Add to that the lay-offs already happening in the supply chain…it will not be a good 6-9 months for many people.

I was able to do something that nobody thought was possible, end Roe v. Wade. For 52 years, people talked, spent vast amounts of money, but couldn’t get the job done. I got the job done! Thanks to the three great Supreme Court Justices I appointed, this issue has been returned to the States, where all Legal Scholars, on both sides, felt it should be. Now the Pro Life Community has TREMENDOUS NEGOTIATING POWER…

He says he would be happy to get together and come up with the number that everyone agrees on that abortion is legal up to that date in the pregnancy. He said he doesn’t care if it’s on the federal or state level. In other words, he would be happy to sign a law enshrining abortion up to 15 weeks I believe was the cut off he mentioned. Much the same as the gay marriage thing. I threw Ivanka in there because Steve Bannon said she was famous for walking into his office and putting her head on his desk and sobbing when she didn’t get her way. Doctors always had a way to help women end pregnancies early, safely and legally and the left had to go whole hog and mess it up. These were women who paid attention to their bodies, though, and smart enough. I don’t mind the idea of implanting birth control early as “certain segments” (as we are calling them now) of the population are not smart enough to take a pill every day, manage an IUD, wear a diaphragm, or require men to wear a condom.

Graves, Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke, for the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, and Assistant Director David Sundberg, of the FBI Washington Field Office were proud to announce on Friday that Jean Marshall, 73, of Kingston, Mass.; Joan Bell, 74, of Montague, NJ; and Jonathan Darnel, 41, of Arlington, Va. were each convicted of a felony conspiracy against rights and for violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.
The two elderly pro-life women are facing prison sentences that could keep them locked up until they are in their mid-80’s. The punishment for each of the defendants includes “up to a maximum of 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $350,000,” according to the D.C. Attorney’s Office’s press release.
U.S. District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, a Clinton appointee, “ordered the defendants immediately detained as required by statute.”

Cancelling seven oil and gas leases that were issued by the Trump administration for drilling oil in Alaska is the recent such effort by this government.
On September 6, Biden’s Department of the Interior (DOI) canceled the seven oil and gas leases in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge of Alaska that were issued by the outgoing Trump administration in early January 2021 to the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA). The Oregonian wrote that the decision likely comes as a counter-measure to the Biden administration’s approval of the Willow oil project in Alaska earlier this year, which disappointed environmental groups opposed to oil exploration in the region.
Left-leaning environmental groups welcomed the cancellation of the leases as a victory for the Arctic Refuge. The non-profit Earthjustice, which centers on environmental law, wrote: “This decisive action undoes an egregious attack on this cherished place and will help to vindicate the rights of Indigenous people and protect vital habitat.”

An illegal immigrant from Peru has been charged with murder after being arrested by police in Texas, Fox News Digital has learned.
Maverick County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that 64-year-old Roberto Emilio Vasquez-Santamaria was arrested in connection to a homicide that happened Monday in Eagle Pass.
According to multiple U.S. Customs and Border Protection sources, Fox News Digital has learned that Vasquez-Santamaria crossed illegally into Texas in May, and was released into the U.S. with a court date in 2025.
Sources said that the migrant was processed by Border Patrol after promising, in writing, to appear in court for upcoming proceedings. After signing the notice to appear on own recognizance (NTA/OR), Vasquez-Santamaria was transferred to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE).

Some states, including Ohio, Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Minnesota and North Dakota have banned noncitizen voting outright.
In San Francisco, a judge struck down a law that allowed noncitizens to vote in school board elections after opponents argued that it diluted their vote and violated the California State Constitution.
An appeals court recently reversed the judge’s decision, which prompted Santa Ana to move forward with its own proposal.
