There is only one method of holding a President accountable, and that is impeachment. If you wish to strip a president, even a former president of his presidential immunity to prosecution, you must impeach him first. The Supreme Court is NOT prosecuting President Trump. The court was asked to address a Constitutional Question by Special Counsel Smith concerning the “immunity of the President of the US v/v the prosecution by the Special Counsel related to President’s actions of January 6”.
That being said … IF the case is taken up by the Court … the decision of the Courts will have massive impact on the case vs President Trump by Special Counsel’s case as well as the Multiple Civil Suits being prepared vs President Trump by “injured parties”. This decision will also create a huge precedent for future use.
There is a way to go before the case gets on the Court Docket … to include:
As the Supervising Justice of the District Involved … Chief Justice Roberts first has to decide if the case should be brought.
Then there will be appeals.
Then if the case gets through the door … 4 of 9 Justices have decide of the Case Should be put before the court.
Then the Justices hear arguments.
This decision in this case would also impact the Fulton County, GA.
The impact on the Authority and Duties of the Office of the President of the US contained within the Constitution of the US could potentially be impacted in a big way.

A few years back when we were city dwellers we started noticing dog poo left on our front yard. We did not have a dog, and did not like having to do the worst part of having a dog.
One morning my husband noticed a dog walker and thought he’d watch, just to see if he could catch the culprit.
Yeap, he did.
Lady let her dog stop and crap on our yard, then she looked around a bit and walked away when the coast was clear.
My husband opened the door and asked if she planned on picking up the poo. She said she forgot her doggie bags, but said she’d be right back.
My husband told her no-problem. He went outside, grabbed a shovel, scooped the poo up and followed her home.
She was horrified when she saw him whip the poo into her yard, and our poo problem stopped.

“Every school child in Colorado is taught about the Sand Creek Massacre of 1864. On a wintry day in November of that year, an untrained and undisciplined territorial militia attacked an Indian camp near the eastern border of the territory leaving 150 to 200 dead. The tragedy has long been the subject of roiling debate about who or what was to blame. When the History Colorado Center opened a new exhibit on the event in 2012, visitors were offered competing perspectives of Indian, soldier, and settler.
The exhibit was immediately assailed by native activists for not taking an exclusively “indigenous perspective.” They demanded “co-authorship” of the exhibit, which was shut down. Last year, a revised exhibit opened, greased by a $400,000 federal grant. The History Colorado Center announced proudly that the entire show had been “vetted and approved by tribal representatives.” The Denver Post enthused that “there are no detached experts on local history telling the story about how things happened.”
The result is a farce. It portrays the Cheyenne and Arapaho tribes whose members were killed that day as peaceable spiritualists who spent their days nurturing family and staring at the skies. Malicious whites out to steal their land and commit genocide set upon them unprovoked. The whole thing just goes to show the need for “contemporary sovereignty” for native Americans as well as billions in reparations for centuries of harms.
A little history. The allied tribes of Cheyenne and Arapaho Indians migrated to the Colorado territory from present-day South Dakota in the 1830s fleeing tribal conflicts. They had been on these “traditional homelands,” as the exhibition calls them, for less time than many white settlers. The American civil war weakened security in the Western territories just as white settlement was increasing. In Colorado, one of two regular regiments was away fighting for the Union.
In Spring 1864, the Cheyenne and Arapaho began attacking farms, wagon trains, and stage coaches, usually leaving a dozen to two dozen dead with every raid. “Family time” for the tribes included a lot of time managing the babies and women they kidnapped. Arapaho informants reported that the two tribes had formed a pact with the Apaches, Kiowas, and Sioux to launch an all-out war on white settlers. The plans were real, even if the confederation never materialized. The news put Colorado officials on the alert. A similar all-Indian uprising in Minnesota in 1862 had left 700 whites dead.
Peace efforts by well-meaning men on both sides were repeatedly thwarted by rebels in their ranks. In June 1864, a white farmer, his wife, and two young children were murdered and scalped by Arapahos. Their bodies were put on display in front of the Denver City Hall. “The murders and the morbid display of the mutilated bodies touched off a feeling of panic,” noted University of Central Oklahoma professor Stan Hoig in his definitive 1961 history of the event, The Sand Creek Massacre. By summer, the territory was enduring weekly Indian attacks, even as it faced Confederate incursions from the south. Stagecoaches discontinued service. Denver was isolated, and its residents faced starvation. Many ranches were abandoned. In all, 208 whites were killed by Indians in the spring and summer of 1864. …
If the purpose of the new exhibit is to stoke outrage and anger among the hundreds of schoolchildren who are ushered through every week, then it succeeds brilliantly. “I am so angry at history,” one 17-year old girl was quoted as saying afterwards. “Expose Chivington!” other students chanted upon exit.
But if the purpose was to tell the truth and encourage critical thinking, then the exhibit has no place in a public museum. The tribes have done exactly what the white rebels did after the massacre by telling a one-sided story filled with bloodlust against the enemy. Their “oral histories” are pure fabrication given that they are seven or eight generations removed from the event and most have only the faintest genetic ties to the Indians of the time. Certainly, they did not consult descendants of the victims of their spring and summer 1864 atrocities when considering their fable.
Defenders are now deploying the loaded terms “apologists” and “deniers” to anyone who questions the new exhibition.

