But LockBit is now regrouping, and the gang says it will publish the stolen Fulton County data on March 2 unless paid a ransom. LockBit claims the cache includes documents tied to the county’s ongoing criminal prosecution of former President Trump, but court watchers say teaser documents published by the crime gang suggest a total leak of the Fulton County data could put lives at risk and jeopardize a number of other criminal trials.

The ransomware group LockBit told officials with Fulton County, Ga. they could expect to see their internal documents published online this morning unless the county paid a ransom demand. LockBit removed Fulton County’s listing from its victim shaming website this morning, claiming the county had paid. But county officials said they did not pay, nor did anyone make payment on their behalf. Security experts say LockBit was likely bluffing and probably lost most of the data when the gang’s servers were seized this month by U.S. and U.K. law enforcement.
But on Feb. 19, investigators with the FBI and the U.K.’s National Crime Agency (NCA) took over LockBit’s online infrastructure, replacing the group’s homepage with a seizure notice and links to LockBit ransomware decryption tools.

My wife is active in the flea market wheelin-and-dealin’ demographic. She came home with a box of books one time and there was an old (~1960) civics book in the box. Answered those questions in great detail and included a reprint of the Declaration of Independence and US Constitution.

I just had breakfast with 1 of 12 senior mortgage fraud managers for one of the nation’s largest banks – Big Three bank.
Two things for all to take notice of:
1. Mortgage applications, in general, are 80-90% down YOY. Most of the home sales are all cash either from wealthy individuals or “investors.”
2. There is a little discussed mortgage program called NACA that all should pull up and read. Basically, it is a minority based program that provides mortgages for minorities with BAD credit at 100% financing at 1.5-2% below market rate. This is not only discrimatory, but will lead to more defaults and bankruptcies and destroying small and medium banks affected by this program.

And more emboldened, more blatant, more in your face, less care about the appearance of wrong doing or even getting caught.
Those holding positions to represent the authority of the constitution, the authority of the people — are more likely to be compromised, openly soliciting their bias to gain support form people willing to pay for it.
There are all kinds of banks offering blacks/minorities loans for less money than for whites.
I don’t know if a case against that is climbing its way up the courts. It’s entirely discrimnatory.

from what i understand, it is the ISP provider, not the website, not the device, not the browser, etc. –
it is your ISP throttling access.
for safari, ipad, and iphone users, turning off java will give you an uninterrupted read.
you will lose the ability to view some videos, “x” links, and the ability to “like”, or post a comment.
however, if you read thru and see something that you want to pursue, you can turn java back on and proceed.
the page jumping, reloading, and crashing will return, but if you copy/paste your comment, it should only take a few tries….

Brave works on old hardware and old OS’s. What I use for browsing news is more than 10 years old.

I never have any problem and I always use Firefox.
Will add that I’m using Chrome and added the Malwarebytes Browser Guard option and the access problems that I was having appear to have completely stopped; also would think it is still necessary to do routine cookie and browser history clearing.
It’s been mentioned earlier the difficulties experienced are not from the site but rather our browser programs that actively work to stifle easy access to non-cultural revolution approved thought (political correctness is so passé, we are looking at the early years of a full-blown Maoist cultural revolution unfolding).

I didn’t have any ad blockers because I want to support Sundance. He does a lot of work and puts this content out for free. Ads help.
I just installed Adblock Plus for Safari AMP on my Mac mini. It instantly seemed to help. After installing you have to make it available as an extension. The window for the app has the ability to check/uncheck “Allow Acceptable Ads” where “Acceptable Ads are nonintrusive ads. They are the middle ground between ad blocking and supporting online content because they generate revenue for website owners”.
I’m going to try this setting for awhile. Like I said, it seemed to instantly work. They site was slow and typing in comments had a lag, with Adblock Plus installed with the “Allow Acceptable Ads” clicked and making Adblock Plus active on this site, it seem to get rid of the lag and key stroke lag while typing.
I want to support Sundance and will put up with the ads. It’s been annoying the pat few months as you describe, but we need to remember the goal is to eliminate dissent and alternative view points. Sundance was very open when he had to move to the new hosting and when he had to turn ads on – it helps. This position is obviously in the public domain: anyone coming to this sit and search past posts will know he needed to turn on ads to help support the added cost, therefore the “deep state” knows this. What better way to quash dissent than to make them close shop.
I guarantee the increased annoying ads that make the site usable for some (those without protections in place) are done on purpose (potential conspiracy civil suit????) to deter traffic. Those with ad blocking in place won’t notice, but also no revenue to Sundance.
We can’t let them win!!! I for one will try this new setting and see if it continues to help like it is now.
Side note: in the long run, there’s billions/trillions to be made for someone that can develop a system where users can identify things they’re actually looking for (hint: I’m not looking for a polka dress!!!!), give demographic information that doesn’t allow person to be identified/tracked, keep the data private/secure while charging advertisers to target groups. The ads will be worth the higher price because they are more likely to convert. I would actually like to see ads for good stuff that I like from quality businesses that won’t bombard me because I once liked on their info.
That’s a good point to remember, the necessity of adding the ads to help allay the costs to keep the site up and running; donating to the site when using an ad blocker could help too.

