KL would be gov.

Several weeks ago, I attended an informal monthly dinner meeting of our local PCO’s. We share our opinions and present the status of our ongoing activities while also enjoying our favorite libations and dinner menu goodies.
Donald Trump is now the presumptive Republican Party nominee for 2024. Which would imply that the national Republican Party convention in the summer of 2024 has become largely a formality. Or so it would seem.
But a contrary opinion was offered by a PCO with a long history of dedicated party activism going back twenty-five years. This man became a MAGA convert in the summer of 2016 after becoming thoroughly disillusioned with the Republican donor class.
He said that it has now become extremely important to decide just who will be chosen by our state Republican Party organization to attend the national convention. Not only who will be chosen as state delegates by our own state party organization, but who will be chosen by all other state party organizations around the country.
The reason he believes that the choice of state party delegates to the national convention has become so important is that he is expecting Donald Trump to be assassinated at some point before the summer convention is held, leaving the 2024 nomination open to anyone determined to claim it after PDJT has been permanently removed from the picture.
I wonder what those who advocate Donald Trump’s assassination think they’ll gain. I guess they figure we are the lawful people so we will behave ourselves. They are probably correct if the past is prologue.

Assassinating Donald Trump before the summer convention solves the problem that if the deed is done post-convention, his VP running mate might carry on in his stead with the strong advantage of having Trump’s martyrdom propel the VP choice to victory in November.
Killing him before the convention has the advantage that the post-assassination controversy over who should replace him as the 2024 nominee would blunt the impact of the act itself, rendering it more likely that a non MAGA candidate would replace Trump as the Republican nominee in the fall.
This is where I stop reading here permanently. Too much awful speculations that will not fix anything except to make a beautiful and respected family suffer a horrible loss. I will not participate by even reading this crap.
