Given the recent discussions about a potential Vice President pick by Donald Trump, several people have asked for my perspective.
Because I look at the office of the presidency slightly different than most, and specifically because the real challenge that needs to be addressed is located deep inside each institution of government, my perspective on the running mate is somewhat different than most.
The Vice President is the safety mechanism for continuity of government in the event that something happens to the President.
Additionally, for the unique nature of the 2024 election, the VP pick technically becomes the 2028 MAGA candidate by default and general intention. Therefore, the selection of Trump’s running mate holds a greater weight of importance given the single term objective.
The primary factor of President Trump’s pick for VP should be, who will be the 2028 nominee.
Prior to President Trump’s first term in office, traditionally the role of the Vice-President, the actual tasks they are assigned to carry out, were generally ceremonial in nature. However, President Trump approached the VP role differently, and gave substantive policy initiatives to Vice President Mike Pence. [Pence proved he was not a good executive]
It should also be remembered that another unique aspect to President Trump’s term was his control over every of aspect of economic policy and trade. This level of economic focus, with controls completely retained by President Trump, was then used as a mechanism to influence President Trump’s foreign policy.
As stated by several Trump economic officials when describing the Trump doctrine, “economic security is national security.” The America-First outlook was a domestic economic focus, used as a lever to influence foreign policy activity.
As a consequence, the President Trump economic team was extremely stable throughout his term. USTR Robert Lighthizer, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, CEA Chairman Larry Kudlow and Trade/Manufacturing Advisor Peter Navarro all worked in close coordination on their specific assignments that were instructions from President Trump.
The globe was broken into two general regions, west (Pacific) and east (Atlantic). Lighthizer was assigned eyes and trade policy toward Asia, while Ross assigned trade policy toward Europe. The total team were in close communication at all times and Donald Trump made every important decision for the econ/trade team. The team carried out Trump’s agenda; it was a very effective approach.
The reason I mention this economic and foreign policy aspect is because there’s little doubt this would again be the focus of President Trump in a second term. Trump is likely going to be the driving force of economic policy and foreign policy, in granular detail again. The VP needs to learn how Trump does it so effectively, so that MAGA continues into 2028.
Meanwhile, all of the other agencies need serious wolverines at the helm, fearlessly chewing down the mechanisms of, (a) the intelligence apparatus; and (b) the controlled bureaucratic and administrative state.
No executive can micromanage the details of this scale, the office of the president can only support their efforts and provide tools and resources for the dismantling.
Knowing this, and fully understanding the skills, strengths and weaknesses of each potential VP selection, I look at the Big Picture through the prism of who do I want at the helm, that has enough loyalty to ensure the deconstruction takes place and/or continues and holds the integrity/fortitude to provide me some measure of assurance. I guess this is the proverbial trust factor, only this time it’s even more important.
Right now, only one person hits that level of integrity for me, Dr. Ben Carson.
I trust Dr Ben Carson to understand the MAGA vision; to understand how the MAGA vision becomes manifest through policy; and, more importantly, to stay true to the MAGA vision if called upon to execute.
Perhaps there is someone else with the loyalty trait, the principal trait, the integrity trait, and the practical trait to continue after 4 years; however, if there is such a person, they don’t jump readily to mind.
The other cabinet members would all have big jobs, and none of them can come from the traditional system within DC. They need to be wolverines baring teeth and ready to start the “retribution phase” on day one.
Secretary of State: Ric Grenell
Defense Secretary: Vivek Ramaswamy
Treasury Secretary: Ron Paul
USTR: Robert Lighthizer or Peter Navarro
Commerce Secretary: Peter Navarro or Robert Lighthizer
EPA Administrator: Sarah Palin
FCC Commissioner: Mike Benz
CIA Director: Robert Kennedy Jr
FBI Director: Matt Gaetz
DOJ Attorney General: Ken Paxton
Office of the Director of National Intelligence: Rand Paul
NSA Director: Thomas Massie
Interior Secretary: Marjorie Taylor Greene
Something like that….

