It was a brilliant manipulation of the press, getting them to cover something they took pains to NOT cover, as they refused to say the status of illegal law breakers…etc.
So frustrating, that by the end if his term, he had the issue ADDRESSED, with illegal crossings at the lowest evah,..hence migrant crimes, like those he forced the resistant MSM to cover, ALSO at their lowest levels ever.

Pretty amazing to me that our constitution apparently gives the president full and total control over the borders and immigration. He can open the borders up completely and allow millions of impoverished people, violent criminals, enemy combatants, and diseases carrying people from all over the world and no one, not even the courts or congress can stop him. I realize that congress has no desire to stop any of this. The GOP is smiling ear to ear. Globalist donors get what they demand and the GOP gets to demagogue the issue for political points and money-raising. Existing laws can be ignored at-will and nothing can be done.
For people that think Trump will fix all of this in Jan 2025, I don’t agree. Any action he tries to take will immediately be stalled by the courts with plenty of assistance from both political parties. We have 40M illegal aliens here now (at least that many), and they are flying them in by the thousands every week.
Apparently our constitution allows for any president to openly destroy the country and no state, no court, or no person has any right to stop it. We just need to accept it and allow our once great nation to turn into a third-world septic tank. Wait until these people start figuring out they have power in numbers, especially when the free-stuff stops. Summer 2020 all over again.

Executive orders are limited to presidential powers and subject to judicial review. President Trump did have the authority to use executive orders to bring the border under control. Of course, the 9th Circuit was busy trying to limit his power, but his actions were constitutional and consistent with the federal government’s duty to protect the states with a border.
What the head of the Biden Crime Family is doing is a negative: he is NOT going to uphold a border and protect the citizens of this country. This is not a presidential power, nor should any sane court uphold a presidential right to declare the benefits of citizenship null and void.
Now they pretend to argue the meaning of what “is” is, or whether letting murderers, rapists and terrorists free range in our country is an “invasion.” Maybe just making citizens provide these border jumpers with the things that they can no longer provide for their own family is an invasion. The definition is not limited to unformed soldiers wearing red coats. It includes “intrusions or infringements,” such as unwillingly having your culture and quality of life destroyed by those who mean you harm.
Only Biden as president has total control to cancel the border without any interference. He is well outside his constitutional powers as he puts a pillow over America’s head. He appears to be working for someone else, maybe Ukrainian mobsters, rogue alphabets, the CCP, the cartel… certainly not us.
