FBI Violated Constitutional Rights with Unauthorized Search of Hundreds of Safe Deposit Boxes, Federal Court Rules

A federal circuit court this week ruled that the FBI overstepped the Fourth Amendment when it rifled through safety deposit boxes belonging to Californians.

In a Tuesday opinion, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found that the FBI’s investigation into US Private Vaults violated the constitutional rights of its customers. Agents seized and examined over 700 boxes, containing items worth upwards of $80 million, reports indicate.

The 2021 raid targeted Beverly Hills-based US Private Vaults, known for guaranteeing anonymity to its clients. Authorities suspected the company and its patrons of involvement in illegal activities like money laundering, drug trafficking, and running prostitution rings.

The FBI’s 2021 raid involved confiscating millions in cash, along with various items like jewelry, personal belongings, and important documents including wills and prenups from the deposit boxes.

Victims of the raid filed a lawsuit in May 2021, claiming a blatant breach of their Fourth Amendment rights.

This week the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously stated that the FBI had overstepped the limits of its pre-raid warrant, which specifically did not permit a ‘criminal search or seizure’ of the box contents.

Hunter Biden’s financial benefactor provides Congress details on $6.5M in loans to president’s son

Hunter Biden received more than $6.5 million in five separate loans over a two-year period from entertainment lawyer Kevin Morris, according to a letter sent this week to one of the congressional committees involved in the GOP impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.

A copy of Morris’ letter, obtained by NBC News, details the dates, sum, and terms of the loans issued he issued to the president’s son beginning in 2021. Among the loans listed in the letter to the House Oversight Committee was one issued as recently as last month for for $1.2 million to be paid in full by 2028, and any previously accrued and unpaid interest due the following year.

The interest rate for all five loans was set at 5%, and was negotiated by separate attorneys, the letter says.

Texas Rebellion?

Article IV, Section 4 states: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

That is a promise made to the states to inspire agreement with the original charter and now ignored by the executive branch alone to the detriment of Texas in particular. But it’s all just words with varying and often opposite definitions thrown about to allow politicians to get what they want.

“Shall” is a very important word in legal terms, one that patriots are counting on to save the day. It does not allow for convenience or deliberation, it requires the United States to secure each state from invasion. There would be no invasion if the entire government were not directed to allow it, from funding it, to opening the borders, to tearing down any restrictions to entry, to paying, through the UN, the NGOs that provide guidance and training in how to request asylum.

If you want the words of the Constitution to mean something, you are going to have to put the cost of their violation at the top of your priority list.

On February 14, 2022, Trudeau took the extraordinary measure of invoking the “Emergencies Act” for the first time in Canada’s history. The Act gave the government sweeping powers to arrest protesters, freeze their bank accounts, seize property, and dismantle blockades, which is what Trudeau did.

Central to Trudeau’s invocation of the Act was the alleged threat of right-wing extremism and violence, but new documents that podcaster Jeremy Mackenzie obtained through Canada’s freedom of information law show that this drastic measure was based on fabricated intelligence. What’s more, Canada appears to have shared this disinformation with other members of the Five Eyes alliance. Nikki Haley victim of ‘swatting’ attack at South Carolina home

Authorities in South Carolina responded to a bogus emergency call at Nikki Haley’s South Carolina home last month, allegedly to investigate reports of that a man had shot a woman and was preparing to harm himself.

The false report, known as swatting, has become a growing problem for high profile Americans and politicians of both parties and can result in deadly accidents.

The swatting attack took place on Dec. 30 in the town of Kiawah Island. Neither Haley nor her son were not at home during the incident.

The story of the swatting was related by Kiawah Island Director of Public Safety, Craig Harris, who said in an email obtained by Reuters that an unknown person called 911 and “claimed to have shot his girlfriend and threatened to harm himself while at the residence of Nikki Haley.”

Who believes that RINO Abbott has “suddenly” awoken to the border crisis? Abbott has steadfastly worked against our border security and numerous other “conservative” positions in his tenure. In fact, I posit that his “trick on Democratic governors/mayors” of sending illegals via plane/bus to their states/cities wasn’t motivated to make it difficult for those states; rather I feel that Abbott was actually DISTRIBUTING sleeper cells across our country.
Now, when this infiltration has been satisfied, he’s “suddenly” found this desire to protect the border?! C’mon man!

Rather, could it be that he’s now luring red states’ National Guardsmen to the border; depleting red states’ abilities to draw on those very same soldiers in any emergency at home.
Simultaneously, and since DJT has pledged his support of the Texas actions, you’d have to be blind not to have seen the barrage of Leftist-posts saying the “[Trump is encouraging civil war]!” This is another J6 government setup.

In my humble opinion, it seems that one, the other, or likely both are happening now:
(1) enemy combatants have been distributed throughout our country and now defenses are being drawn away from home to the border;
(2) red states and DJT are being setup for “incitement of civil war” allegations and charges.

Dangerous times. Whatever the Uniparty plans, it’s going to precede this election. Their fraudulent “legal cases” against DJT are crumbling, their attempts to destroy his reputation are falling on deaf ears, the likelihood of getting away with election fraud as they did in (at least) 2020 and 2022 is diminishing as people learn the facts, their actions are likely to precipitate soon.