Besides needing serious wolverines at the helm of our agencies, the agency heads must get rid of the grifters/traitors/incompetents who have been promoted into key positions, and will hobble every effort at agency efficiency.
The tool?
“Directed reassignment”.
Yes, just send them away. Far away. To an undesirable location. They can’t refuse.
(And btw get rid of that pos Senior Executive Service.)
Yes, just send them away. Far away. To an undesirable location. They can’t refuse.
Well there you go then, now we absolutely must purchase Greenland.
Maybe we can repurpose Alcatraz island. Cubicles.. cells.. same difference. If they need extra space we can repurpose a garbage barge or three.
Nope. We have enough garage out here now.
I dunno. All their hot air in Greenland could have serious consequences. Paraguay might not notice it so much.
Adack island!
You sound like someone who has seen these things close up.
Yes, I have. Retired, but if President Trump says the word, I would report in the next day.
Oh, they can refuse, but then they are out.
Loss of their pensions – that scares them straight.
Yeah, God forbid they should have to live on Social Security or something…..
Trump’s job will be to decapitate the appointed positions in government. Everyone goes from every administration. Nobody gets carried forward.
And yes, create a poison pill set of assignments designed to kill careers. At least until MAGA rams through “at will employment” for the civil service. That would give Trump the power to fire bureaucrats outright.
Whoever those cabinet heads eventually are…they’re going to need the decks cleared of the #resistsnce leaders.
Why? Just fire them outright.
You are on target! I want this job. Actually you and I would be great at this since we are on the same page in the same hymnbook! My vision is immediately firing all SESs (Senior Executive Service) department heads. That’s e-z because they are all contractors. The hard part is the GS levels. GS 10 – 16 need to be dealt with very harshly because they are the corporate memory that keeps the bad policies alive and well from prez to prez. Can’t fire them because of the union. Have to transfer them to a huge facility in the crappiest part of the mojave desert. Families too. The facility shall be bare cement block wall construction with cement cubicles with a desk and chair. No lamps. Only a ceiling lights. No personal phones allowed. Only ONE business phone for the entire facility. All personal phones must be deposited in lockers before entering. They must punch a time card and log in 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week to get a pay check. Many if not all will eventually quit and we win by whittling their numbers down while sending a clear message to the GS 1 – 9’s to “behave or be transferred to the desert.” FBI must be completely dismantled and the good parts transferred to the U.S. Marshall’s office. The acronym “FBI” must be expunged from all written materials. FBI must be taught a harsh lesson that they do not attack the American People. DHS must be completely dismantled and not replaced at all. There are countless numbers of other hanger-oners in useless departments and agencies that need to be dissolved. Zero based budgeting MUST be implemented and an accrual financial model installed to bring back $ accountability. Need to reduce number of 4 star generals to 4 or 5. We currently have 44 four star generals for a total armed force of approx. 1.3 million. In WWII we only had seven 4-star generals for a force of close to 13 million. What do these 44 four-star generals do? Why are they on the payroll? DOD has consumed over 14 TRILLION $ since year 2000. They are funding bioweapon labs all over the world and inside of the U.S. They have built over 800 military bases and outposts throughout the world stirring doo-doo everywhere in the world in the hopes of starting MORE FOREVER WARS! All politicians must be polygraphed for financial shenanigans enriching themselves every six months. If they fail any polygraph they are immediately fired without retirement or other pay and benefits. Finally, any politician who tells a LIE shall be immediately incarcerated for not less than 20 years in bubba’s jail and not a fed-med jail. Others can add more I am sure. This is just a baseline starting point.
Wow! I like the way you think!!! Please, offer your services to President Trump and VP Carson!
No no no no! The Mojave Desert is my home, and I’m damned tired of seeing outsiders treat it like their own personal garbage dump!
