These reports make me laugh! Why would you expect a corrupt, lawless group of criminals to suddenly abide by a “rule” that they didn’t follow?

They misspelled “should” as “will”.
Trump simply needs to exercise his privilege to take his case directly to his “Court of Primary Jurisdiction,” the US Supreme Court. And there to ask them to re-affirm what they have already decided about The Executive Branch and the occupant thereof.
Article 2 tasks the President to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” He had good reason to believe that they were not “being faithfully executed” in Georgia. He therefore had a duty to speak up, whether or not he was a contestant.
The SCOTUS has already said that the President enjoys the same blanket immunity that a Member of Congress enjoys while he is standing on the floor of his chambers (and lying through his teeth). The Executive Branch can say anything, to anyone, however he wishes to say it. And he cannot “commit a crime” by so doing. His words and actions are not subject to review by either other Branch, nor by any minions who report to him.
He also has plenary power regarding classified material, and to classify or declassify him at his word. (So, literally, if he says that “I declassified this,” that statement alone does so.) Likewise, he retains the highest level of security clearance forever, and is entitled to daily [classified] national security briefings.
All of this is settled law.
Trump needs to stop wasting time allowing himself to be arrested, and assert the awesome powers and prerogatives that his Office (and, past and present Officers) have always had.

Folks, it bears repeating: “Crypto” is not(!) legal tender!” It is a barter system. (And, as such, it is actually illegal to imply that it is “currency” or “coin.”)
“Barter” Is Legal. (In fact, some tightly-vertical industries routinely use barter to save money.) But the “value” of the barter token – whatever that “token” may be – is only what the participants agree that it is at the instant of exchange.

Gotta admit, my “feeling” about crypto, from day one was highly sceptical, it just “feels” like ‘funny money’ and so I have stayed away from it.

The only reason the dollar has value is because the US government (and military) say it’s worth something. One difference between bitcoin and US Dollars is that there is a finite amount of bitcoin. The Fed, on the other hand, has shown it will print dollars ad infinitum. My software engineer nephew used to transact in it with some regularity. He’s in his 30’s now, but when he was in college, he took summer and side jobs where he was paid in bitcoin. He used it to buy things from his computer geek friends and eventually he sold enough of it to buy his house and Tesla in cash.
On the whole, I tend to agree that a lot of these crypto things are scams, but there’s no denying that the techno geeks over the years have very successfully used bitcoin as an international currency. And since they find value in it, there is actual value in it.
It worth something because the U.S. quadrillion debt obligations are paid back in U.S. dollars (Federal Reserve fiat), for now.
Lots of problems with crypto. But the guys that are in the know, understand how the game is played.
For example most people don’t know that you can deposit all your paycheck to Coinbase, get issued a Coinbase Visa and get paid 4-5 percent in crypto every time you spend a dime on that card. Whola, no inflation to worry about. You pay for your gas, rent, groceries, you are making 5 percent on everything you SPEND on.
Some online banks are also hip to this and paying 4-5 percent on deposits. Crypto geeks do not trust banks. They go bust too. They trust crypto. They are anonymous, (once they leave Coinbase and into the ether, adios amigos).
Most of them are not naive enough to put millions in Trusts or exchanges I know people that put barely put 3000-4000 USDC in crypto exchanges with hundreds and thousands of dollars in positions. Those positions are not sitting with exchanges or trusts for the pickings, but in their cold storage wallets, Trezor, physical cold storage, used to be Ledger but they went woke and began sharing addresses with g@vt. So everyone got out what they could from their Ledgers.
While many people lose thousands in crypto projects, people also lose in the stock markets too, even some large cap funds go avg negative for the entire year. (With the exception that Fidelity doesn’t just go broke, I get that part). But, its unregulated, and this unfortunately will just give the gubmint an excuse to do none of the things these crypto geeks want them to do: REGULATE.

My LGS has stopped taking credit cards just because of this..and other “reasons”. Check or cash. I’m fine with it.

