McDaniel is correct on this, and her critics are mistaken. It is not the job of the RNC, much less the RNC chair, to win this or that race in states around the country. For state offices that is the role of the state GOP. (and the candidates themselves) For Congressional offices winning those races is the responsibility of the candidates, and of the Senate or Congressional Committee depending on whether it is a Senate or House race being contested.
There are many, many problems within the Republican Party. One big one is that the Republican donor class hate rank and file Republicans and will only donate money to liberal Republican candidates. Either these candidates win their primary and the struggle in the general (because the base does not care for them) or else conservative candidates win the primary and struggle in the general because they have little money backing them.

With electronic voting, a corrupt Democrat news media and Democrat control of major ghetto city governments like Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore and Milwaukee Ronna will continue to see Republican Presidential Candidates lose to fraudulent elections.
There’s a distinct difference between indivudual voter fraud and election fraud with the latter being far more serious. When election officials commit fraud it involves manufacturing tens of thousands of fraudulent votes and the changes outcome of the election. Ronna needs to go!

As a former precinct committeeman, our funding was at the county level. We chose which candidates that we would support, and which ones we wouldnt based on if the race would be tight or not, or if the R didnt have a challenger. We also had a county state representative who would travel to the RSC meetings to agree or disagree with the funding on the state level.
From what I knew, the RNC would allocate funding for US legislators for the same reasons I listed above. There were several times that ronnomney wouldnt fund some candidates because of the Trump affiliation. Another issue that people have with her is the selection of far left moderators for these debates who are horrible.