Same here, although I would love to frog march them naked through some Chollas
I like your ideas except for the Mojave Desert… I do not want my desert polluted. Not to mention, we don’t need anymore leftist ideologues in this state – unless they are in a true prison – locked up.
How about the Everglades in FL? With no boats? 🤷♀️
We need you, emet!! Thanks!
Jim Malone [to Eliot Ness as they assemble their team]: “If you’re afraid of getting a rotten apple, don’t go to the barrel. Get it off the tree”.
In his first term, Trump went too much to the barrel. It looks like ‘all’ of Sundance’s picks are off the tree.
Lots of George Stones!!! Or Giuseppe Padres
A nice way to spend the next while going over the list. I recall well the 2016 debates when each candidate tried to overtake Trump by being aggressive, rude, insulting and their faces were maps of hatred.
Ben Carson was the only candidate of 17 (other then Trump) who did not insult Trump, did not make a personal scowling character attack. Carson spoke about himself, the office and the nation. Carson was the only one of the 17 he offered a position to directly under him.
Didn’t Blubbo work for him in some capacity during the fall campaign and transition?
<Carson was the only one of the 17 he offered a position to directly under him.>
Nope….Rick Perry was Secretary of Energy.
It was the other way around. The moderators neglected to even call Dr Carson to the stage. While they repeatedly called Trump to join the debate, Rubio and Jeb! rudely pushed past the pair, Trump ignored them all and continued to talk privately to Carson in the hallway until they both were called to the stage. That was the moment I fell in love with My President.
Robert Kennedy Jr as CIA is brilliant.
Ben Carson…. Hmmmm. He’s certainly smart enough. I’m just not sure he’s charismatic enough to win. So you don’t think Vivak for VP? I admit I’m unsure of him. But what comes out of his mouth I like.
Ken Paxton is a shoo in for AG.
Why would you ever trust RFK, Jr.?
Who would you trust as CIA Director? RFKjr has the goods on those clowns and it is personal to him.
The irony runs deep in putting someone in charge of the agency that likely assassinated his uncle.
Because maybe he’s running as a third party to help Trump, who he is friends with.
I think it’s dawning on Democrats that RFK is hurting the future Democrat nominee. (whether it’s Biden or not matters not)
I’ve said since Day 1 that RFK would hurt Biden more, and that is now playing out. Take a guy who clearly has an ax to grind with the IC, keep him out of social policy, and let him grind that ax.
Another good spot for RFK? HHS or FDA. And make his main job to audit and fire all the bureaucrats taking $$$ from Pharma.
Sundance said RFK will take more votes from Trump than Biden.
So far, in the polling, Sundance is wrong.
Trump has been friends with Dr Ben Carson for decades.
Ben is 72 years old now.
He’d be 76 or 77 in 2028.
I’ve never known anyone with President Trumps energy level at his age.
Where does this leave us?
With a boatload of young guns who have had plenty of time to grow into the MAGA lead position.
Vivak=no, too obvious of a pretense hiding more of the same Uniparty forces.
Sigh. I guess us Texans could lend him Paxton for the good of the nation. But we would want him back.
Vivek is not natural born because his parents were not citizens at the time of his birth. Anchor babies are ineligible.
I thought he clarified that the parents were legal aliens who were naturalized citizens. I get a lot of stuff wrong – does anyone know for sure?
Parents arrived in ’83, Da Vek born in ’85, three years before his parents would have been eligible to seek citizenship.
Ineligible.
Thank you!
So he is in the same boat as “Nikki” Haley
Yes! Let us hold the sins of the parents against the children. If Vivek was born here, what does it matter? Wouldn’t it make a ton of sense, more, to make ineligible any child for POTUS if their parents are both convicted felons?
Hard working, honest parents who only lived in the US for a year before having their US born children are somehow a worse influence than a child being born into a multi generational family of drug dealers and murderers?
This is illogical, evil, un Christian and flat out WRONG!
Maybe all that…
…but nevertheless, it’s in the Constitution..
