According to Jonathan Turley in a NY Post piece today –per NY law:
President Trump cannot appeal the ruling without depositing the full $455 million in a court account which is the amount of penalties and interest. Pay in full upfront or no appeal allowed.
Turley believes getting bond would be challenging in these circumstances: “a bond would require a company to guarantee payment for a defendant who has been barred from doing business in New York and is facing the need to liquidate much of his portfolio.”
I am so upset that PDJT cannot appeal without first depositiing with the court the full $455 million.
Will he have to do a fire sale of all his properties to quickly come up with the cash?

Twenty-three states and territories had a permanent absentee voter list in 2022—a practice that allows a voter to request to automatically be sent a mail-in ballot in every succeeding election. No new application or update of registration information is required in most of them.
In the 2022 election, half the states and territories allowed same-day voter registration.
In the election cycles before the pandemic, the EAC study said that nearly 60 percent of Americans voted in person on election day. In 2022, the figure was 49 percent.
Before the pandemic, mail-in ballot drop boxes were rare, with most being deployed in or around an election office. By 2022, there were 13,000 drop boxes being used in 39 states, with many boxes placed in settings that lacked security and surveillance measures.
Fifteen of the 39 states and territories using drop boxes, including Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, New York, and Maine, couldn’t report how many ballots were collected from their receptacles in 2022, the report said.
According to the EAC study, 334,382 voting machines were used in the nation’s polling places in 2022. The utilization of electronic ballot marking devices was up 18.6 percent from 2020, while the use of electronic scanners rose 7.8 percent in the same period.

I’m angry because our voices aren’t heard by anyone other than people ready to write all of us off as Nazis or something. All of us who had grandpas that fought the Nazis. As if we would turn into Nazis ourselves. It’s so ridiculous, but we can’t tell “them” that because they won’t listen and they hate us.
I’m angry because there are millions of Americans living in cities who have no idea where food comes from, have no idea how anything is made, but yet they have formed an opinion that you and me are hateful ignorant evil people just because we do not participate in their rat cage experiment.

Thanks. That was a one off and no reason to hear what I say. Was also initially created with this same anger. I’ll be honest, I feel more exhaustion than anger most of the time. I lived in DC for a few years a bit ago now, and it was obvious how much everyone there just viscerally hated anyone “outside”. They look at all of you, and me, as just vermin. No matter that we all create everything that supports their life. No matter that much of my family and many of yours grows everything they eat or works in the factories that processes raw food into their ramen noodles or whatever it is they consume. They hate us.

Navalny might be considered a political prisoner because he was found guilty of treason, attempting to get money to overthrow the government of Russia. Unlike the J6 prisoners who are convicted on fabricated charges and questionable evidence by a highly partisan DC jury, Navalny was tried and convicted on real evidence, video evidence of his closest associate negotiating with a British MI6 spy.

He has never been an opposition to President Putin except in the minds of western lying media. He never had more than a 1-2% share of people who might have voted for him.
The latest case against him was also tried and he was convicted under Russian law.
Russia, the US, and Germany were negotiating his exchange for a Russian intelligence officer in prison in Germany. Russia wanted their operative back a whole lot more than they wanted to keep Navalny who was a neo-Nazi and a life-long drug abuser.
