Especially about the truth of this constitutional republic, the powers and rights of citizens over government, and the limitations imposed by the Constitution itself on the government.
THEY have distorted the whole subject so thoroughly that few can see it clearly, IMHO.
Firstly, its a matter of WILL, NOT laws, rules or regulations.
Without the WILL to address the “problem” and FIX it, all of the talk of “how” is just meaningless bickering.
WITH the will, the way becomes clear. THEY want us bickering over the WAY, because it keeps us DIVIDED, so we can not join in UNITY, to form the necessary WILL.
We see this with the legislative process, where they insist there must be some “trade off” for any legislation. WHY should there be ANY “give” for measures to secure the border?
THEY have constructed the entire system of Giverment, to THWART the will of the people.
FIX THAT, and all of these complex, multi-faceted “problems” are easily addressed…..
FAIL to fix that, and all of the arguments about how to deport them, or get them to leave are just chatter.

Throw them out with their parents. We shouldn’t separate families. Then clarify the laws and revoke their citizenship. Their parents were illegal. Therefore that citizenship is invalid. What’s so hard about that?

During the congressional discussions leading up to the passage of the XIVth Amendment this was specifically addressed; of course it wouldn’t apply to the children born to those who had no legal right to be here! Yes, that’s recorded (sorry I don’t have a cite).
And this continued through 1983, after which one State after another decided to fall in line, I seem to remember Texas held out the longest.
The verbiage in the XIVTH Amendment was the pretext for giving away our country, but was passed to address the black population, especially those who were once slaves. Obviously it is not only not needed, but has introduced a huge amount of mischief (like “penumbras,” right to abortion, the travesty of men “marrying” other men, etc.).
Once we began rewarding law-breakers in this manner it started a massive increase in the invasion of the United States, and will forever be an invitation to the rest of the world.
For forty years many of us have been screaming for correction. Now we have anchor grand babies, great grand babies, and more. We have forced taxpayer provided translators, healthcare, housing, welfare, social security, ESL classes, and a myriad of special agencies devoted to the needs of those who are stealing our country.
The problem became so bad, so obvious and so expensive so quickly that CA came up with Proposition 187, Save Our State, in 1994, a decade after the deluge began. It passed overwhelmingly; it would have saved CA, as well as the rest of the nation.
It would have denied public services to the benefit thieves. Governor Wilson was set to implement it, but it was challenged by the anti-American do-gooders.
A left wing federal judge ruled against it and of course Wilson declined to appeal.
Coming almost twenty years after the change in the immigration laws (no this won’t change the demographics!) these two huge changes in America spelled the end of America.
She hasn’t got much else right lately, but Ann Coulter was spot on: “Adios, America!”

Non-medical PhD programs are full of people unwilling to join the working world or itching to jump into academia (more non-working world). From my grad program, the folks who went forward for PhDs, had no prayer of getting real jobs.
Years ago, I was admitted to a pre-PhD program in Library and Information Science.
It seemed like a great opportunity at the time, until I realized that it would qualify me for virtually nothing but a career in academia. I would be “over qualified” for the public library/early literacy work that I loved.
I dropped out of the program immediately and returned to the real world.

That’s right. You come away with the ability to research deeply a bunch of biased drivel in very narrow topics.

Yes he basically decided what he wanted to find and jiggered the results to make them fit, which is the opposite of what you are supposed to do.
You are supposed to try to prove yourself wrong, and “peer review” means that they are supposed to look at your work with a critical eye.
Your work is also supposed to be replicated, and no one can do that if you don’t show all your work.
My work is constantly peer / client reviewed. My solution to wrong isn’t adding another citation. My advisor tends to frown heavily when I don’t get my stuff done and correctly. I’ve even seen people fired.

The stock market ended up for the week. Although almost totally manipulated one way or the other, I like to think an up market is because of Trump and a down market is because of Biden. We are in an obvious Bull market and have been since October 30th.
I am biased for a future aggressive correction sometime before the election because it is still a long time before Trump is back sitting in the Oval Office. This would be good for Trump because now the people will blame any down market on Biden.