…which requires amendments to change it.
I know that’s all so unfashionable nowadays…
Re “So you don’t think Vivak for VP?”
Vivak is running for president despite not being a natural born citizen. That makes him not Constitutionally eligible to ever serve as president OR vice president. In MY opinion, the fact that he’s attempting to violate the Constitution by running even though he’s not Constitutionally eligible makes him unfit for ANY position of public trust. How can he be trusted to follow and/or fight for the rest of the Constitution when he’s willing to violate the portion that mandates the presidential requirements? I do not believe he can be…
As for Carson, he’s very weak on gun rights which I think SHOULD exclude him as a potential vp candidate; especially, as Sundance pointed out, the next vp will surely be the presidential candidate in 2028. We certainly do NOT need anyone who would not faithfully fight for our Second Amendment rights.
While not a complete list of his quotes on the subject, the following article will give you an idea of Carson’s mindset on gun rights…
Ben Carson On Gun Rights: 2nd Amendment Doesn’t Cover Tanks, Rocket Launchers (inquisitr.com)
I also do not believe Carson has the inner strength necessary to deal with foreign leaders OR Deep State critters…
He has some great characteristics but I think he would make a terrible president.
Loyalty >> Charisma
I think Vivek has surprised people by not tucking tail. You’ll note he’s the only Trump primary opponent to make this list.
Take the W.
Dr. Ben Carson is brilliant, principled, deliberate and thoughtful. Exactly what President Trump needs in the VP slot. I’ve met the man – there is no finer human being on the planet, as far as I’m concerned. Don’t trust Vivek and don’t see him as Defense but that’s just me – maybe with some polishing him up. MTG is an inside trader – don’t trust her any further than I could throw her. The rest look good.
MTG has proven a sellout. Pass.
Isn’t Vivek in the same boat as Nimrata Haley?
An anchor baby?
I’m asking because IDK.
I guess I should go look it up…
A dream VP, cabinet and lineup. May God hear our prayers.
Always loved Ron Paul for Treasury, he will deconstruct the FED.
He is up there in age.
So’s the FED.
Certainly due a pillow over its face, n’est-ce pas?
🤔. Interesting…. Dr. Carson for VP…YES! One name surprised me…Vivek. I would love for the Boss to expand on that one… 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Last thing needed is another election fraud denier like Vivek …geez
Imagine Trump hiring a bunch of bozos sell outs and lukewarm defenders to work for him who don’t even think he won the 2020 election. Get the F outa here!
Anchor babies are not natural born. He’s running for an office for which he is ineligible.
Dr. Ben Carson is an intelligent, gentle, honorable man. I would like him much better if he had little Chuck Norris tucked away somewhere. I think we’re gonna need it.
Agreed. He’s a great man and leader, but not the fighter we need.
And you know that fact, how?
Study of Machiavelli…
He is too meek and mild mannered, Abigail. We need Trump grit and Carson is too much the gentlemen when we need a scrapper.
It is better to be feared than loved… Machiavelli
Still waters run deep.
But Mark Robinson sure as hell is.
You do not become an innovator or success in your profession without being a fighter. Carson is not a coward or a weak person.
The man cut open people’s heads for a living. He is five levels beyond rocket scientist.
I just can’t believe Vivek is authentic wolverine and really surprised by this pick. Why SD? Why?
If you have watched any of Vivek’s interviews, you will see that he doesn’t get pushed around by anyone, especially the media and other GOP candidates.
*
Neither did Obama an I’d be surprised to see his name as a cabinet pick as well.
A MAGA candidate who gets no blowback from the ENEmedia or other GOP candidates? That right there reeks of GOPe.
Vivek could well be the Indian version of Ronbo DeSanctimonious.
My guess, President Trump has checked out Vivek a very long time ago and most likely knows more about him, than Vivek’s Mom does.
Vivek’s mom, who was not a citizen at the time of his birth.