My question is not could or would Trump have stopped it. Remember, this is the result of almost a decade of acting against Russia’s concern. Acts which Biden and Blinken ramped up to force Putin to act.
Without Biden’s campaign to provoke Putin, this invasion would not have happened. There would not have been anything for Trump to stop.
But, the pressure, the internal war we supported against Russian friendly Ukrainians started with Obama’s Ukrainian coup and never let up until Biden ramped it up to provoke an invasion.
Trump was not part of the Minsk deceptions. But he surely did nothing to implement those peace agreements. Instead he continued enforcing the sanctions against Russia.
Trump even ratcheted up our support, giving weapons for the slaughter in Ukraine.
So, why didn’t Trump do anything against this travesty while he could have?
I am sure there will be lots of reasons. Like many, he probably was a victim of Obama propaganda. Propaganda exercised by our IC and our military in his briefings.
With all the use of Ukraine against him by his own government, there is a real doubt that Trump actually had any control over anything the government did in Ukraine. Indeed, the Biden corruption in Ukraine looks to be how the government controlled Ukraine. Even under an unwitting Trump.
Don’t forget testimony against Trump that he was interfering with the interagency process to set policy in Ukraine. Mid level bureaucrats actually told Congress that policy shouldn’t be determined by Presidents nor supervised by Congress. I would surely search out those criminals for their participation in the corruption they were running and protecting. The government has been defending its involvement in Biden’s corruption from start to the present day.
But victimization and deception are no excuses for Trump. He did not end the press for war against Russia when he had the opportunity. The war mongers he spoke out against set that policy under Bush, and followed it under Clinton, Bush, Obama and even Trump.
Trump would never have driven Putin to war, nor let such a war happen. But he didn’t act to stop a policy meant to create war.
Yes, he was handicapped by Russia, Russia, Russia lies. Handicapped by denial of his choices for personnel and betrayal of those who were given positions. And by Treason and Corruption of all involved.
Thus he did nothing to stop it.
But my question is one that can’t be answered while campaigning.

Harrison Floyd finally given bond after spending days in Fulton County Jail! Floyd was the only person indicted by Fani Willis to be held without bond.
Former U.S. Marine, and American hero Harrison Floyd was indicted by Fani Willis for simply connecting Ruby Freeman with Kanye West’s publicist and asking her questions.
Trevian Kutti invited Ruby to come to Cobb County police station and tell her story in a safe environment. Floyd was on the phone posing questions to Ruby who appeared to suggest that the official narrative around what took place in Atlanta GA on election night was FALSE. Ruby appeared to want to come clean to the public.
Nothing about their meeting with Ruby was illegal or improper. The only thing that Kutti and Floyd did “wrong” was provide Ruby with an opportunity to tell her story. However, Kutti and Floyd were accused of trying to solicit false testimony from Ruby, and this made Kutti and Floyd the targets of Jack Smith and Fani Willis.
Floyd was served a subpoena at his home by two FBI agents, (while carrying his daughter in his arms), and claims that neither officer showed identification. Floyd only saw two men with guns following him up the steps to his home and was terrified for his daughter’s life. This prompted an altercation where Floyd chest bumped an officer, after bringing his daughter inside and slamming the door.
Floyd was later indicted in Willis’s RICO case and unlike the other 18 defendants, Harrison Floyd was unable to afford a private attorney. He expressed his reluctance to drown his family in $100,000 debt just to fly in a private attorney to represent him in Georgia.
Floyd surrendered at the jail without negotiating his bail in advance. He was detained at the facility, and a judge denied him bail, on the basis that he was a potential flight risk, despite no indication that he was. In reality, none of this would have happened with good legal representation. The economic disparities between Floyd and the other 18 co-defendants left him rotting in a jail cell.
Harrison Floyd was released on bond today, after sitting in Fulton County jail for doing NOTHING wrong, and for caring more about his family than himself.

I have a picture of me and my three when we traveled by air to see my mother. At the time my children were 2, 3 1/2 and 8. We were all dressed as if were going to church. That’s the way I was reared.

I cannot understand the manner of dress today of those who attend worship services. Anything goes…shorts, sneakers, flip flops with bare feet, casual wear more appropriate for a day at the seaside than the house of God.
When our granddaughter was baptized a few years ago we dressed to be in the Presence of Almighty God. When we arrived, we were the only ones amongst hundreds in the congregation (!!) and fielded surprised comments about our having done so. We were astonished.
What happened when I wasn’t paying attention?
We had a Welsh friend who was an air stewardess. The stories she told were truly horrific. I’m sure your friend will agree with every word of this excellent essay, complete with pictures.

What a fantastic topic. I have attended church with parents and their 12 to 14 year old daughters in mini skirts. Almost everyone dresses like they are going to do yard work as soon as they get home.
It is very sad to see how slovenly our culture has become. I think much of it has to do with how wealthy we have become. We can afford fast food, pre-packaged convenience food, snacks, candy, cookies, ice cream, and soda.
Growing up we had cake on someone’s birthday and maybe one or two other times. We never had chips, cookies, and candy unless we kids had a nickel to go buy something at the local mini mart.
Every once in a while (2X a year) we might go to McDonalds. My father would have 2 of their hamburgers which consisted of a bun, a patty, ketchup, mustard, and a pickle. The French fries were the size of their current “small” size. Then we also got a small coke. That is what a grown man ate for dinner. Portions were massively smaller.
