My understanding is that it’s Federal Law to vote in a federal election three things must occur:
1.Must be a U.S. Citizen
2.Must be 18 yrs old or older
3.Must vote in the precinct where you are registered to vote
The states have authority to manage the election process. So if they can’t take measures to comply with the citizenship requirement then I would think they could not certify their election results. It’s amazing that a federal judge would not allow this. What’s next? 15 or 16 year old voters. Vote anywhere of your choosing-you have the right to vote-right.
Of course the states haven’t done a very good job with voting processes that comply with federal law, but no one seems to care that much anyway. The DOJ or the Sumpeme Court not that interested.
Not sure #3 IS a requirement; in Maracopa County, which is YUGE, being IIRC the largest County in the U.S. any voter registered in Maracopa County, can cast their in person vote at ANY polling place, ergo ANY PRECINCT, in Maracopa County, NOT just the previnct where they reside.
I looked this up some time ago and the federal law may include precinct or residence. Should have checked before posting. I believe you have some restrictions due to the election of representatives in the state. Anyway, nobody seems to care if states are following the laws anyway which is my intended point.

I cannot attest to all of the states mentioned above, but Wisconsin election theft was more widespread than just two counties. Zuckerbucks was widely distributed, mostly to the five largest jurisdictions, Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, Kenosha and Green Bay. If I recall correctly, democrat operatives replaced civil servants in administering election oversight in certain jurisdictions. I do not know if Wisconsin has resolved any of its issues.

It seems excessive to me, but no way can this judge let Fanny stay. Then again, we’ve seen many shocking decisions coming from the bench lately.

The judge in this case is also up for election for a full 4-year term and so far no one has filed their papers to run against him and the filing deadline to run for that position is 2 weeks from now and if he runs unopposed he is an automatic winner –
online you tube lawyers are speculating he needs 2 weeks to write the opinion of his decision so might be a 2fer, take the time to write an opinion while not aggravating any of Ms. Willis’ fans enough to file paperwork to run against him in the upcoming election.
and so is one of theories being bantered about about needing 2 weeks.
I take that as a good sign because if he was going to keep her and Wade and this may also be the entire DA’s Office, since that fella who argued for her, pretty much tied himself and others in her office, directly to her lil fani….if you get my drift.

When Newsom was Mayor here in San Francisco, the first things he did was make the City DIRTY. I don’t mean just corrupt – though it always was, you can see it hinted in the Dirty Harry Movies. Following a mandate by the Florida Board of Governors, the University of Florida has fired all DEI (diversity, equity & inclusion) staff, effective immediately.
“To comply with the Florida Board of Governor’s regulation 9.016 on prohibited expenditures, the University of Florida has closed the Office of the Chief Diversity Officer, eliminated DEI positions and administrative appointments, and halted DEI-focused contracts with outside vendors,” reads a statement from Provost J. Scott Angle.
“Under the direction of UF Human Resources, university employees whose positions were eliminated will receive UF’s standard twelve weeks of pay.
Approximately $5 million in funds previously allocated to DEI initiatives will be reallocated into a faculty recruitment fund.