And he prolly knows about his Mom, than any other family member knows also!
My brother has suggested that President Trump have Vivek head up the Dept of Education with just one goal: dismantle it.
A-ha! In that case, I like where your brother (and maybe SD) are going with this.
Wow! Great list!
What a remarkable and amazingly well considered cabinet/leadership group.
Milei in Argentina gives me a reed of hope, ( I know hope ain’t a strategy) that it might happen.
It’s going to be a lot harder this time around to cheat, but the Satanists will come up with new methods, no doubt.
The issue will boil down to kismet when they replace the senile pederast with Newsom, or whomever, and then gin, via AI or other fraud levers, a result they hope enough will buy that they can “Jan 6” it for another 4 years of Faux “Democracy” .
At some juncture, the actual movers and Shakers, us who run the main drag, will lose fear and realize the “central scrutinizers” as Frank Zappa so perfectly described them, have to be ignored and supplanted. Where it goes from there I know not, but I suspect those betting on Matrix 2.0 or Bolshevick 2025 are going to find a hard limit that their Fear did not account for.
Stefanik
Don’t trust her.
Those are really fine picks. MAGA
Dr. Ben Carson would be a GREAT pick for VP!
Ben carson would be eaten alive IMHO but he would be a far cry better than Mike Pence.
Vivek should never cross any lips as suggested cabinet position, the man is a walking talking billboard for a post MAGA era politician who wants to get elected president or be given a position by trump.. he’s as phony as the day is long (just like Ron Desantis was before his puppet strings malfunctioned)
Time will tell…we will see what happens.
Pence was a technocrat who coat-tailed a prior successful governor, but never had to become his own man.
Just kept his head down in both jobs.
I like your ideas Sundance. They strike a common sense cord with me.
MAGA must continue to recapture the United States from the crazies.
(I had to do a little research on Mike Benz as I wasn’t aware of who he is.)
Love it. Gaetz over FBI. Paxton at DOJ. There’d be nowhere to run for the Famous But Incompetent ones lol
Dream Team
I’d prefer Mike Flynn as either VP or Defense Sec. Vivek is too tied to Big Pharma and he’s another fast talker like Obama. Talk is cheap. I love Ben Carson, but agree, he’s not a strong enough character and charismatic enough, but he sure needs to be in a second term with Trump. He’s wonderful, and I can say that having met the man and talked to him.
I don’t trust MTG for one second. For many reasons. Neither do I trust Kari Lake. And like Sundance, I’d stay as far from Nikki Haley as possible.
I agree with all but Kari Lake. I like her a lot, but i believe she knows she’s not trumps VP so she’s running for senate.
but like her or not, I believe Kristi Noem is going to be the VP pick largely because she’s in the shadows but mostly because of cory lewindowski, he left trump for Noem’s gov campaign and has been working closely with her over these past few years and now he’s back with Trump so I believe that is a signal that things might just be in the works..
NO to Noem. She is NOT MAGA. Check her record. And Sundance called her one of the “splitters” in the not too distant past.
Good call on Mike Flynn for Defense Sec. Vivek for maybe HHS but even for that, I wouldn’t trust him because of his pharmaceutical background. Dr. Carson would be the perfect VP – very smart and savvy. Kari for ….well, I don’t know but there’s gotta be a place for the star that she is.
I love Dr. Ben Carson as VP. In my mind the VP needs to be honest and want what is best for our country and be supportive of President Donald Trump. He has everything, including the intelligence needed for the VP job and the eventual Presidential job! Excellent choice! I totally admire the man!
Wow! That’s a list!
My reaction too. Very interesting.
If I was a skeptic, I would think there are trolls here…throwing love kisses at some bad, and otherwise very bad choices…
I know right???!!!
Totally agree.
If you’ve been here for a few years and no one has accused you of being a troll … than you’re probably a “Yes” man or a suck up.
