According to the CDC, over 250 million people have been tested with 22 million confirmed cases. Total deaths in 2020 were in line with what you would expect, given the country’s demographics. A little higher due to Covid and a little higher due to the reaction. Sober-minded people would have treated this as a very bad flu season. Our hysterical rulers treated it as the end times.
The most recent example of the overwrought behavior by our rulers is the reaction to the protest last Wednesday. The “storming of the Capitol” was really just a bunch of people walking past the cops and going inside the building. Sure, juvenile pranksters livestreamed themselves doing shenanigans, but other than the Pence aide murdering Ashli Babbitt, it was nothing more than a frat house prank. It was nothing like the Kavanaugh protests just a short time ago.
The reaction by the rulers is as if a rebel army laid siege to the Capitol and set fire to most of the city. The FBI has been tasked with hunting down, in the most dramatic way, all of the protestors. Their media lackeys are now calling the Capitol protestors “insurrectionists” and demanding they be destroyed. Instead of calling it a protest, they are calling it a siege. Again, the image is of a foreign army attacking the center of the empire, like the Gauls sacking Rome in 387 BC.
For the inauguration they have now deployed army and national guard units. The media lackeys are bragging that they will be prepared and enthusiastic about using lethal force if any protestors turn up that day. Pelosi has been trying to get the Army to remove Trump from office. She apparently thinks he could launch a nuclear attack. We have come a long way from the America where citizens were expected to petition their government for the redress of grievances.

In the game they are always the winners, but in real life they are judged by their actions. It may take a while, but they will be held accountable. This is what angers them. They hate this reality, which is why they cling to the alternative reality of their fantasy, but reality does not go away when you stop believing it.” …….

That argument will not gain traction in the court, IMHO. It’s already been settled. The Constitution does not define “natural born citizen” anywhere in its text. SCOTUS determined in 1898 (Wong Kim Ark) that children born in the U.S. to immigrants who had moved here and live and work here and are not working in any capacity as representatives of any foreign country or government, are considered as “being under the jurisdiction of the U.S.” and as such are natural born citizens.
Haley is severely unqualified to be POTUS for so many valid reasons it is far more useful to focus on those than trying to argue her citizenship. IMHO.

The 14th Amendment “subject to the jurisdiction” clause was broadened by the WKA opinion; after WKA a child born in the United States of foreign parents is a citizen of the United States, prior to WKA the child was not a citizen.
The “not owning allegiance to anybody else” requirement of the first section of the 14th Amendment (“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States”) was ignored by J.Gray.
The WKA opinion’s broadened interpretation of the 14th Amendment “subject to the jurisdiction” clause created a distinction between “native born citizen” and “natural born citizen” which previously did not exist.

Before it gets to the Courts, it is SUPPOSED to be addressed by the 50 SoS’s.
They are required, by their State Constitutions to insure anyone put on the ballot meets the requirements for office.
They defer this responsibility to the National party chairs, who send them a letter certifying the parties candidate meets the Constitutional requirements for the office.
Its like me giving you a $3 bill, and a letter ‘certifying’ its legitimate.
ANY SoS COULD respond to the letter from the Party chair, requesting PROOF the party nominee meets the requirements, none have or do.
Look, I dearly wish that “natural born citizen” had been officially defined in the Constitution as an Amendment and ratified by at least 38 states, as opposed to simply “citizen”, but it has not.
And that’s because there’s not been any court decisions that held up thru SCOTUS that determined that a person born here of two USA immigrant residents who are not reps of any other country is Not a citizen eligible for the office of president. And thats probably because the wording used in Article II “natural born citizen”, has NEVER BEEN EXPLICITLY DEFINED and agreed with by all 50 states, OR defined in a standing SCOTUS decision.
Therefore, a person born here in the situation as I described above is considered to be eligible for President. That’s why we have had several people run for President in primaries who were born here but who were not born of at least one parent who was an established USA citizen.

Unfortunately, there is no authoritative answer to “what is a natural born citizen”. Do both, or at least one, parent have to be a citizen. If so, what kind of citizen — from birth or naturalized. Or is legal residence sufficient. If one or both parents are not citizens, does the person have to be born on U.S. soil.

The Naturalization Act of 1790 (revised in 1795), a man-made law, i.e., passed by Congress, delineates the person you are describing — born to a native born citizen and a foreigner — as a citizen.
Thus, such progeny are citizens, for they were ‘made’ citizens via a Congressional act.
The Constitution expressly allows for Congress to determine ‘naturalization’, aka, a man-made form of citizenry.
Too many people in our country only consider those who went through the naturalization PROCESS as naturalized citizens, but that is another ‘word’ confusion ploy.
Any person who relies on naturalization, either through that process or through Naturalization Laws, has been granted a man-made citizenship, which comports with the Constitution in its mention of ‘citizen’.
And then, the founders deemed that only natural born citizens could be president or vp.
What IS the purpose of designating these two forms of citizenship if the people in this country do not possess the logical ability to determine the difference?
The logical exercise is:
1) citizens a can be made via Congressional laws; AND
2) citizens can be natural born; BUT
3) they are differentiated due to the ‘roles’ (offices) that they can Constitutionally hold; SO
4) one is either a ‘naturalized’ citizen, OR
5) one is a natural born citizen.
And people decry that latter term as ‘needing a definition’.
The Constitution provides that definition, YES, even with the 14th Amendment (which via man’s law, in the interpretation of the Constitution) man-made the category of native born people as citizens . . .
A natural born citizen is one who needs NO RELIANCE on any of these man made laws (the Naturalization Act, the process of naturalization, or just being born in this country to anyone who happened to be in our country with no citizenry ties as to parents) for their citizenry.
MAN cannot ‘define’ natural born in any ‘law’ because that would, by the logic contained in the Constitution, merely make us all mere citizens.
God Makes us natural born by delivering us life through our parents who, (by whatever of the three methods above) are citizens.
As far as natural born having been ‘precedented’ away by our election of those whose ‘words’ clearly reveal they are not natural born citizens, but whom God Knows the true circumstances of their birth and whole life:
– Bahri is a known liar (see those comments saying his father is Marshall? if that be the case, then he actually IS a natural born citizen) . . .
– Que-mala was NOT elected into office, and therefore her usurpation of the office of vp is void as it stands.
Because “natural born citizen” has never been officially defined (in an Amendment to the Constitution or by SCOTUS) for application to Article II. I explained that above.
I did several hours of research on this over the weekend and there is a LOT of VARIED OPINION from professionals and commentators everywhere across the internet, but ONLY the opinion of a SCOTUS decision counts and they only wrote “citizen” in their 1898 decision (Wong), and avoided mentioning “natural born”. That case was not about eligibility for president but merely for “citizen” (as opposed to “naturalized citizen”) status of a person born here of foreign-born immigrants who lived and worked here.
But it’s cited by law schools as the best case with the most explicit explanation for determining citizenship status of a person born here of foreign parents. I even posted links in a thread yesterday or Sunday from Cornell Law School’s website.

I do not think that anyone believes that these are direct quotes from either Biden or Hitler. Biden has said enough about MAGA voters to let everyone know that MAGA voters are the problem and a threat. The above is a meme. A meme has to be strong in brevity in order to get the message across to the viewer. Hitler and Biden want to demonize a certain group of people and cause incitement of violence against the identified group.
