In my view that is all about your soul and its’ protection in the afterlife. It is also about thanking God. God will protect our souls, he has promised that, if we are faithful. He did not say we won’t be physically attacked or even killed. We can gain strength for the fight from God through prayer yes. I just got back from a walk down our road, which is next to the river. The Red Wing Blackbirds are back and letting everyone know it, my crocus are starting to bloom, Lenten roses (Hellebores) are starting to bloom, Daffodils are coming up, squirrels are chasing each other, deer are eyeing my crocus ready to relieve me of them, a Baird Owl is in the woods, and a scent of Spring is in the air. GOD promised that as long as the earth remains there will be Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.
GOD is in control. So, if you are able, even if where you live there is snow on the ground, get outside and experience what wonderful treasures GOD has given us. We just have to have eyes to see them. This is the day the LORD has made so rejoice and enjoy it.
Well, I’m the exception to the rule … I LOVE snow!
But will also happily accept warmer weather and hope to be out on a nature trail today.

The irony should not be lost on us that a trigger warning is required for an article written for adults about what their kids are watching on the internet. But in the age of social media and trans mass hysteria, this is where we find ourselves.
A brilliant documentary called “The Call is Coming From Inside the House; The Great Awokening” was posted on YouTube on January 16th 2022. Within a few days, it accrued thousands of views. It features extensive footage which has been publicly posted on social media promoting trans identities and trans surgeries, much of which is highly graphic and disturbing.

To close, I will describe the two images which, among all this surreal horror, had the biggest effect on me. One shows a smiling young woman posing topless with her surgeon to show off her mastectomy result – multiple self harm scars are clearly visible on her arms and abdomen. The other is a short video of a young woman, also topless with fresh mastectomy scars and missing nipples, explaining in an agitated manner how she is getting “phantom nipple pain” and pleading with whoever has “gotten hold of my nipples and is pinching them to stop the “sick game”. There are no words to describe a society which allows healthy body parts to be removed from young people who are clearly in such severe mental distress.

It was revealed that Kevin McCarthy (Pelosi) was privately lobbying against each candidate, buying votes, and he would have done so against Johnson earlier, but this time he wasn’t given the chance. Upon nomination, there was an immediate call for the question, and Johnson won. President Trump got the familiar man who had been part of his entourage since 2017, and who had represented him in his defense in impeachment.

Now Matt Gaetz is running for Florida governor, and he will make a good one. Perhaps J. D. Vance will run for Mitch McConnell’s perch. Here’s a scary version for ya….. Canada also joins, and Alaska secedes and joins and Russia and/or China move military bases into those areas ‘out of an abundance of caution’… you know, kinda like we have military bases adjacent to Russia and the FSU. A Moscow man named Vasiliev Pyotr Alexeievich claims he was recruited and trained by Ukrainian Intelligence to plant an explosive device in the underground parking of the Four Seasons hotel in Moscow to assassinate an unknown target, who he later learned was Tucker Carlson. He says he was detained by the Russian Counter-Terrorism Unit before he could execute the mission.
It’s impossible from the outside to verify the credibility of his claim, but remember this Sept 2023 clip from Sarah Ashton-Cirillo, a transgender former US soldier who acts as an English-speaking spokesman for the Ukrainian military:
“Next week, the teeth of the Russian devils will gnash even harder, and their rabid mouths will foam in uncontrollable frenzy as the world will see a favorite Kremlin propagandist pay for their crimes. This puppet of Putin is only the first. Russia’s war criminal propagandists will all be hunted down and justice will be served.”
I speculated then that Tucker Carlson was at the top of their hit list. Did Ukraine just attempt to make good on this threat?
I read this somewhere and it is a condemnation of US policies under Biden.
China competes with the US by building roads, bridges, infrastructure, container ports, railways, truck terminals that allows them to trade with countries all over the world and sells us billions of dollars of stuff that we no longer produce for ourselves.
The US competes with China by building more US bases and stationing military around China (more than 400), sending US Green Berets to Taiwan to train their soldiers, and selling Taiwan and other countries around China more weapons.
Which one of those will be a more economically successful way to compete, guaranteed to benefit the economy of the country and its people?