Americans have been harmed by the administrative-state’s rules, acts, declarations, interpretations, agreements, and even some laws that the un-American globalists have enacted over the past century, slowly eroding the freedoms and rights of the American citizens that are codified in the United States Constitution and its approved amendments.

It has been a conspiracy between certain globalist factions within all three branches of the federal government. Over a century, they have concocted a maze of mechanisms that have slowly but surely taken away the rights of “we the people” and the states. The executive branch was the most hamstrung by this unconstitutional activity.

In 2024, Americans are getting a civics lesson. Americans will again become aware of the power of “we the people” and the states vs the federal government. For over a century, the feds have usurped power from the people and the states.

With two examples in 2024, the usurping has been exposed and those two actions will completely upend the globalist’s “COW-coup-d’état against the USA Constitutional Republic and its duly elected president, President Trump”

The first example to point to is Texas Governor Abbott’s demonstration of state’s rights with the rejection of the not-so-supreme-court’s ruling about the border.

“For these reasons, I have already declared an invasion under Article I, § 10, Clause 3 to invoke Texas’s constitutional authority to defend and protect itself. That authority is the supreme law of the land and supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary.” 

The Texas National Guard, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and other Texas personnel are acting on that authority, as well as state law, to secure the Texas border.

The second example to point to is the “2024 Constitutional Republic Mandate” recommended to be a plank in President Trump’s platform.

Every president of the United States has recited the oath of office as the official start of their presidency.

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

As such, it doesn’t require of him to do the same for the unconstitutional administrative-state’s rules, acts, declarations, interpretations, agreements, and even some laws that the un-American globalists have enacted over the past century, slowly eroding the freedoms and rights of the American citizens as defined in the Constitution and its approved amendments.

As President, he cannot associate with, nor defend, any “written law or process that is unconstitutional.”

The “2024 Constitutional Republic Mandate” demands that President Trump immediately de-authorizes and disbands the unconstitutional administrative-state’s departments and personnel in the executive branch. That requires no approval of any stinkin’ congressman, senator nor jurist of the not-so-supreme court. It is constitutional and it is fast and permanent. 

The executive branch is the location of the alphabet agencies and personnel involved in the weaponization of the federal government against its citizens. They will be moved out of the government so they will no longer be a threat to Americans. Law and order will be restored.

All can be accomplished within the first 100 days of his administration and follows the advice of President Thomas Jefferson who warned “in his own words”:

“A strict observance of the written law is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to the written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the ends to the means.”

The “written law” President Jefferson is talking about isn’t the Constitution ….. it is the the unconstitutional administrative-state’s rules, acts, declarations, interpretations, agreements, and even some laws that the un-American globalists have enacted over the past century, slowly eroding the freedoms and rights of the American citizens….. as codified in the Constitution and its approved amendments.

Today when I woke up I quickly said my daily prayer to Saint Suzuki and jumped out of bed to look out of the window to see if the planet had melted yet. 

Surprisingly, it hadn’t. I’ll look again tomorrow. 

As I slipped on my climate friendly organic coconut fibre slippers, I remembered with a growing sense of foreboding and dread the stochastic speech by @TuckerCarlson  yesterday. Carlson is a transphobic anticlimactic bigot who whipped typical common, IQ deficient red necked Albertans into a frenzy yesterday by uttering out loud thoughts which do not align with the Government’s vision. 

We all know what happens to a free and open democracy when just anyone can say things without Dear Leader’s approval. It leads to the destruction of public safety and free speech. 

I myself feel personally threatened by Tucker and his hordes of followers. It’s frightening to think that I live in a country where people simply think differently than I and the rest of the elite governing class do, and get away with it! 

I went to the kitchen and made myself some toast with my solar toaster. To pass the time as I waited for the 60 minutes before my toast was ready (slightly warm but not brown), I headed for my daily cold shower with recycled water from my toilet bowl. 

When I came out of the shower, it happened. I felt as though the universe erupted in laughter. It was a manic, infectious, intimidating laughter with a tinge of insanity. I froze like a trucker’s bank account. Who was this? My wife wasn’t even home!

Then I understood. This is but the beginning. Tucker Carlson has unleashed the power of millions of common, ordinary Canadians. He has stochastically incited them to rise up against their intellectual and moral superiors. 

For so long, Canada has thrived under the shared understanding that opinions not approved by the Ministry of Truth are literal terrorism. Now there is something different in the air. Common Canadians are becoming emboldened. They are mocking me and my rational solutions to fight the climate by destroying Alberta’s economy. They no longer care that unapproved opinions are by definition hate speech and literal violence. 

Shaken, I went to the kitchen and buttered my toast with organic climate friendly melted whale blubber harvested sustainably from the rotting carcass of a sperm whale hit and killed by a Greenpeace boat. 

Then it happened. I heard a “honk honk” in the street below. My heart stopped. My wrist became more limp than usual. My toast slipped from my plate and landed blubber side down on the filthy floor which I clean only once per year to save the environment. 

This is the experience of fear and violence to which I have been sentenced by @ABDanielleSmith and #TuckerCarlson. The mere existence of people with WrongThought has put my life in literal danger. 

Enough is enough. 

I’m going to lash out against this bullying. 

Expect some very, very punitive regulations to crush Alberta any day now. The gloves are off!

Entirely predictable when women perceive The State as a more reliable provider (via legal theft) than the potential mates they have to chose from.
