Three polls from Trafalgar, Monmouth and Suffolk University all generally find the same outcome. President Trump is polling approximately 20 points ahead of Nikki Haley in New Hampshire:

My understand is that for a Democrat to switch party affiliation and vote in the NH Republican primary, they would have had to switch that affiliation back on 10/6/23. Am I mistaken about that? Also, NH now applies voter ID, which catches the Massachusetts residents who used to bus up to NH for close elections.

Residency is confirmed upon registration. And, residency is not durational in NH…BUT even though you can register to vote the day of an election (not change party affiliation) you now have to provide any number of things to prove residency. Such as any current utility bill with the service at address provided (gas, electric, oil, water/sewer, cable/dish) or other official mail recently received at the correct address etc Requiring ID to vote is a separate matter that requires the ID you noted.

The definition of “Natural Born” at the time of the constitution, had to do with place of birth and parent’s citizenship.

The US Supreme court made it a point in the recent case of New York vs Bruen that the 2nd amendment can only be defined in. and any laws by the Feds or any State, must be applied using the founding father thinking, the way the the Founders/writers/authors of the US Constitution meant how it was to be at the time they wrote the US Constitution, and not in any other way of definition.

I think Rep. Massie may have laid the groundwork when he said Trump will be convicted at some point. From Breitbart article:

Then at the convention, GOPe, RNC narrative will be they can’t have a candidate that’s appealing a conviction. Try and get the electors to switch to Haley.

I’ve read reports that both the Boson Globe and the Manchester Union Leader newspapers have just come out in favor of Haley. Interesting that both papers waited until after DeSantis dropped out before offering their Haley endorsements. Are they truly endorsing Haley, or are they simply offering up their democrat biased “anyone but Trump” position without commitment, as they have no other choice?

An interesting story from the local Fox radio station update this afternoon. It is said that there may be “voting machine issues” because the optical scanners used in the state are more than 15 years old and no longer have parts available for them. Almost like they were getting set up for some form of fraudulent activity. Why not go back to paper ballots, then, and count them as they are turned in? Oh so easy, and if somebody wants to count them again they can.
