I have wondered what the plane flight records from the geo engineering sprayers might show. Perhaps nothing, perhaps something.
Does anyone have technical and accurate knowledge about this? My own experience here in the SW burbs of Chicago…we often see it around a Thursday or Friday, but other days too…and usually in abundance…..I know we saw a lot of them about a week prior to this snow event….

I didn’t watch any of the debates, but my understanding is that the questions were on the kinds of things urban leftist voters care about, not on things that the GOP base cares about like the WEF’s sinister agenda. Which isn’t surprising for Fox. I think Trump refusing to participate was a good move and would have liked to have seen other candidates do the same, perhaps as a protest over the Tucker firing.

I wonder how the SC will rule. Do the homeless have a right to camp on public property? The argument is based on the government’s limitation to mete out “cruel and unusual punishment” as laid out in the 8th Amendment. (My foreign-born father used to say taxes were cruel and usual punishment.) What are the implications if the ruling is in favor of public property encampment? Can budget-minded tourists identify as homeless and sleep on the sidewalk? Will cities and municipalities be forced to accommodate 100% of their homeless population? Will the homeless be rounded up and bussed to other destinations? Will we see more tent cities?
Every street will be a potential campground. Can you imagine Rodeo Dr. with people camped all over the sidewalks? CA is insane enough to agree to this nonsense. From what I hear about the homeless in Chicago, we here are under the impression that it is their ‘choice’….

Years ago the ACLU sued to prevent discrimination against homeless people using “public property”, which, presumably, they have as much right to as anyone else. Okay, maybe, but lots of regular people weren’t needing access under bridges.
Here’s how I look at it. Everyone has the right to use public property BUT not in a manner than prevents others from also using it for the purposes for which it was intended. So: no blocking roads by demonstrating or blocking walkways by camping. No impeding shopkeepers’ entryways or signage. No littering or shitting on sidewalks or in public parks. No dumping garbage or stuff where it makes an eyesore or a danger to water drainage or the environment. No sleeping overnight on grass in parks that interferes with irrigation or prevents the grass from recovering from foot traffic… Etc.
How hard is this, really. It’s not.

US auto makers are really finance companies; they love anything that drives up manufacturing cost. Safety, emissions, fancy gadgets, etc.
When i was young I drove many, under a 1000 dollar used cars. The equivalent, adjusted for inflation no longer exists, by design. If you could find it, you likely could not repair it or if you did, the cost benefit analysis doesn’t make sense.

I know there have been discussions about the eligibility question for both Nikki and Vivek. In response to PDJT’s mention of the issue, a fellow blogger on a local site I frequent posted a statement from Reuters that she was born on US soil and is natural born.
So I have 2 questions regarding this serious question:
First, is this topic being discussed/dissected elsewhere? Are there legal arguments being put forth?
Second, in light of the fact that no complaint was ever lodged about Cruz or Harris and so far no complaint has been lodged against Nikki or Vivek, what can be done to settle the question before the primaries are done? I don’t believe SCOTUS has ever weighed in on this question of what differentiates a regular citizen from a natural born citizen as contemplated by the founders and as modified by the 14th Amendment or if the only difference between “natural born” vs “not natural born” is whether the person is naturalized or not .
There are three types of citizens in our laws. Natural born which is two PARENTS emphasis on plural, who are citizens at the time of the child’s birth and child has to be born on American soil. (Jus solis, jus sanguinous.) Native born -aka anchor babies. Parents aren’t citizens, child born on American soil. And naturalized citizens-became citizens after immigration. Only the first one is eligible to run for P and VP under our Constitution. The legal arguments have gone round and round about this and the American people apparently don’t really care about this issue much.Onama was pushed through with little push back by the voters. They were starry eyed and didn’t care if he was really eligible because they were making history happen and electing the first black Pres. That was the bill of goods being sold at the time.
Obama was not eligible but TPTB muddied up the issue and the SC ran from it. Therefore, we have a problem that isn’t going to be solved anytime soon. Leo Donofrio did a lot of work on this when Obama ran I believe. There are plenty of pro and con legal arguments and info available from the time of Obama about NBC and the clause in the Constitution defining who can run for VP and P. Make your own decision. As I recall, there were actual issues with the dem party certification and we were trying to get the documents to prove that his certification from the party was not according to requirements.

His mother was a U.S. citizen, ergo at the time of his birth, he was a natural born citizen. How or by whom his mother was impregnated is irrelevant. The happenstance of where she was when he was actually born is irrelevant. If a citizen mother, especially one who regularly resides in the U.S., happens to be abroad on vacation when she gives birth, that doesn’t change the baby’s status.
If or to the extent when Obama’s mother married Soetoro, if he was adopted or otherwise considered to be a citizen of Indonesia, that is what should have disqualified him. Or, you could argue that because his putative father was a British citizen, which is tracked by blood, if Obama also was recognized as a British citizen, and did not disclaim that, then he should have been disqualified. There are other arguments too. But the “did she give birth in Hawaii or Kenya” thing doesn’t work.

