It looks like there is some confusion regarding the deposition given by this witness, who is not claiming that SHE herself was involved but that she has an “unnamed friend” who was trafficked by Epstein to Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, and Richard Branson, and that films of those encounters exist.
At another point in the deposition, the friend supposedly also mentioned that she had “encounters” with Donald Trump at Epstein’s hotel or residence in New York but it wasn’t clear if Epstein was involved and there wasn’t any type of video evidence so that makes it much less likely to be true, IMHO!
It sounds like Alan Dershowitz is calling this woman’s credibility into question because it’s very easy to say “my friend” said this happened but that is not enough to destroy someone’s life or reputation. Even Bill Clinton or Prince Andrew should be PRESUMED innocent until proven guilty but it does seem like their names have popped up A LOT and they were known to have been on the flight lists and to have visited the island on more than one occasion…and I think there are photos of both of them with victims who have personally testified – not just vague “my friend” stories, which is what this appears – so far – to be regarding Donald Trump.