Vivek is a Soros investment. Ramaswampy belongs no where near a MAGA government… especially in defense.
https://www.pdsoros.org/meet-the-fellows/vivek-ramaswamy
Perfect and great choices Sundance
Lol.
Ambassador to the Addams Family?
He would it take it, but Vivek Ramaswamy could be the greatest Press Secretary of all time. He’s 10 times smarter than anybody he’s liable to encounter in The Press Room. He thinks on his feet extremely well. He’s fearless. And it’s a position where he would have basically no budget and no policy power, so if he turns out to be a fraud, he can’t do any lasting damage. Tell him to man up and take that slot for 4 years. He’s young. And we’ll see what we think of him in 2028.
What about Ben Carson at Secretary of State? He would have quite a job on his hands to tame that rogue agency, but the upside is he would be representing our country around the world. And let’s face it, he is the best of what we produce. Patriotic. Dignified. Classy. Humble. Trustworthy. Everything the state department lacks at this particular moment.
All due respect, I believe Ric Grenell is a stellar choice for SoS.
Maybe Ric for veep?
Does Ric Grenell have a health issue? I have no idea from where that came, but I can’t shake it.
In June 2013, Grenell revealed that he had been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and started chemotherapy. In September 2013, he announced that he was in remission.
Roseanne Barr for US Ambassador to Israel.
or UN Ambassador!
Randy Quaid could head up a Space Force UFO division. And there must be a commission somewhere for James Woods. Perhaps WH Press secretary?
Better still!
“The primary factor of President Trump’s pick for VP should be, who will be the 2028 nominee.”
Exactemundo. I don’t think Dr. Ben Carson has the willingness to do battle. He is too nice. I lean heavily toward Kari Lake as VP and Kari Lake as President in 2028 with Matt Gaetz as VP, and Matt Gaetz as President in 2036. This would carry MAGA forward indefinitely to great benefit to we the people. I would not be comfortable with Robert Kennedy Jr. in any position. I don’t think Vivek has any qualifications for Defense Secretary, but I could see him in some other position. Ken Paxton as AG would be brilliant, if not ideal. Payback is a MF’r.
CARRY ON
KARI 2028
Dr. Ben Carson has been very effective while deflecting most of the criticism coming his way. He seems too nice but with a steely spine. The next couple years will be a wild ride, and Carson’s calm demeanor will be a welcome change. He would also be able to provide a steady, surgical hand following the battle axe Trump wields. That combination could extract the national rot and bind those wounds.
To presume omnipotence is to grant omnipotence.
Alito – the way that insipid Sotero looked at him, always wanted Alito to be President.
We need him in SCOTUS too much.
Gaetz and Greene need to stay in the House if they can get re-elected. Vivek for Defense? Not seeing that at all. But the rest seem good and I love Carson for VP.
Gaetz has already said he will run for Gov of Florida.
VP is not an issue, but how many of these people – or others who are MAGA – will the Senate confirm? Ditto every other nomination. Too many people seem to think that just electing trump is the victory. I think that the road gets much tougher after that.
President Trump and his TEAM will find ways to “work” with the Senate for confirmation. That’s just the name of the gamesmanship in politics.
They have to get it done.
RFK Jr is a definite NO also. Career DemonRat. Nope nope nope.
If he didn’t move for substantial changes within his party in his tenure to date… what’s going to change moving forward???
I don’t believe RFK Jr has the spine for it or a history of integrity above reproach. If he did and saving the country was so important to him, he would have abandoned the democrats long ago for the independent party.
Too many skeletons in Camelot’s closet.
I have a hard time believing Sundance would be good with this? This is too weird.
Maybe some trial balloons let go? Vivek, Rand and Massie are some I wonder about; trust issue with me.