Please read the Naturalization Act of 1790 — revised in 1795 — a bill passed by Congress (authorized in Article I, Section 8) determining whom shall be ‘like’ a natural born citizen (1790) — further clarified in 1795 as ‘citizens at birth’ — via a LAW.
Congress passed a law at the beginning of our country delineating various modes in which CITIZENS can be, by virtue of those deliberations, become ‘like’ natural born citizens, to wit, citizens at birth.
The take away is that these people were GRANTED CiTIZENSHIP by a law written by men.
Those men (our founders) were not so ignorant as to not know that a baby does not come into being without a mother and a father — regardless of whether those two were married, were not married, or even knew each other (beyond the act of coitus which resulted in a baby).
Hence, they did not discriminate in the matter of citizenry granted by law.
There is a whole set of people who are ‘citizens at birth’ which is comprised of those whose those Acts declared to be citizens at birth, thus, (like) AND natural born citizens (mentioned in the Constitution as being a requirement for President/vp). So, while an act of Congress (naturalization means ‘to confer citizenship’) has made those delineated citizens at birth, the sub-set of natural born citizens (‘biologically’ citizens at birth, not citizens due to ‘naturalization’, i.e., laws, at birth), are a closed sub-set within the whole set of ‘citizens at birth’. Remember Ted Cruz’s confusion with this concept?
Hence, knowing whom both parents are and THEIR status as a citizen (by whatever means: at birth, or through the confusingly-named PROCESS we know as ‘naturalization’ of a foreigner), that offspring can be determined to have been ‘natural (biological)’ born a citizen.
Native born (born in the country) was not ‘enough’ to biologically make a baby a natural born citizen, even back then when traveling was far less a lark, and only entertained due to the questioned status of second+ generation slaves who were born in this country to who were considered ‘property’ — not citizens — as to welcoming them into the flow of society without any further undue hardship such as ‘having’ to prove their parentage or having to go through the naturalization process.
Native born, as interpreted by courts due to the 14th Amendment as to judge citizenship, is thereby just another form of conferring citizenship through man’s laws, aka, naturalization.

A natural born citizen IS a citizen at birth, so the ‘like’ is referencing that there are citizens at birth due to naturalization laws, not that being a citizen at birth is the equivalence of being a natural born citizen.

The Constitution clearly states ‘natural born’ as the only type who can qualify to be P and VP. Children born of two PARENTS who are citizens at the child’s birth. Jus solis, jus sanguinous.

As much as I and many others might like your preferred definition, it’s not so. Moreover, there’s an inherent problem with the “both parents” thing. For years, the U.S. recognized as citizens those born to a U.S. citizen mother abroad, but not fathers (the military guy problem, making babies with foreign women in foreign lands). This reasonable and rational rule ultimately was overturned in the interests of “gender neutrality”.
Another problem in defining “natural born citizen” is that the U.S., unlike most countries, in other ways has tended toward citizenship based on place, not blood.
Another problem is that more and more we insanely have permitted multiple citizenship. This, in and of itself, MUST be banned. Anyone who obtains a passport and/or accepts citizenship from another country must be held to have given up U.S. citizenship.

There would not be a specific clause written in the Constitution describing the qualifications for P and VP using the term natural born citizen if it did not have a special meaning. I believe there were questions raised about McCain also since he was not born on American soil.
There was but it was a set up by the Dems/left to deflect from the real problem which was that Barry was not eligible. McCain was born in Panama while his parents were there serving in the military. Dad was a naval officer stationed there. This is not a violation of the Constitution as military service was recognized as still being on American soil. They nitpicked the fact McCain was born in a hospital off base but this was never pursued. It was just a deflection as I said to pave Barry’s way and stop the rising tide of questions on his eligibility which was very much not legit. The SC would not step in and rule on this issue. Avoided all lawsuits brought in regards to the eligibility issue.

WTP, I think I had read some of her explanations before when I was researching for the BO situation. She bases her analysis on Vattel’s writings but, as I recall, I couldn’t definitively connect Vattel’s and the common laws in practice at the founding of our country to the words in the Constitution.
One thing is clear: The definition of “citizen” contained in the 14th Amendment did NOT specify that the citizenship conferred in the 14th also granted the “natural born” moniker. The 14th, however, does muddy the waters for how anchor babies should be designated.

The 14th Amendment “subject to the jurisdiction” clause was broadened by the WKA opinion; after WKA a child born in the United States of foreign parents is a citizen of the United States, prior to WKA the child was not a citizen.
The “not owning allegiance to anybody else” requirement of the first section of the 14th Amendment (“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States”) was ignored by J.Gray.
The WKA opinion’s broadened interpretation of the 14th Amendment “subject to the jurisdiction” clause created a distinction between “native born citizen” and “natural born citizen” which previously did not exist.

