Justice Arthur Engoron is truly one of the most ridiculous judges on the bench.
During a break in the courtroom theatrics, following testimony by Michael Cohen, President Trump told the media, “This judge is a very partisan judge with a person who’s very partisan sitting alongside of him, perhaps even much more partisan than he is.” President Trump was clearly remarking about Michael Cohen who was on the witness stand.
However, Moonbat Judge Engoron then demanded President Trump take the witness stand so he could ask him who those comments were directed toward. With Trump on the witness stand, the judge asked: “To whom were you referring?” “You and Cohen,” Trump replied.
The judge then said he did not believe Trump, “as the trier of fact, I find the witness is not credible“, he decreed from his perch; preferring to believe that President Trump was talking about Judge Engoron’s clerk. The idiot in a robe then levied another $10,000 sanction based on his wrongful assumption of President Trump’s thinking.
This is all far too ridiculous at this point.

How do we remove these partisan judges from the bench? The man obviously cannot be impartial, and has an agenda plain to all who are willing to look.
Surely there’s a process to get somebody like this removed and/or disbarred?

The system is in place to give government control.
This judge is valuable to the government and a liability to the people.
Many of us have had to struggle with letting go of the idea that government represents the poeple, but when you do the system of government in the US begins to make sense.

IMESHO, any elected or appointed “gubermint” employee should be required to pass a mental assessment test either on a periodic basis or on demand as necessary. Many states have a “judicial review board” to prevent poor decisions, does something like that exist for federal judges?

Was Cohen “alongside” the judge at any point? Was the clerk? This is one of these little things Trump does that is entirely self-defeating. If you’re calling out the clerk (as he likely was) then just say so. Don’t play coy.
WHY DID HIS ATTORNEY ALLOW HIM TO TAKE THE STAND?
So what’s being done about all this nonsense?
Sooner or later (hopefully sooner) SCOTUS is going to have step in and stop the destruction of the Constitution and the Republic due to the self serving parallel bogus legal system the uni-party has created to protect their interests and ambitions.
Something tells me the Judge knows he is very partisan.
And that he might feel a wee little bit ashamed of it.

What I don’t understand is this:
The 6th Amendment clearly states that for Criminal case the defendant has the right of a jury trial.
The 7th Amendment clearly states that for Civil cases exceeding $20.00, the defendant has the right of a jury trial.
How did the judge already rule that Trump and family were guilty of fraud without ANY TRIAL? And don’t say it was only a preliminary step, since there were sanctions (Taking) of assets, in the ruling.
We are now in the trial. What is this, how can you have ruling of guilty first and then the trial second? Isn’t this prima facie evidence the the judge is prejudiced and must recuse? If there was no trial prior to the ruling, then what did the judge rule on.
I am not a lawyer. Can someone explain this to me? This judge shouldn’t just be recused, he should be disbarred, then stripped of immunity and have criminal and civil charges bought.
As a trier of fact, I find the judge is not credible.
Getting this, or any elected official off the bench, or seat is very simple in my mind. It just takes courageous, and patriotic people with a spine to impeach the dirt bag for violating his/her oath of office. Everything this bat chit crazy Judge is doing is unconstitutional. They do solemnly swear to defend, and uphold the Constitution.
Engoron has demonstrated on several occasions now that he is NOT a disinterested ‘Trier of Fact’; that he is, in fact, a self-appointed arbiter of the destruction of Donald J. Trump; Self-Appointed in that he has a DUTY to recognize his bias and recuse himself from hearing this case.
I am deeply hopeful that he will be de-frocked and disbarred for his violation of the canon of ethics and the judicial standards of the State of New York.
