Hispanic suspect arrested in murder of student on Kentucky Christian College campus!

A suspect was taken into custody Saturday on murder charges in connection with the killing of a student on the campus of Campbellsville University in Kentucky.

The Campbellsville Police Department said that officers were first called to the school at 12:43 a.m. local time on a report of an unresponsive male in his dorm room. The victim, 18-year-old Josiah Malachi Kilman, was rushed to a local hospital, where he died. His cause of death is under investigation.

The suspect was identified by police as 21-year-old Charles E. Escalera. Campbellsville University disclosed that Escalera was also a fellow student.

Following a manhunt, the Green County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police received a call at about 5:15 p.m. local time regarding a suspicious male in a barn on the border of Green County and Taylor County, which includes the city of Campbellsville. Responding state police located Escalera and took him into custody without incident, Campbellsville police said. He is being held on murder charges.

Police did not provide any details regarding a motive, or the circumstances which led up to the killing. It was also unclear if the suspect and victim knew each other prior to the incident.

Campbellsville is located about 80 miles south of Louisville.

This comes just two days after a 22-year-old nursing student was killed while on a jog on the Athens campus of the University of Georgia. A 26-year-old man was arrested Friday on murder charges.

Dissecting Stupidity

While the Fani Willis testimony inspired this post, it’s not the only case to be made for the fact that Americans might be too stupid today to fix anything. This is not a condemnation of the human being so much as it’s a condemnation of a federally-run public school system. One cannot rely on education to solve the problems; it takes common sense, logic and the application of both to overcome the irrational and illogical narratives that seem to create this sort of civil psychosis, the outcome of which is societal suicide.

Fani Willis, for her part, relies on arguments that are so stupid when it comes to how she misappropriated funds and the conflicts of interest in hiring a sexual partner to investigate the political crime of being Donald Trump. It is only intelligent if intended as a tactic that by admitting criminal and unethical acts the judicial circus serves to distract from the collusion meetings she and Nate Wade held with the White House prior to filing the charges against Trump.

But just to dissect a little bit of the stupidity of this case, the fact that it’s intended to ruin the political future of Donald Trump and little else, it exposes for all to see the absolute absurdity of the justice system that’s been left in the hands of idiots. The central question was if Fani Willis benefitted financially from the case. She paid her sexual partner three-quarters of a million dollars, more than three times what she paid any other investigator (per hour), took several expensive vacations with him and believes that reimbursing him in cash is a justifiable response to how she did not financially benefit from the overpayment to Wade. The trouble is, if she did actually repay him to avoid that accusation, she would have demanded receipts for that cash. If not in every case at least half or three-quarters of them. No one else would get a pass on simply claiming that reimbursement was done in cash. I didn’t listen to it all, but half of the legal stupidity was on the charging side of the case. I never heard the opposing counsel ask where that cash payment was deposited into Wade’s account, but I did hear him claim that he would not keep that much cash in his possession for fear of robbery. There were many other instances, such as admitting that she used campaign funds for all sorts of other purchases and didn’t segregate the money from her personal cash.

Mr. Bragg’s idiotic case based on a tortured chimera of state and federal law, will be served up soon with a pre-determined outcome.

What all these cases have in common is that they were concocted as if no such thing as consequence exists. The first consequence for the stupid office-holders duped into bringing these cases is that they will be dishonored and broken by their bad choices. The second consequence is that they will deepen the suppressed racial animosity in our country — as designed heinously to do by the white leftist elitists manipulating these black state and county attorneys — and possibly drive us into tragic race war to complete the destruction of our country they’ve wished and worked for.

The special counsel Jack Smith’s federal cases, on the other hand, look like a complete bust. The one in the DC federal district court under Judge Chutkan is unraveling on its obvious lack of merit, its misapplication of the statutes cited, and Mr. Smith’s illegitimate appointment under the rules governing special counsels. The so-called Mar-a-Lago document case in Florida appears to have been a smokescreen for the FBI’s attempt to repossess documentary evidence of its own criminal role in the 2015-to-2019 RussiaGate caper. I predict Judge Aileen Cannon will end up dismissing the whole thing as, in effect, a DOJ-sponsored hoax on the court.

The MAGA / America First movement around America are working hard at the state and local levels for President Trump’s victory in November. They are focused on the “urgent and important” issues at the local / state level ….. not so much on the dc / international distractions.  

In 2025, President Trump will take the Presidential Oath of Office of the United States of America.

The oath is found in Article II of the Constitution. It contains 35 words and goes as follows:

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

It demands he “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

As such, it doesn’t require of him to do the same for the unconstitutional administrative-state’s rules, acts, declarations, interpretations, agreements, and even some laws that the un-American globalists have enacted over the past century, slowly eroding the freedoms and rights of the American citizens and states codified in the “original Constitution and the legally approved amendments.”

As President, he cannot associate with, nor defend, any “written law that is unconstitutional.”

This the “written law” that Thomas Jefferson wrote about when he warned Americans …… in his words:

“A strict observance of the written law is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. If I have taught you nothing else, it’s to recognize that when this claim is made by a Blob creature, it lays a formal predicate for the Blob to crack open the combined Dept Of Dirty Tricks of CIA, FBI, Pentagon & State to all go after domestics, citing ‘counterintelligence’