You can search Lehto’s channel for many stories about civil asset forfeiture which include the San Bernardino Sheriff’s dept. seizing cash from legal cannabis sales in CA – large amounts of cash are illegal since law enforcement can easily take it and it’ll cost you a fortune to get it back. Most people who have their property taken are rarely criminally charge, it’s just another source of revenue for law enforcement.
Civil Asset Forfeiture is much like the 702 process of monitoring citizens: no warrant needed, the process favors law enforcement and nothing the citizens can do to keep from having their property seized and outside the Constitutional protections afford to Citizens. Why can’t they just get a normal warrant? <———- hint, they couldn’t that’s why they like 702 and Civil Asset Forfeiture. There is no Primary
New York State used to be a Caucus State but changed to Primary State many years ago.
When I was involved in state level politics, it was left up to the counties until the State Republican Committee made the decision to make the change statewide.
That’s just my experience.
Patti, first hopefully someone who knows more detail will jump in. Here’s my basic understanding of why there is both a primary and a caucus in Michigan:
Michigan GOP was facing a quanry because Biden/Dems managed to pull the date of the open primary into February.
Per RNC rules Only a few states are approved for primaries prior to March (think they’re Iowa, NH, SC though I noticed Nevada is also having a caucus in Feb) If any other state tries to ignore the RNC rule and have a Jan or Feb primary, their delegates will not count toward the presidential nominee at the convention.
Due to the Feb open primary date, Michigan republican delegates would not be counted toward the nominee .
To “fix” the situation, the Michigan GOP is having a closed caucus a few days after the open primary –on March 2. I vaguely think that the open primary will be an initial culling of GOP candidates with the finalists being voted on in the GOP closed caucus in March.
The delegates will be assigned to the outcome of the GOP closed caucus in March and so will be allowed to count toward the presidential nominee.

If you haven’t discerned this yet, the Party of Chaos — Globalism’s “fifth column” in America — lost ground badly in early December even as the country supposedly enters its annual Christmastime coma. You know what a fifth column is? I will explain: it is a subversive enemy force operating inside a nation to sabotage its interests. The Party of Chaos, of course, is the party of “Joe Biden” the fictitious “president” euchered in plain sight to that position via flagrant chicanery in the 2020 Super Tuesday primary and then the free-for-all fraud-o-rama of the general election that year.

It all came to an interesting inflection point lately with the three presidents of exalted universities failing spectacularly to cover their asses in congressional testimony about antisemitism on campus.
At issue was why, after years of grandstanding on the oppression of victim groups, and censoring, silencing, cancelling, and crucifying alternate opinions, they gave their students and faculty a pass in recent weeks on yelling for the extermination of Jews. Wow, did that business disorder the whole Woke cosmography! I’ll tell you why:

FDA approves a novel mRNA based technology for warp speed in a 90 day miracle human trial…this does NOTHING to ensure long term effects, dangers are studied (and lets be clear, once you let this very unique kind of mRNA out into the “wild” there is NO WAY to know if the mRNA is causing the problem OR if the sars-cov-2 is causing the problem…or visa versa…if it provides immunization or “protection”..the very mechanism by which mRAN acts upon the body cannot be differentiated from the actual virus….most people tend to not realize this. You simply cannot track effectiveness and safety of this type of gene therapy once you release it into the population…so it’s another kind of control escape…there are reason that prior to this decision FDA would never allow something like this to be approved. the decisions defied all known good scientific and safety practices.
FDA allows double blind to be lifted and control to be spiked. this decision consequently renders ANY results of the human trials unknowable. And not just from the legal and regulatory and policy aspect, but from the hard science aspect..the core reason to have a double blind and a control and no one knows which is which until the study is complete and MANY analyses has taken place to determine which group was doing better and which was not, and if there were any contraindications. It becomes impossible to collect that once you have spoiled the control and lifted the double blind. It’s 101 science. But they did just that. And then invented a new science that was never allowed to be used to detect effectiveness and safety. I can’t remember the term, but it was the first time that FDA allowed such a method. It was a computer model, not based on direct evidence. I forget the term.
then FDA authorizes under emergency use auth. How can it possible make that decision when at every turn, the FDA violated every regulatory and lawful rule…and even redefined what a vaccine is…refused to acknowledge this is in fact gene therapy…and that it was allowed to be classified as a vaccine when it was most certainly not a vaccine by any scientific meaning.
later the FDA would also allow a different formula of this mRNA gene therapy to receive the same emergency approval and grant expanded use for children when the HUMAN TRIAL EXPLICITLY EXCLUDED CHILDREN!!

They make slightly different proteins. S1 protein versus N1 protein. You can tell the difference via immunohistochemistry stains done on the affected tissues.

I have no idea. I am cautious enough to have a wait and see on any of his revelations…
However, I have listened to a lot of his prior interviews. He comes across as someone who thought he was being patriotic in any help he gave the FBI….but then realized he was being used, sometimes for unethical or entrapment situations. He expressed this openly.
Whether he has true regrets, remorse, etc fir how he was used …or whether he is still a tool for the FBI… I can’t say.
Either way, I hope these allegations are seriously investigated by Trump’s lawyers and Congress to determine if this alleged corruption is true or not.