A Report To Our Treepers Regarding the Indiana Governor’s Race
Though this information is about the candidates running for Indiana’s Governor, I believe we are all ON WATCH for those America First candidates that can succeed President Trump after his Presidential run is completed. I believe we have one worth watching in Indiana, Mike Braun.
Indiana is a hot bed of political activity. We grow more than corn in Indiana – we grow dirty politicians. We gave you the likes of Pete Buttegieg, Ron Klain, Mike Pence, Amy Comey-Barrett, Todd Young and firebrands for freedom such as Victoria Spartz, Jim Baird, and Mike Braun. Indiana is a small state and no one gives us much mind, but I have lived in bigger places (Los Angeles, Seattle, San Antonio) and have never seen a concentration of political power, as I have seen here.
Also, Indiana is an important part of our nation’s breadbasket that supplies our nation’s food. We are experiencing an all-out assault on our farmers and their lands which are being acquired and converted to asphalt and concrete for big pharma and multi-national companies. Once that farmland is asphalted over, it never reverts back to usable crop production.
This information is incredibly important because we need to know what is on State leadership’s minds… especially in the absence of current Federal America-first leadership. When this fight comes to our cities and towns, we will be looking to our State’s leadership for our response to crisis.
Here is my report on the Indiana Republican Gubernatorial Forum that took place on Thursday, January 25, 2024. Candidates only had 90 seconds to respond to questions and 2-minute closing statement. These are some notable highlights that I could capture.
ON EDUCATION AND SCHOOL CHOICE:
Only 31% of children in grades 3 through 8 are proficient. Indiana spends half of its State budget on education – $11 Billion
All candidates were in favor of the expansion of School Choice and giving power back to the parents.
Notable Comments:
Curtis Hill (former Indiana Attorney General) pivots away from School Choice and says the selections of education are poor and if we teach critical thinking to our children, it doesn’t matter about the indoctrination.
GOVERNOR’S EMERGENCY POWERS (which most feel current Governor Eric Holcomb has taken advantage of by extending unnecessarily his COVID State of Emergency declaration – he kept it in place for 2 years)
Indiana has Senate Bill 0234 in the works to limit the Governor’s emergency order to 30 days. (Do not just trust this bill – read it and watch it carefully work its way through the process. Indiana has a bad habit of editing their bills in committee and distorting their good intentions in favor of nefarious ones.)
“Disaster emergency. Provides that a state of disaster emergency declared by the governor expires after 30 days. Prohibits the governor from calling a new state of disaster emergency unless the new disaster is wholly unrelated to an earlier disaster. Mike Braun Healthcare is the largest political lobbying group in Indiana. When he was a business owner before becoming a politician, his company faced exorbitant insurance premiums to insure their workers. He re-organized his business to become self-insured, was able to cut health insurance premiums for his employees, and they experienced no health insurance premium increases for 16 years.
Brad Chambers says education is more important than healthcare. He wants to focus on economics and alluded to it being a prosperity issue.
IDENTITY POLITICS – How to combat it? Would each of the candidates eliminate the Indiana State Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
All candidates vowed to close the DEI office, with some gray area on Chambers. Chambers alluded that if we are following proper assessment and evaluation of job candidates, we shouldn’t need DEI. Not exactly a firm “yes” that he would close it. (I always watch for double-speak or himming and hawing on hot issues where a yes/no answer is requested.)
Notable Comments:
Mike Braun – His campaign’s motto is “Freedom and Opportunity”. When you try to fix outcomes you eliminate merit. He supports equal opportunities without fixed outcomes.
Suzanne Crouch – DEI is not moral or Constitutional. It is divisive, exclusionary, and insults Hoosiers with disabilities who have a 70% unemployment rate. She fumbled here though and couldn’t state what DEI acronym stands for “Diversity, Equity… (fumble fumble) office of Opportunity.” Schools needed to get back to teaching “four R’s – Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic”… um, that’s three, Suzanne.
Eric Doden – hates virtue signaling. Will close DEI office.
ILLEGAL BORDER CROSSING – Would the candidates acknowledge support of Texas’s move to send National Guard troops to secure our nation’s border?
All candidates agreed to support the State of Texas.
NOTABLE GENERAL REMARKS:
Brad Chambers – Indiana Economic Development tax abatements ineffective. (Remember, Eric Doden was President of IEDC.) There needs to be business performance-based incentives. Indiana is in a “global” economy. (Brad is former Secretary of Commerce) Called himself the rookie on the stage. Economy first guy.
Suzanne Crouch – Wants to eliminate the Indiana State Income Tax.
Eric Doden – Focused on attracting $100 million in worker talent. 80% of our infrastructure is breaking down and we need to rely on private sectors restoring communities to draw a talent pool of candidates for jobs. 25% of our State budget is FSA (welfare). Invoked God.
Curtis Hill – Secure our liberty. Don’t join woke companies. We don’t need to change ourselves as Hoosiers to fit them. If they want to do business here, then they should change to join us. Bashed Mike Braun directly stating that his return to Indiana is a failure on his part at the Federal level. Curtis Hill claimed that he wrote a letter to Holcomb telling him he couldn’t mandate masks or vaccines as part of his Executive privilege. Hill claims he filed a lawsuit against Obamacare.
Mike Braun recounted his experience at the Federal level to be brought back to fight for Indiana. Led over 35 bills into law at the Federal level. It’s not about talking about change, it’s about doing it. Was named “most effective first term Republican Senator”. He thinks politicians should spend some time signing their name to the front of paychecks to gain proper experience at leading.
Nowhere in the program comments, brochure, or anywhere did anyone mention President Donald Trump, nor did they mention that Mike Braun earned Trump’s endorsement as the next Governor of Indiana.
Incidentals:
One of the questions posed to the candidates was who was their favorite Supreme Court Justices past and present. MOST chose Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas. One candidate – it was either Doden or Chambers said Scalia and Amy Comey-Barrett. The crowd boo’d at the mention of Amy Comey-Barrett.
There were a band of well-dressed youth at the closing of the forum who were collecting signatures to put Trump on the ballot. I erroneously thought that these youth were data-farming for the email addresses of the attendees and I rebuffed them thinking that Trump would already be on the ballot and Trump would be the clear winner!
Not so fast.

I will add that I am deeply troubled and sad by the loss of farmland and paving over of your beautiful state where Tecumseh & his followers ended up after getting manifest destined out of Ohio. I have a few Indiana refugees where I live now and they are solid salt of the earth people much like my beloved Pennsylvania.
The farmland associated wildlife like Bluebirds,Meadowlarks etc are going to be hit hard and suffer declines. The environmental movement has been long hijacked so no help for the flora & fauna from those frauds.

All accounts agree the results would have been much worse if not for civilians with deer rifles, hastily pulled from car trunks and truck rifle racks, that forced the shooter to ‘take cover’.
I am old enough to remember that shooting incident. I’m not talking about shooting incidents. I’m talking about IEDS/bombings and then further IEDs for the first responders, killing them, too. I’m talking about tunnels filled with water, bridges down, power stations/sub-stations taken down, waste treatment plants down, no Internet, no MSM broadcasts (stations targeted), no cell phone (towers down), no food in the grocery stores (supply routes interrupted), trash in the street, roving gangs of criminals, no lights when the sun goes down, stuff like that. Panic. Complete breakdown of the American way of life. Yep, it can happen.
