Blowing, raking and collecting leaves comes to mind; as I take a little break from doing exactly that.
A blower makes quicker work; as compared to hand raking, but then, a gust(s) of wind comes along and not only blows the pile of leaves all over
—more leaves fall from the trees; covering what was just cleared.
A rake, broom and large long handled dust pan come in handy as well.
Cutting stems makes for easier collection; some before attempting to blow or rake.
Every leaf may not be collected
-but the grass will grow green, the perennials will bloom and the trees will leaf out come Spring.

I think that she helped a lot of indigenous people and mixed people accept and love who they are when they were hurting and outcast and to the best of my knowledge she has remained consistent and dedicated with that effort so I’m in her corner. When she passes I think God will say Good job Buffy.
The contemporary corrections activists either didn’t live through the time that they are judging or hoping that their target audience didn’t. A good example is the portrayal of Trump as racist because he followed societal norms of the time and rented to whites only in his early career. Everybody did that. It took years of effort by the government to change housing and employment policies to be less racist. White people were paid to apply for homes and jobs with the exact same résumé’s as a paid black applicant. When the white got the job or the apartment the government would file a lawsuit and levy fines. That’s how the changes were made. Labeling Trump as racist for conducting business the same as everyone else did is just BS.
I accept Buffy Sainte-Marie as how she identifies because of her consistency and I have witnessed NDN and mixed people helped and healed by her music.

President Trump can’t fight all of the traitors at once. He has to pick and choose what battle he wants to fight at any certain time and that depends to some extent on circumstances.
His other problem is that he is kept busy with court cases and he is also running a campaign. He is also trying to take care of the onslaught as it affects his family.
If you wonder why he didn’t fight Ronna at her last election it was likely he didn’t think he had a better option given the circumstances.
It’s understandable to wish President Trump could already have fixed everything. But that isn’t a realistic wish.
Of course Johnson isn’t writing me personally but since I am getting the solicitations with his name and his pitch Johnson is well aware of it. Probably approved the “message” as well.
My point is that I cannot tell him my opinion because his SOH email is not public!
I suspect that the RNC has an agreement such that they can use a politician’s name and image in fundraising. I doubt any of them have any idea what text is sent out in their name or have any say over it.

In January 2022 one of my offspring forfeited a heavy 6-figure j0b as a govt. contractor because he refused the jab on well-written religious grounds, AND also refused to be invasively tested every 3rd day. At that time he was the ONLY person in his 20-30 person department to refuse the jab.
Ten months later they practically begged him to return. He did but only at a salary at or above what he was making 10 mos. prior. He also warned them that he will refuse any foreign or domestic travel (and the job with it) if jabs are subsequently required.
He is quite principled and a person of deep Christian doctrine-informed convictions.

My father passed along to me many times, as a kid, some wisdom that his father had repeatedly given him.