I have been reading this site diligently for almost ten years and never posted. I love watching the growth and many of the items laid out thru extensive research and sound logic be proven right on so many occasions. With this post, I felt compelled to remind everyone that these positions need senate approval. It was a huge issue in the first term and will be again. The President got abused (in my opinion) relying on Graham, Reince, Ryan etc in the first term on how to play the game but more importantly on the White House positions of authority he can 100% control like advisors, COS, White House counsel etc. He won’t make that same mistake again. He also learned in the latter part of the first term how to play the game on interim appointments like being stonewalled on Radcliffe and then threatening (I believe a year) of interim appointment in order to settle on RIc Grenell getting approved. He will need to do more of this but I also think he has to make forceful first moves against the swamp and not worry about how they retaliate. Whether that be thru judge appointments, budget talks etc. I really enjoy reading this site and love the ideas shared and tell many people about.
I have worked in politics the better half of my adult life. It is a cesspool and it starts locally all the way to the top and it is 100% bipartisan. The machine runs all and those that work their way into it have one priority. To protect the machine. Representation of the people is bullcrap for 80-90% of electeds. You get thrown out when they need to throw a bone to the media and constituents and that person is no longer needed or helpful. Ex Bob Menendez.
I hope trump raises every nickel going forward for money tied directly to him and that he has an army of attorneys and ground troops loyally watching the next election because 2018, 2020, and 2022 have empowered those that cheat that they will not get caught. People that don’t think they can get caught continue to ratchet up their schemes and crimes as a result when needed. When Trump wins, his first order of business is an EO to reauthorize the easier ability to fire government workers. He needs a large White House team (it can be many of the names Sundance mentions) as advisors for each agency responsible for clearing out as much debris as possible. Then nominate your new department or agency heads. Fight the senate battles while they act under interim status.
I have more thoughts but I am getting long winded and bouncing around a lot. But I have been waiting a long time to post.
Hope everyone has a great Christmas
Here’s hoping Mitch has his one foot not yet in the grave on a banana peel.
Same goes for his entire God Forsaken Coven of the Senate.
Forget to mention. Besides protecting the machine, other job is to raise money. Not for yourself necessarily but for your leaders. That is how you move up the ranks. Money. Freshmen elected officials really don’t do much other than phone bank to raise money and show up when leaders tell them to vote how their leaders say. This is for both parties and it is also the game in every state government too.
Merry Christmas Mitch.
I, for one ole Treeper, am very happy you made a comment tonight.
I’ve been in that same political foray and I can identify with your thoughts and insights.
Here’s looking at a MAGA 2024!
Been in local politics myself. You are 100% right. The real forces to take on up and down the food chain are SEIU and the teachers unions and their ilk by any other name -the vast public sector unions . All the way up to the Beltway Bubble.
They are the funders They control who the DNC nominates and they are granular in every single part of our entire system of government sabotaging any attempts to break up their power – city, county, state and federal.
The SES has to be chopped and extracted by the roots. It is a fully involved dumpster fire of Socialists/Communists that was seeded by Obozo to keep the administrative state in rogue mode regardless of who is “in charge”.
Book “em! Time to ROLL… God Bless the USA
Ben Carson and Ron Paul…WOW
Kash Patel will be chosen for a position, likely DOD or intel.
Did you read Sundance analysis of Kash last week?
Not a good pick.
We sure hope so, but no mention of Bannon?
Kash most definitely needs to be in a high-level position – could see him as possibly Chief of Staff.
I would like to see Mike Flynn somewhere in the IC or DoD. Dr. Ben Carson would be an amazing pick for VP. DHS will also be an important role requiring some testicular fortitude. I’m not sure about Vivek as Defense Secretary. That role needs to reverse the damage to recruiting that Lloyd Austin and Miley have caused.
A sound list of prospects with only one (IMHO) head scratcher.
Ramaswamy for Sec Def? Why? The guy has charisma and common sense—needs a marketing role. Can’t see him as the inspiring leader to rebuild the core fundamentals of our defense.
Our nation’s military is in sad shape and rotted with lefitst ideology. This is the most difficult Cabinet position to fill. Maybe Gen Flynn—you need someone who understands the military and the asymmetrical warfare that is in the world today, a proven leader/developer of men and women—can build character, not create characters, and one with extremely high moral standards. Tough person to find in this day and age.
