As a general rule, the more risk or sacrifice you ask of those protesting, the less participation you get.
Focusing on the concept of not making any purchases, as the core action, means minimal actual risk or sacrifice.
And just for 2 weeks, if 25% of consumers withhold purchases, can totally bajack our AI, Just in Time algorythm run supply chains, actually forcing prices DOWN, for consumable goods (food, etc.) despite inflation.
Participators can continue to pay rent/mortgage, untility, insurance etc. type payments, just forego grocery shopping.
Beyond that, those who can ‘blue flu’ from work those witj kids in public school (WHY?) keep them home,…as Public Schools are funded by District, County, State and Fed, based on attendence ($ for butts in seats) so by keeping your child out of Public School you are starving the beast.
This would be a preliminary step to the kind of General Strikes that were used during the Solidarity Movement in Chech Republic, Poland etc.
Dutch, how’s this? My kids are all heading towards middle age, so I can be a cheerleader. For those parents who are intimately in tune with their children’s education, why don’t they gather up what is going to be taught to the kids in the next few weeks-syllabi for each subject, textbooks, laptops-and homeschool for 2 or 3 weeks if a 2 parent household. Victor Davis Hanson released an article yesterday..”American Society Has Been Turned Upside-Down And Our Rendezvous With The Unthinkable Draws Near”
In the article he describes the collapse of American Culture citing many causes -Financial Implosion, Military, Race, The Sexes, Lawlessness, Education, End Of Sovereignty. He goes in great detail summarizing the impact these issues have on our current situation in America.
There are two things that I think he should have included are Election Integrity and Media Manipulation.
For some reason Mr. Hanson does not address Election Integrity as a major issue in the many articles he has written. I try to read most of his work, but could have missed it. Anyway, to me, having elections from state and local elections to federal elections must be of the highest accuracy possible. That is the only way the true will of the people can be represented by our government and possibly a root cause of the situation we are in today.
There is no question in my mind that our elections are corrupted and the evidence is overwhelming. I wish Mr. Hanson would also see this and a do a thorough analysis which he is so good at. We have to fix this huge flaw in selecting our government.
And, as everyone knows, our media is a disgrace. Journalism in our traditional media outlets is virtually dead IMO. It’s gone from being slanted, biased to totally corrupt, a tool of our Establishment Government.
Anyway, IMHO, little is being done to correct the flaws and corruption that occurs in our elections. There is no sense of urgency to fix the many problems. Maybe if the journalist, pundits, and politicians on the Right would take this issue more seriously we could actually elect people that share our interest.
I think VDH is just of a mind that there is still a reasoned way to correct these situations through the traditional “system”. The shock hasn’t worn off yet.

Election Integrity is a function of some of the other social and cultural things that VDH was pointing out. When the cultural rot gets too deep and wide, then worrying about something as technical as the integrity of elections becomes boring.

I guess I am referring to the actual voting process and ballot counting process that had substantial evidence of corruption as outlined in President Trumps Summary Report.
The whole reason for the J6 Rally and speakers was to bring attention to the many flaws in the 2020 election that would not be investigated. The attendees at the rally were frustrated that there were virtually no investigations into the evidence. If you are not able to or allowed to audit the voting processes and investigate substantial evidence of fraud then election results can be manipulated.
Unfortunately there is political rhetoric and spreading false information about candidates and now, it seems, government institutions are involved as well. But the fact that voting machines can be tied to the internet an/or even programmed to change votes and are not allowed to be audited should be a huge concern, but it’s not. Mailing out ballots to a flawed voter list should be a huge problem, but it’s not. Allowing ballot harvesting with little process oversight and little concern for fraudulent behavior should be of big concern, but it’s not. And much more.
Sorry for ranting on this, but the state officials that manage elections, AG’s, DOJ, courts seem to have little interest in getting our voting processes as flawless as possible. I guess I would hope a higher degree of visibility and outrage would be applied to this. Not just the people who are called election deniers because they lost an election.

The action to remove the officers of the Karamo administration by secret ballot” was conducted. As a result, 40 members of the State Committee (or 37%) subsequently “voted to remove Kristina Karamo.”

First. to be clear, I am not looking for sympathy! 😇
Yesterday, I had a skin-cancer surgery * (NOT melanoma) on my right temple.
The removal of the cancerous area itself did not take long.
But the surgery to pull skin from around the crater and to repair everything took over two hours: an excellent doctor in his mid-70’s, he explained everything, as I only needed local anesthetic.
I am relating this to you for one reason:
MASKS were not used by anyone during this surgery! 😇 Not the surgeon, not the nurses!
Nobody in the office or the waiting room was wearing a mask! 😉
Of course, this was in a sensible area of Ohio: things might have been different in Columbus!
* The surgery is named after a doctor named “Mohs” who invented the technique: when my surgeon asked me whether I knew anything about Mohs Surgery, I said:
“No, but I do know that Larry’s and Curly’s are not recommended! Rather chaotic!” 😇
The surgeon laughed, but his nurses, 30-somethings, had no idea what was so funny! 🙂
