As Russia abandoned communism, it didn’t embrace Islam, but slowly reestablished the Russian Orthodox Church and its conservative values were much more appealing to Muslims than the atheistic secularized West. The Chechens reportedly were anxious to engage these fighters as they had a long standing grudge against them. Regardless of whether the attackers are US-backed Ukrainians, US-backed Islamists, or an independent third party the US intelligence community knew this was coming. Otherwise the US State Department would not have issued a warning earlier this month.
I assume the FSB also must have known something was coming, since the FSB must have better intelligence sources within Russia than Western intelligence agencies… unless the Western intelligence agencies were cooperating with the attackers in some way. But were that the case, issuing such a public warning would make no sense… unless the warning was intended to create plausible deniability.
Underwriting a terrorist attack and then issuing a warning about it would be very, very reckless and seems unlikely… but then again we have a very, very reckless group of people running the Western world who, in their recklessness, do unlikely things.
At the very least, it seems doubtful any meaningful cooperation between the FSB and western intelligence occurred and that fact alone will further poison the current situation.
I read an article earlier, prior to the claim made by ISIS, that the FSB had been picking up Islamist suspects for a couple of weeks and the arrests increased in the past couple of days. Maybe something, maybe nothing. We will probably know shortly.

Let’s review what we know: CIA admits to multiple stations on Russia/Ukraine border. We had dozens of bio weapon labs in Ukraine. We are supplying missiles, cluster bombs, and targeting to attack western Ukraine civilian population centers, and Russia civilian population centers. We orchestrated (carried out) the bombing of the underwater pipeline. We have supported a regime of avowed nazis. We supported lunatics that have attempted to blow up nuclear power plants. As the Western decline nears bottom, all now depend on that newly predominant global industrial power, so all are its lackeys. Mostly unwittingly, but a veiled multi-nation cabal is part of the steering group.

The cabal are working together to steer the West down as part of the global shift. Its either that or eventual uncontrolled collapse of the West and those in power don’t want that because they too would lose if that happens.

Ukraine serves multiple goals in sinking the West:

3. Sanctions destroying the dollar and trust in the US, accelerating the expansion of BRICS+.
4. Decimating first the Ukraine military-capable population, to be followed by EU.
5. Testing weapons.
6. Decimating German industry by energy inflation.
7. Psyops creating anxiety in the West.

Weakened NATO and US enter direct war, with “wartime necessity” leading to “suspending” civil rights of their citizens, “resetting” the sovereign debt, imposing CBDC and de facto totalitarianism, and then surrendering and becoming totalitarian vassals under briCs+.