I love the list!!I think they would all do great and could all get confirmed.
Dr Ben Carson, infinetely a better option than Nikki!!!
Ben Carson would be SPOT ON brilliant!
Love this list!
This would be a fantastic start to MAGA 2.0
Ahhhh… I like giving RFK, Jr. the opportunity to address his uncle’s unfinished business!
Uncle? What about his DAD?
JMO.
Very good points about President Trump’s cabinet and V.P. choices.
Those choices will be made keeping in mind the dramatic actions that President Trump will take to quickly and permanently disband / destroy the treasonous administrative state within the Executive Branch. This will end the weaponization of the federal government against its citizens.
When President Trump wins the 2024 election, the demos had been counting on the RNC / GOPe/ RINOs to populate his administration, thus using their catch-22 trap to put the unconstitutional administrative-state road blocks in front of all of his MAGA / America First initiatives…..just like they did in 2016.
However, with his “2024 Constitutional Republic Mandate” from “we the people” in hand, he will arrive ready to dismantle and / or ignore the unconstitutional administrative-state actors.
He should wrap up dismantling the Execute Branch’s unconstitutional administrative-state within the first 100 days without any help or delays from any stinkin’ congressman, senator or jurist from the not-so-supreme court.
Running parallel to the “2024 Constitutional Republic Mandate” will be his de-naturalization and deportation programs which will last until the last illegal / treasonous citizen is sent out of the USA.
Making “null” the massive, IA controlled, data bases will be accomplished within the first weeks of President Trump’s administration.
This will allow President Trump to fully concentrate on his remaining MAGA / America First campaign promises. The COW-coup-d’état will be over. Their criminal gang within the federal government will no longer be able to weaponize the federal government against Americans.
Welcome to 2024 America, sans the 1984 predictions.
Think BIG and BOLD…. the bad guys aren’t geniuses, they are just crooks….and they can be had.
The MAGA / America First movement has the numerical, economic, moral, intellect and armed majorities in America and the best leader President Trump.
“Let’s go Brandon and the democrats and the GOPe!”
Do we dare hope it will be?
I truly love Carson, but we need an ALPHA in 2028.
It would be great to see Clay Higgins vetted. He’s my latest political heartthrob, but I’m learning to wait and watch.
Ever watched the prehistory movie Alpha? I see it as an allegory about how the relationship between early man and wolves developed into a partnership. Strength needs testing. Testing provides the opportunity to show one’s mettle especially when one appears ( to some) to be weak.
Great movie!
Hey, Dr. Carson is also my pick!
Carson’s heart could be in the right place but does he have the skillset to be the top executive?
Also Ramaswamy is self made billionaire in pharmaceuticals , why have him as defense secretary
What would be the Golden Ticket? Ben Carson is an honorable man but I don’t see him ever “going for the jugular”….ever. I want the VP to be a PDJT 3.o for 2028. We also need to WIN in 2024. Who as the VP choice will help deliver that? Tucker?
Some are saying Tucker VP or press sec (what a comedown that would be for him), but what about head of diplomatic corp (not sure that’s even a position) but who has interviewed more high ups than Tucker?
To get all those good nominees below the VP spot, we need 1, just 1, non currupt Senator…….one (or several as needed) who will call for a senate recess 2 minutes after Trump sworn in January 2025. And again as soon as senate is sworn in January 2027.
Don’t trust Vivek one little bit.
Agree:
In 2024 and into the upcoming decades, we need un-woke Americans who understand our history and have lived our culture .
…….. we have seen the problems caused by foreigners or newbie citizens in our federal government
……………..enough of that woke experiment.
…………………….our children and grandchildren are too precious to have non or newly minted citizens in their government.
We are not short on qualified, patriotic, “homegrown with American parents” Americans to man the federal government.
