Government by emergency and very special counsels. One of the excuses Hur makes is that Bribem was writing a book. How do they know Trump didn’t take similar materials for his book?
Documents found at the Penn-Biden Chinese Center, the University of Delaware, The Biden home in Delaware, and evidently other locations (“Classified Documents Discovered at Locations Including…”), some top secret, some Sensitive Compartmented Information and NONE of it legally held. It’s existence was covered up for years, whereas President Trump was bullied by NARA, the DOOJ and the FIB on an unreasonably short time frame designed to justify raiding his home.

Yet, Hur declined to press charges for a variety of reasons –
Biden’s age and frailty – the declination decision is no surprise. The Department of Justice and its hand-picked Special Counsel never intended to prosecute Biden. It’s Department policy that some Presidents (and some Presidential candidates) are immune from prosecution, no matter their crimes. This is the world we live in.
The report itself not only establishes a factual basis supporting criminal charges but because findings are so damning to Biden.

2. Biden was on tape admitting his possession of classified documents, which he unlawfully shared with his ghostwriter.

Nevada caucus starts at 5pm PST. At least one local news source says it’s expected to wrap up at around 7:30pm PST. Maybe there aren’t many people who are excited about it but I am. 🙂 There are 26 delegates to be awarded. DeSantis will probably win some unless they prohibit people from voting for candidates who have dropped out.
US Virgin Islands caucus is today as well. I think it’s going on right now and I don’t see any results posted yet. There are 4 delegates to be awarded. I think all of the candidates are on the ballot, including all who have dropped out. It will be interesting to see how many votes, say, Chris Christie gets. 🙂
