To find Trump guilty of inciting some kind of insurrection, prosecutors have to show he knew the unknowable — that the election was NOT rigged.
That. Is. Literally. Unknowable.
And every serious adult who is not a Democrat understands it.
Unless there is evidence Trump ever said the election was clean — and nothing like that has been suggested — there is nothing to the case.
But worse, in the context of every one of our other major government institutions being somewhat obviously corrupt, the odds of 50 separate state elections being clean is close to zero.

The case against Trump has only gotten this far because Democrats don’t see news that shows all of our other institutions being corrupt. They still think everything about Covid was legit, Putin got Trump elected, Hunter’s laptop was a hoax, Joe wasn’t involved in Hunter’s business, Trump called neo-Nazis “fine people” and recommended “drinking bleach.”
But best of all, Democrats have been duped into believing you can read the mind of a stranger (Trump) and you can see that he can clearly see the unknowable (that an election was NOT rigged.)

The judge in the Alex Jones suit did the same thing the NY judge is doing in the fraud suit against the Trump Organization – without a trial of any kind the judge summarily ruled that Alex Jones was guilty and the trial that was subsequently held was solely for the purpose of determining damages –

The intelligence community knew what they were doing when they started calling people “conspiracy theorists” after 11/22/63. What an effective psy-op! 60 years later and people are still using this term to cover up the truth.

I believe he is wrong about courts not finding evidence. The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that 2020 election procedures contradicted state law. But simply refused to take the next step to say the election results should be negated or even investigated.
If President Trump can be charged because he believed or stated the 2020 election was rigged, etc then shouldn’t other people like Hillary Clinton be charged for inciting riots in January of 2017. She said and others said he colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election and he was an illegitimate president. Lots of damage was done and police were injured on that Inauguration Day.

I knew Frank Borman a little bit when I was a young man. I owned a little courier business in Miami when I first got out of college. Eastern Airlines was one of my big accounts, and Frank was the CEO at that time. Eastern was undergoing a dehabilitating strike from their mechanics union that threatened to take the company down. One of my jobs was running things back and forth between Eastern’s board and the mechanics union. They had a big headquarters at 36th and Lejeune on the northeast corner of the airport. The board room was on the 5th floor, and they didn’t really have a place outside for me to sit, so they would usher me in and I’d quietly sit in the corner while they finished up. Frank would usually stay after with a staffer putting things together for me to take over to the mechanics. He was a quiet man, but genuinely friendly and nice. You could see the pressure of the situation in his face, he was very pale and worried looking. He understood the stakes, the company was on the line. This wasn’t long after deregulation, and all the low cost upstart airlines were gutting Eastern. The mechanics union guy, I can’t remember his name, Charlie something, did not see things that way at all. It ended up bankrupting the company.

Recall TP and eggs, during Covid, which was an INCREASE in demand and led to major supply chain disruptions with shortages.

Georgia was/is one of the worst states in the country for election voting ‘machine’ changes in the country, if not the worst on a statewide level.
There are counties that have already vowed to throw them out. Spalding being one of them.
Georgia was also the first state in the nation to implement them.
When Kemp was Sec of State, just before his first gubernatorial race, he signed one of the largest contracts ever for machines. Cathy Cox, of Lin Wood fame regarding Mercer University issues, his Alma mater, was the Sec of State who brought in the original machines.
Georgia was the beta test for machines and the programming and algorithms there are the most long used and sophisticated there are.
It is also the state where one of the biggest cases to address the issues has recently been announced to begin in January.

when we weigh the consequence of operating within their rules (which is what we are experiencing now), against the potential consequences of refusing to cooperate or obey (which may involve any number of things, up to and including death), whether it is fear or coercion or agreement or any other reason is not relevant: with our free will we still choose the former as the better option.

Consider that WERE these ballot envelopes to be opened, marked for “Trump”, sealed, signed and dropped in a mail or drop box, they would NOT be counted if the signature verification system was working and these ballots are for “phantom voters” not real people.
Also consider the best way you have of insuring YOUR vote is counted, may well be to request an absentee ballot, while insuring the election dept has your CORRECT address, WATCH your mail and know WHEN to expect to recieve your ballot, then immediately fill it out, seal it in the envelope, and TAKE it to an “early voting location” and show your I.D. as you turn it in.
This action on your part, prevents them from getting an absentee ballot in your name voting for you and when you go in to vote in person on election day “because THATS how elections are SUPPOSED to happen!” you are told you already voted by absentee ballot, and when you insist you didn”t you are marginalised with a “Provisional ballot” which will in all liklihood never be counted.
VOTE SMARTER, LEARN how to vote, in your area, in order to make sure your vote counts.

Actually there are a # of examples of states successfully asserting states rights, in order to resist the Federal Government.
Most obvious would be “sanctuary city/states” refusing to cooperate with the Federal GOVT. on ICE detainers.
Second “biggie” is the States “legalising” regulating and taxing the cultivation, distribution, sales and possesion of Marajiuana, in defiance of Federal law.
These are examples of “leftists” employing Federalism, however the success is not becomes these efforts are left, its because in terms of Federalism, they are “right”.
During the height of Covid, one State government clarified that actually the FDA only “recommends” that certain drugs be “by Drs. Rx only” when it declared Ivermectine to be Over the Counter.

I saw maybe 5 other people the entire time I was looking for my target item; 2 of them were passing through… employees that didn’t work in that dept. , and 2 others were customers wandering in search, like I was; the one employee at her station was in a different dept. Ultimately I did not buy the items I went in to get – it wasn’t all there, only a few of the items (of many) shown online “in my store” were available – these were not ‘sale times’ or holiday items, btw; just regular price (made in USA), minus the s&h of online shopping; incongruently represented.
But I’m glad I saw this for myself, I hadn’t realized it – as many of the commenters under the linked article point out – this company is circling the drain; it’s about to increase it’s spiral velocity, imo. One observed “Macy’s hasn’t gotten the Bud Lite Memo“.
FWIW, I noticed online some sale items were advertised as a “buy one, get one free” deal – but the price of ‘one’ was consistently double that of other places that offer the same items; deceptive marketing.

On Friday, Judge Amy Totenberg issued a 135-page ruling, which alleges that the state’s electronic voting machines have significant “cybersecurity deficiencies that unconstitutionally burden Plaintiffs’ First and Fourteenth Amendment rights and capacity to case effective votes that are accurately counted.”

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) sources tell Fox News there have been over 47,000 gotaways since the beginning of the new fiscal year on Oct. 1.
Green said the number of gotaways since the beginning of the Biden administration could be well over two million.
