The morning team in the former Rush Limbaugh slot in our radio market is Markley, van Camp and Robbins. Very good team of conservatives who use lots of humor in their program.
But today David van Camp says the MAGA people are acting like snowflakes about the ‘listless vessel’ comment.
To me, I understood that stupid remark from meatball as a direct insult. It was a pre-written planned hit job on us. Everything he does and says is part of a script. Using ‘listless vessel’ is to demean people who support President Trump and who use Truth Social. We heard it and called it out.
So, to that one conservative on talk radio, that makes us a snowflake too.
We are just calling it what it is. That’s not being a snowflake.
If a Poodle yaps at a German Sheppard and the German Sheppard doesn’t react, is the German Sheppard now a snowflake?
Or is the Poodle such a non-threat that it doesn’t warrant a response?

I so wish Mark Steyn would put his excellent commentary on Rumble. It would be a hit.
What I long for is a culmination of people like Steyn, Tucker, Viva, Robert Barns, and a few others into a news organization that aired on Rumble nightly.
Imagine that, each host might have a guest on periodically like Hersh or Tiebi, or Brian Berletick of The New Atlas.
So many good voices are on Substack or other platforms one has to pay for to enjoy.
I can’t afford to pay $4 or $5 a month for access to all the material I’m interested in. I’d be in for $100’s of $ a month!
But I would happily sit through ads or sponsors to watch or listen.
I suspect many people would agree.
It is my belief that advertisers would sign on quickly because the viewership would be epic.

As of today, Republicans control both legislative chambers and the governorships in 22 States. Democrats control all officed in 17 states.
In general, Republicans currently control 27 States while Democrats control 22. The numbers would be slanted much more in Republican favor if millions of Americans were still in the game, and not sitting on the sidelines claiming independent status in opposition to both parties.
How many Americans are willing to lobby their State Legislators on this New Declaration?
No matter what solution is floated, or who floats the idea, the most common early reaction is “that will never happen…”

You cannot put him in your local prison for carrying out his Oath of Office as he sees fit … even if you said otherwise more than 400 times lately.
Just ask the US Supreme Court. Who has ruled on this matter of Presidential prerogatives and powers many dozens of times already. Including all of the points that I have just now made.
“Enough is enough.” It’s high time that Trump takes this Constitutional case directly to the SCOTUS, this being his “court of primary jurisdiction” in a case such as this, and to ask that they re-affirm the decisions that they have already made. “The President” is “not an ordinary individual.”

Thanks. But, my key point is that the US Supreme Court has already ruled on these key issues. In fundamental decisions stretching back over a hundred years.
Essentially, the key idea today is that “a [ham-sandwich] ‘Grand Jury,'” in some isolated corner of this nation or another, cannot(!) actually, with a single vote, convict ‘The Executive Branch'” of “some crime or another.” Either by Federal or – here lately – “some State” Law.
But, the Key(!) Idea – already clearly established – is that “you” are defined by: “Article 2.”
This plenary Constitutional power “sails above and beyond” everything else, checked only by “impeachment,” which specifically is not “criminal.”
If this were not the case, then any sitting President, having made his first unpopular decision or military order, would be faced with “grand juries” all across the nation. By the end of his term, (s)he would be faced with being arrested at 12:01 PM at the end of (his/her) term in office, and shuttled off to prison facing potentially thousands of years. Soon enough, no one would thereafter volunteer to “be President.”

There’s never a guarantee the SC will accept a case. They take very few, and there’s no mechanism to force them to. In most instances they will refuse automatically if an appeals court has not had a say.
When this judges orders directly interferes with President Trump’s ability to defend himself in the other cases, will they all be considered a mistrial? shelved until this trial is over? will this trial be put on the back burner when the next indictment causes a conflict with this judges orders?
No, there’s no such thing as a “presumptive mistrial”. You have to have a trial to get a mistrial. Two different district courts may make opposing rulings. That’s a common reason for cases to be appealed, to then decide which ruling is correct.
I would say the unindicted co-conspirators or “victims” are the Judge, Fani, and whoever else is involved in this case.
