These are excellent questions. Evidence of ethics and law violations on the part of Ms Willis is irrefutable and compelling. What did the people of Georgia get for the hundreds of thousands of dollars paid to Mr. Wade. He had no experience with RICO law and the nature of his law practice does not suggest that he was qualified to handle the case. Why was he selected and hired without County approval?
It seems clear that Willis and her DA office should be disqualified. The entire case should be dismissed based on the Willis “church speech.” If it is not, I doubt that the Fulton DA Office case file will make much sense to the prosecutor who becomes the substitute.
As I’ve mention many times here and elsewhere, Kemp has a deal to let the blacks free range in Fulton Co.

Kemp’s behavior during all of this has been disgraceful. He’s pretended this is some legitimate case and taken no steps to stop it. Reminds me of Nikki Haley acting like these cases are legitimate and need to be heard before the election.

More bad news. Earlier, someone reported that Kemp appointed the judge considering her fate. Went on to say that the judge will be facing his first election and that the deadline to file to run against him will pass within his two week delay. I suppose his decision could engender opposition no matter what he does, but I don’t like the fact that Fani’s fate was put in the hands of a judge beholden to Kemp.
And don’t forget that the judge has given $$ to Fani’s campaign. Robert Gouveia said yesterday that both he [judge] and Fani are up for re-election and the cut off date to announce you are running is some time this month. Election is in May. Check to see if he holds the decision until after that sign up date so both he and Fani will have no one running against them.

Maybe not outrage, but perhaps concern. A shipping company that has to go around the African Cape of Good Hope instead of the Suez Canal will have higher costs and longer deliveries. Those costs get passed on to the ultimate customer, the ordinary people.

Who determines if a person “charged” with a misdemeanor who turns themself in should be shackled?

Its obviously unneccesary, but is not a violation of civil rights, as far as I know.
Normally, who decides is the sheriffs deputies, responsible for transporting the prisoner, and they have latitude to take into account their own safety, that of the prisoner, other prisoners and the general public.
It might seem obvious a prisoner who turned themself in is “no threat” but that is not guaranteed or automatic.
Just ask employees of mental hospitals where people self-commit, lol.

Interstate 80 from Reno NV to the foothills headed towards Sacramento CA is a scary drive. The side towards Reno is steeper and filled with many turns. You go from elevation high of around 7,000 ft near Donner Pass to Reno NV which is around 5,000 ft. It is a major thoroughfare to big rig trucks which take the slow lane. Everyone else is stuck in the only other lane.
The scenery is heavenly but it is tough during snowstorms.

Those of you that share this b.s. certainly need to understand ONE thing. Ballots are printed and prepared many, MANY months in advance of a Primary Election. Also, in some states, it is a requirement for a candidate who has dropped out of the election to make an actual declaration of intent to be removed from the ballot to the Department of Elections in that state (such as the case in Virginia). Just because you still see a candidate on your ballot doesn’t make it some sort of conspiracy.
Agreed I just voted in the Az. primary, and my ballot had fatso, nikki, RDS, and Ramalamadingdong, along with Trump.
This also shows the challenge of the Dems changing their nominee after the Convention, or even AT the convention, as States all have different requirements for filing deadlines, etc.
