Sean Hannity will be supporting the Gavin Newsom -vs- Ron DeSantis debate tonight on Fox News.
I think the first time I pointed out the Newsom v DeSantis matchup was last year when I outlined the goals and objectives of the Sea Island group to influence the 2024 election. Fox News is facilitating the illusion of choice as it was previously a central part of the now collapsed roadmap.
The debate airs from 9 to 10:30 p.m. Eastern time during a two-hour edition of Hannity on Fox News Channel and will be simulcast on Fox News Radio. The 90-minute debate, to take place in the Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta, Georgia, will be presented live without an audience. Sean Hannity will then spend the next 30 minutes talking about it.
Consider this an open discussion post for those who might be watching. Personally, I have a previously scheduled meeting/dinner and will not be watching.

Newsom has cookie cutter looks, straight out of casting. He doesn’t have to open his mouth and speak to know nothing original will come out. There’s nothing appealing about people like that. In fact, it’s an instant turn-off for me. He’s a product of Hollywood — a shallow narcissist — who’s auditioning for a part. His reaction the disaster he’s made of California is oh-well. He has no skin in the game.

This is what makes Newsome perfect for California. He is all flash and no substance. Appealing to the eye (for some) but as deep as a drop of water on hot pavement. His ideas and policies may sound good to those in the electorate who never stop to consider the consequences of those policies. Supporting those policies makes them feel good and virtuous for the moment, but they lack the rational thought processes to follow those policies to their logical conclusion. Like so much in Hollywood it is all an illusion – and they love their illusions.
Or……we have motor voter in CA and illegals “casting” their votes. People despised Gruesome Newsom during Covid, yet he somehow defeated the recall. I don’t hear people disparaging Georgia voters, who “elected” Biden; or Nevada or Oregon or Washington – all with governments just as Commie as CA. It’s happening to many many formerly red states, don’t fool yourself into thinking you’re immune.

Regulatory Taking. We are seeing a well planned multi-decade co-conspiracy through legislatures, local governments and insurance industry. Storm, Flood, Fire, and Liability insurance regulations, rates and underwriting are now all aligned to incrementally choke off middle American’s homeownership and the small builder industries around it.
This year in semi-rural Colorado was a bust for us. I saw 3 property owners abandon single family construction plans due to skyrocking costs, a mortgage declined because fire insurance was denied due to the arbitrary fire risk rating scheme, and, I was denied a general construction liability bond for an off-grid cabin project.
Calif. is having similar insurance company issues after all the fires. This makes me wonder if the tripling of policy rates is due to the smae shenanigans .
One small thought (guaranteed to anger some): I get that insurance is designed to spread the burden. That conceded, I personally am “irritated” that I am forced to absorb large property (and auto) insurance cost increases because a group of people decided to purchase assets in KNOWN high vulnerability locations (FL). Their money – their risk decision. They should bear the burden….not me and my family.
Additionally, while this guy attempts to de-politicize what we all know is a politicized decision by all parties…it is apparent this is going on all over the country (anecdotal conclusion from conversations I have with friends). All sorts of new regs or corporate initiatives to push people into flood insurance they don’t need, questionable allotment of costs (e.g., I know of a place, a high rise, where suddenly owners are being informed they now have to purchase individual flood insurance policies), very creative strategies for avoiding/nullifying insurance claims, all sorts of new/costly insurance add ons for damage/maintenance claims (it’s cheaper in many instances to just put away cash to replace an appliance, for example, than pay into insurance) and other cost drivers.
Of course, one would be insane to think that somehow Green agenda plays into all of this.

I turned on Fox at ten to watch Gutfeld. I forgot the debate was still on. I watched for as long as I could stand it, then switched the channel. Sean Hannity was terrible at his job and allowed DeSantis and Newsom to argue over each other. I have no idea what they were saying.
‘Nusiance’ was technically correct. Biden will get the nomination and DeSunk will not. Biden will just be ‘Biden some time’ to see if the economy improves. It won’t.
Nusiance will jockey to be drafted at the DNC Convention. Hillary will emerge. Hannity needs to go back to painting houses?

Here’s why I can’t stand Newscum. I drove this morning to fill my small Korean made SUV. A fill up costs me $65! While gassing up I watched the drug camps arising from their tents, cardboard cabins, filling their shopping carts to the brim to start their day. I stopped by my grocery store because someone said Foodsco had pork roasts on sale for $7/pound. Was glad to snag one. Drove over to make an appointment to have my Hubby’s toenails cut (we are both elderly and disabled) The little shopping mall that used to hold about 10 small businesses is down to 5 that are opened now.
As Hubby and I cut the small roast down to cover 3 meals I pondered my life at 78 years. I’m thankful every day that we were raised by parents who taught us to be self sufficient and to never depend upon the government if we didn’t have to. They were smart survivors of the Depression years. To this day I cannot throw way ketchup bottles without rinsing them with water! This once beautiful state has been decimated by the Democrats who completely control it. The good part of that statement is that they have no one to blame. And yet they and the corporate media lie every day. They say the economy is in great shape. They say the middle class is too lazy to work, blah, blah, the usual Dim claptrap. For the first time in decades of living, I’m frightened for the destiny of my country. So, my circle gets smaller and I find myself drawing closer to my God, my Church and my family. And I keep telling myself, God does not make mistakes, but we must learn to live with His decisions. And trust in our Lord with all our might.

I had to watch my Colorado Avalanche play a hockey game on TV last night. This was important to me. The Av’s ended up losing in overtime, but managed to limp off of the ice with 1 point in the standings. So it wasn’t a total loss. Gavin vs Ron would have been a huge waste of my time, even though the hockey game took nearly three hours. The outcome was always in doubt and I was entertained. Gavin and Ron would have just angered me, like most shows starring political actors.

I live in California and have since I moved here when I was 27 years old in 1980. I have always voted Repub and for the nominee except for 2012 when I refused to vote for Mittens and wrote in Ron Paul. I also ran that year for California Republican Central Committee on the “Liberty Caucus.” I was a Ron Paul candidate. We all lost. The establishment Repub’s out spent and kept us from exposure.

You are absolutely correct. Every word. I suspect we live in very near circumstances. I live in the San Joaquin Valley, one of the small strip of this state that conservatives still reign. We are encircled by the decisions made by truly ignorant people in Sacramento. Our schools have been ruined , the cost of living is moving into the stratusphere and the drug encampments will continue to grow. Because the state sends them $862 a month to continue to be drug addicts. Like DeSantis said you have had to work to ruin this state.

I drive the backroads of CA all the time. I go to Hanford, Visalia, Tulare, Olivehurst, Colusa, Gerber…all the way to Yreka in the north.
So many closed businesses. Medical facilities closed because they can’t hire anyone. Crescent City folks have to go to Oregon for cardiac scans and treatment.
So much farmland being destroyed by Poltergeist developments everywhere!
