Why is it that European leaders, both east and west sadly, keep pushing this narrative that Russia is getting ready to overrun the entire continent? They can not make up their mind as to which talking points they want to use in a specific day. One day, Russia is running out of missiles, another day Russia is going to steamroll into Poland. This is all so absurd. And it’s funny how they tell the home populations to be prepared for war all the while denigrating the home populations and showing them little to no regard.
They keep pushing and pushing and pushing. This is not gonna end well. I refuse to go into open war with another Christian nation like Russia! Who benefits from this insanity??

Eight-thousand migrants from Central America accounted for approximately 20,000 visits in 2023. Denver Health asked the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide funds for immigrants’ medical costs. As this is Thursday, today’s paper had Karl Rove’s weekly editorial – Mom had me read it.
Upon reading Karl Rove’s piece, it seems more definite than ever that The Bush Family is very much invested in defeating President Trump through backing Nikki Haley. It was all about the same things that Nikki was essentially focused on in her New Hampshire “victory” speech. With Chris Sununu ferrying around Mrs. Haley in the Granite State, it seemed pretty apparent to me already that The Bush Family had switched to Nikki after having backed Ron De Santis.
The vitriol on display at the Houston debate during the 2016 Presidential campaign against Donald J. Trump is alive and well in Rove’s article; Rove himself seems to be the one having a tantrum, on behalf of The Bush Family! I daresay George H. W. Bush hated Donald J. Trump a million times more than he hated broccoli and Karl Rove is keeping the flame alive.
To me, he has to have had a conniption fit over New Hampshire. His writing this time is not as smooth and opaque as usual; there are lapses which jump out at me, such as “Americans’ attitudes have been sour, they seem to be mellowing”. Okay, we are all just going from “sour” as you put it, Mr. Rove, to “mellowing”. Just like that. How? Why? Who said so? “Because I said so”?
Rove continues the Haley talking points about President Trump’s memory (or were those actually Rove talking points) but he totally forgets about all those South Carolina politicians coming out in support of President Trump.
Also, of course, Rove does not delve into Mrs. Haley’s history of weirdness which was on display at least since she was 17 years old and told her new boyfriend to use his middle name, Michael instead of his first name, William. It wasn’t dementia from old age, so what caused that?
Rove does us all a favor, I think, with his editorial putting in print forever the connection of The Bush Family to the Nikki Haley campaign; they are in it up to their eyebrows.
I am so glad that President Trump let it be known that people who continue to support Nikki Haley’s campaign will be personae non grata – they are all the same people that were mad that Jeb Bush did not get elected.