SuperAntiSpyware full or complete scans may take an hour (mine do) and the very first time you will have so many hits you will wonder how your computer even ran with all the sludge it finds. MalwareBytes won’t have many hits after your first scan (I get hits only once or twice a year) but when it does it is serious stuff.
It’s your browser. Also could be a google and or Microsoft thing. Microsoft will not deliver my Martin Armstrong emails. I have been a subscriber to Armstrong since about 15 years and now Microsoft will not deliver.
I have had zero issues since I installed Brave and uBlock Origin an extension from Firefox.

The Wall Street says it has gotten its hands on a secretive document revealing the details of a failed Ukraine-Russia peace deal that was on the table within the opening months of the war. Since then there have been several reports, including from Foreign Affairs which said the UK at the time sought to sabotage the deal.
The draft peace treaty was drawn up by negotiators from both sides in April 2022, and reveals the thinking and objectives of Moscow at the time. The 17-page document has never been made public, with the WSJ for the first time on Friday divulging key sections and points.
Dated April 15, 2022, the document is said to lay out an agreement that turns Ukraine into a “permanently neutral state that doesn’t participate in military blocs”. It further stipulated that Ukraine must not build up its military using Western support and that Crimea must remain under Russian control.
The WSJ analysis admits that there were some deep concessions on the table from the Ukraine side, and further underscores many of these things would likely remain in place in any future deal where Ukraine would no doubt be inflicted with even more compromises given its forces are currently being rolled back by superior Russian military might.
“The draft treaty states that Ukraine, while being allowed to pursue European Union membership, wouldn’t be allowed to join military alliances such as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization,” according to the report. “No foreign weapons would be allowed on Ukrainian soil.”
And importantly, “Ukraine’s military would be pared down to a specific size.” The proposed deal even sought to impose permanent limitations on the Ukraine armed forces’ troop numbers: “Russia sought to limit everything from the number of troops and tanks to the maximum firing range of Ukrainian missiles.”
Another key point dealt with the role of the Russian language in Ukrainian society. Some two-thirds of the country at least knows Russian, while much of the eastern portion that includes the Donbas speaks Russian as their first language. The document reportedly sought to ensure the Russian language had an equal status in Ukrainian government ministries and in courts. The Zelensky government has since the war’s start sought to aggressively limit and even stamp out Russian in the public sphere.

The people who think they won this lawsuit by requiring the agencies to post in the Federal Register to receive comments do realize that comments received are then replied to in a future Federal Register and 9 times out of 10 are dismissed as not necessary to incorporate said commented idea or suggestion.
They didn’t win anything, the government won time to figure out how to write the regulation better so that it withstands judicial scrutiny.
It will be interesting to see if those attorneys whose fees do get paid find themselves, and their families, subject to constant internal revenue service audits over the next decade.

Ok, I saw the video of the Queens or Brooklyn couple who had bought their retirement home. A few houses from family I think. Then they found out there was a squatter there. Now, I really feel for the elderly couple and all. I thought maybe a squatter came in after they bought or something, but the story was it was a care giver of the former owner and had lived there a long time……apparently prior to the couple buying it. So, maybe the couple bought the house from the estate?
But, they didn’t do a walk thru of the house and grounds to just check things out? With members of the prior owner family of if no real family, the lawyer for the estate? I feel for the elderly couple, but dang, do your homework before you buy or make an offer…and same for the couples’ nearby family.
And even if not a caregiver and “regular” squatter had been in the long time vacant house. Still do your “literal” homework.