There in lies the legal arguments. Many legal opinions said WKA was totally misinterpreted and not relating to natural born citizen clause for eligibility. There are many good legal opinions refuting WKA as the basis for settling the NBC definition.
The opinion plainly states Wong is a citizen, not a natural born citizen. J. Gray was cognizant of both the definition of natural born given in the Minor case as well as the definition of citizen given by the 14th Amendment, and decided Wong was a citizen. The definition has not changed, it was ignored for Obama and Harris.

As I recall, you couldn’t get the injections at your dr.’s office. They were given by nurses, pharmacists/techs at “public health” clinics set up in various places and pharmacies.

I was also disappointed in the interview but not particularly surprised. Instead of being herded like cattle, being subjected to unreasonable searches, being stuffed inside of a metal tube with all manner of people for hours, dealing with poorly designed airports and uncomfortable seats, high priced parking and high priced tickets to in many cases save only 1 or 2 hours at most – I instead choose to drive by car, listen to whatever I wish, including silence, travel with only those I wish to spend time with, get fresh air, see the beautiful country we live in, visit the sites, paths, areas, museums, and other places that may pique my interest or curiosity, and be free. An additional plus is time of quiet contemplation and commune with God.
One day – during the times of tribulation – they will say you must have the mark to buy or sell. i am not an expert on economics… but i really like this move. the biggest issue seems to be the practicality of getting a biz to accept it (just like they can refuse certain methods today), having the metal in appropriate increments to conduct everyday biz, and the determination of its value – yes, i know you can look it up, but even that is a de facto tether to a fiat dollar.
I would say the biggest hurdle is getting people to THINK differently about currency.

Good question; during the early days of the Republic coins minted in Spain were the favorite given the tight control over their mintage as far as purity of silver was concerned.
When we had our mine consulting business we had a few clients that brought in “gold” and some “platinum” bars – and our poor metallurgist would come in with his test kit, shake his head or roll his eyes, saying ‘don’t they ever learn?’ – because counterfeiting really is more prolific than people realize.

Update (1523ET): House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) has launched an investigation into Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor in the Trump-Georgia case who has been accused of making more than $650,000 off the case – during which he and Willis took lavish vacations together.
“According to a recent court filing, you have been paid more than $650,000—at the rate of $250 per hour—to serve as an ‘Attorney Consultant’ and later a ‘Special Assistant District Attorney’ in the unprecedented investigation and prosecution of the former President and other former federal officials,” wrote Jordan in a Friday letter reported by Just the News.
“This filing also alleges that while receiving a substantial amount of money from Fulton County, you spent extravagantly on lavish vacations with your boss, Ms. Willis.”
“The Committee has information that the FCDAO [Fulton County District Attorney’s Office] received approximately $14.6 million in grant funds from the Department of Justice between 2020 and 2023 and, given the enormous legal fees you have billed to the FCDAO, there are open questions about whether federal funds were used by the FCDAO to finance your prosecution,” the letter continues.
Wade has until January 26th to reply with documents related to the case.

Background to the recommendation to President Trump for a PLANK in his 2024 PLATFORM.
To “Make-America-Great-Again, Again”, the place to start is America’s Presidential Oath.
Every president of the United States has recited the oath of office as the official start of their presidency.
The oath is found in Article II of the Constitution.
It contains 35 words and goes as follows:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
As such, it doesn’t require of him to do the same for the unconstitutional administrative-state’s rules, acts, declarations, interpretations, agreements, and even some laws that the un-American globalists have enacted over the past century, slowly eroding the freedoms and rights of the American citizens defined in the “original Constitution and the legally approved amendments.”

It always matters how. Reality is that there are no guarantees with human beings – any more than there are with systems. IMO it should be the method that allows for the least opportunities for fraud AND the least corrupt people possible WITH 24/7 video recording of all ballot transportation and counting operations for purposes of verification. For me that means paper ballots and no automated electronics – be they voting machines or ballot counting machines.
Why use anything less than the least corruptible everything WITH verification – i.e. maximize the difficulty of fraud with the understanding that all humans are fallible.

I posted earlier on this very board that the Fed’s are making out like bandit thieves because, since they bought the t-bills to order currency for us, a debt to them is being created and they receive the interest on this debt.
To be clear, if Congress order the creation of currency then there will be no debt and no interest on debt. This is a scam imposed upon us by the pols and wealthy.

All profits minus operating costs of the Fed goes to the Treasury. So, the trillions in servicing debt over the years goes to the Treasury, which is part of the government? Are the private citizens in the Fed holding on to the interest on the debt for a few months, thereby, making a huge amount of money on the interest alone before returning the interest on the loan to the government? This scheme to enrich themselves from holding onto the money before releasing it is a very standard criminal behavior.
Why do we have a debt in the creation of the currency when it is not existent in the Constitution when the Congress used to do it? Why do have a debt now to private investors when the order it (the Fed is private) but not when Congress does it.
Devaluing of the currency is expected, but, we do generate a debt in doing this when it never happened before when this power stayed within Congress? What the hell is going on!?!
The FED must be ended now!!!
