Bombing of the King David Hotel Jerusalem
On the morning of the 22nd of July 1946 a party of between 15 and 20 Jews, dressed as an Arabs entered the King David Hotel. The hotel housed the Secretariat of the Government of Palestine and Headquarters of the British Forces in Palestine and Transjordan. The terrorists were able to enter the building without arousing too much attention because part of the building was still being used as a hotel and other people frequented it. The Jews pretended to be an Arab working party. Having unloading from their lorry several milk churns filled with 225 kilogram’s of explosive, they placed them in the basement of the wing of the hotel occupied by the Secretariat.
A British officer standing nearby, one Major Mackintosh, became suspicious of this group of Arabs and began to ask questions, but was suddenly gunned down by a member of the Jewish gang and subsequently died. A British policeman stationed at the tradesman’s entrance suffered a similar fate when he challenged the Jewish terrorists. Both victims were unarmed. A gun battle soon began between the terrorist and guards during which time the Jews ignited the fuse and bolted from the building as the alarm was given. As they ran several were shot and wounded by guards, but most managed to make good their escape. There was no time to evacuate the building and the charge exploded with devastating effect. Many were killed instantly as the whole wing of the building collapsed about them, others were trapped and many more injured.
Rescue work started straight way as soldiers and police began to pull away the rubble in the hope of finding survivors. Members of the Royal Engineers were hurried to the scene with heavy lifting equipment, but they had difficulty reaching the King David Hotel because of Jewish road blocks. The Royal Engineers were stoned and booed as they tried to make their way to the scene of the bombing.
All hope of finding anyone alive faded and the operation to recover the bodies began. 91 bodies were recovered in the following week and 2000 lorry loads of rubble had been removed. The stench which accompanied the work which was carried out in the sweltering heat of midsummer was most unpleasant.

The Jewish underground forces now united. The Haganah had resisted attacking the British as long as they were fighting Nazi Germany. Now, their fighters allied themselves with Irgun and carried out several raids against the British.
In late 1945, in response to full-scale riots in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, and bomb attacks on the railway system, British troops from the 1st Infantry and 6th Airborne Divisions had to be deployed in support of the civil police.
High Commissioner Sir Allan Cunningham decided to mount a major blow against the insurgents. On 28 June 1946, 17,000 British troops carried out Operation Agatha in Jerusalem. The Jewish Agency offices and other buildings were raided and arms caches discovered. A large number of Jews suspected of terrorism were arrested.
British soldiers were frequently targets for attack and kidnap, often in retaliation for death sentences passed on members of Irgun and LHI. A typical insurgent operation was the bombing of the British Officers Club in Haifa, in which 30 people were killed and injured.
On 22 July 1946, Irgun fighters also blew up a wing of the King David Hotel in Jerusalem, killing over 90 people, including many civilians. This attack broke the fragile Haganah-Irgun partnership.
In September 1946, the British called a conference of Jewish and Arab leaders in London. When this ended in deadlock in February 1947, the Government announced it had decided to refer the problem to the United Nations. Went to my local Safeway (Lakewood WA) earlier to pick up a few last minute items for T-Day and let me tell you, it was freaky. First of all, the place was packed; and, at least 75% were masked! Yep, masked! — Biden voters, undoubtedly. Second, they all seemed to have that vacant look — you know, their eyes were looking but not seeing. Usually, I see the blank looks on full faces and don’t think much of it, but today their masks highlighted the soullessness of their eyes. Third, the only time I sensed a pulse in any of the shoppers were the few times some looked at me as I was unmasked and wearing my “Support the country you live in, or, live in the country you support” t-shirt and they gave me a sneer of disdain. As I left the store having just seen the Democrat ideal of a future, I began to laugh to myself as I recalled the words of Edgar Friendly, “I’ve seen the future: it’s a 47 year old virgin dressed in beige pajamas, drinking a banana-broccoli shake, singing ‘I’m an Oscar Meyer wiener.'” They were all at my Safeway today.

If we can rein in the leviathan we need to think about how to deal with these people. If you have ever read the comments sections of any websites you can see that many statists want us dead, plain and simple.
I am a Christian. If we ever got back our republic I want criminals to face charges for their criminal conduct (Wray I’m looking at you) and for the danger in which they put every one of us, but I don’t want to kill them unless they committed a crime that warranted the death penalty. Some forms of treason do warrant the death penalty. Mainly though, I just want to prevent them from voting.
What about people like that jerk who accosted the poll watcher in Virginia, who dropped the f-bomb too many times to remember. To repeat, we need to prevent people like him from voting unless he could prove that he regained his sanity for a specified period of time.
Personally, if we ever regained control of our republic, I think mental institutions should be reopened and that guy should be one of the first people admitted.
But what about idiots on his side that don’t threaten people? I think that we need to even the playing field somehow. Two ideas are that only landowners or taxpayers should be allowed to vote.
To clarify the second one, I think that anyone who works for a government entity should not be allowed for any elections related to that election. For instance, federal employees can’t vote for any federal candidates (they’re not taxpayers after all at the end of the day). State employees can’t vote for state candidates and local city and county employees can’t vote for local candidates or ballot issues that deal with their jobs (same for state employees).
Something needs to be done so that we don’t get to this precipice in the future.
