See Maquis’ post from 3:48. Should answer your question. The device itself is a hand held size. Mike L was holding it in his hand during his interview. If you are familar with how wireless devices work, this device they mounted onto a drone for demo purposes acts as an antenna that picks up your signal activated in the FrankSocial application and relays it to the command center and logs the devices coming from that location.
Mike L also said there is no intrusion into the election system. It is picking up device types coming from that location.
The drone was flown into the event for demonstration purposes.
These devices needn’t be on drones to perform, and the Derps have already created enough limitations on drone use that they won’t be possible in all locales; well, legally perhaps.
Yes, we will have to be prepared for lies and falsehoods.
We have so many calling for a revolution and a civil war and an unworkable secession that would see foreign powers taking control of half the country overnight; no amount of sacrifice to these election efforts could match what such kinetic moves would cause.

One thing I was able to hear was that precincts were not supposed to be connected to the internet and this application (the user interacts with the software on their cell phone) and sends an alert to the org chart that Maquis posted indicating that a precinct has connected to the internet and cheating may be starting.
Forgot to mention that this alert activation will also auto-create receipts of the event.

They are now going through the functionality they are building into the website, including the ability, apparently, to text and tweet straight off the site; building engagement tools.
Wonderful! Real time communication for breaches so important especially if “someone” blocks the alerting relay!

First obstacle, there’s nothing wrong with the machines, you can trust them; how to respond?
First, thanks to Tina Peters in Colorado, we have her story on the Dominion tech coming to to reprogram, asked if it will delete data, told it would, recognizing that would violate law on retention of records, she downloaded the software from the machines to created a backup in order to comply with law and of course with best practice and common sense.
She made a forensic disc image, a bit for bit 100% clone of the disc, it’s perfect, including a full chain of custody. (Naturally she was persecuted/prosecuted for that.)
She then made a forensic copy AFTER the Dominion update. (Smart chick!)
Gave it to her legal people, who found the system kept TWO sets of books!
[This guy is pleasantly slow, I can almost keep up!]
Ambiguously marked ballots were set aside for adjudication, demanding human review, so adjudicator then decides how the voter intended to vote, or that it can’t be determine.
They had TWO adjudication databases, and they weren’t the same!
Huge discrepancies, a municipal election showed someone won a race, by 3000 votes, with an uncertainty of plus or minus 8000 votes. 🤪
Now referencing 9 critical national security vulnerabilities in machines and processes in Georgia.
Telling a story of a student that hacked a Canon scanner, and was able to swap bubbles, so a vote for one candidate automatically went to another, did his PhD on this hack!
All machines are hackable!

From Mike L’s interview, an item on his wish list is to get rid of all machines nationally which has already started in some states.

They are now going over certification requirements for the machines, substandard requirements actually, but they aren’t even meeting those.
People will be able to have copies of their county’s certification process and test lab analysis performed in the certification; enough discrepancies that anyone is in a good position to to challenge their use of the machines.
Tells us how to use EAC.GOV, Election Assistance Commission, obviously will need more help for that, but the pieces are out there, training aids I would definitely suggest for these things.
Machines are all connected to an AT&T network, as observed in a recent Gateway Pundit article posted by many here recently.
Gives Federal Government Access to election systems at the Precinct Level.
Evidence at Dallas and other places also the tabulators are connected as well.
Bad actors have the capability to change and manipulate votes.

Another point, Claims are made that hand counts take too long . . . HELLO? We have election seasons now and Counting WEEKS as it is!!!

They are going over how they use counting teams, based on number of voters assigned to said precincts . . . Teams are like four people, two teams per precinct, easy, and a damn sight better than being an observer with binoculars on the far side of the counting room.
Next “objection” hand counts are too expensive. It is nearly impossible to do a comparison, the way they do things it’s impossible to break down how much of their current costs are spent on their machines.
One county claims it would cost an extra FOUR MILLION in Shasta County, CA, but they don’t do a cost analysis, but they don’t document how they arrived at that number nor demonstrate that they deducted the cost of the machine process . . .
Another assault on hand counting claimed that it would take five minutes EACH BALLOT! A whopping FIFTEEN Million for a single Misery, I mean Missouri election!

The people responsible for the elections aren’t really up to speed, they are going through the motions, doing the same thing, recycling the same numbers, they actually cannot calculate the costs of their elections, they are using fallacies and the typical government drone laziness and ineptness and just phoning it in.
Lady running this segment demonstrates that hand counts are much less expensive, it would have cost them under forty-thousand by hand for four years, but it was well over a hundred thousand if they had used machines.
But those were bought and paid machines in a small county with no license fees, she did some calculations and proved that they could save many millions of dollars, too brain dead to capture the details, dang it.

These folks understand what we here do, this is a hostile takeover of the Republican Party, not to destroy it, but to restore it, a benign hostile takeover, and they have wonderful insights.
Much of today’s event should be broken down into separate videos with a transcript and a fairly comprehensive synopsis of the information presented on slides, most could be a single page, maybe two. Wish I could volunteer for said task, too brain dead though.

Got it! I too think it shows great promise and in sync with what we have heard from Sundance and Treeper discussions.
Naturally, I have lots of questions and am closer to I know what I don’t know, so that’s progress.
To start wrapping my head around this, I will go ahead and create that list. I need to have a better conceptual idea about what is the work/data flow.
If a Treeper has a diagramming application, please advise. It would be great to see a “picture” of how it works with decision tree decision points it would be most helpful for everyone to understand.

fill them up at the municipal well and drive them where needed and the fire trucks can just stick their siphons in the tanker and pump from there instead of a hydrant
again, you shouldn’t lose ALL your firefighting ability just because the hydrants go dead

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit has handed down a major victory for free speech against the District of Columbia. In Frederick Douglass Foundation v. District of Columbia, Judge Neomi Rao reversed district court judge James E. Boasberg who dismissed the challenge by pro-life protesters who alleged that they were treated differently from Black Lives Matter (BLM) protesters. The selective enforcement of city ordinances gave what Judge Rao called “a monopoly in expressing its views . . . the antithesis of constitutional guarantees.”
In the summer of 2020, the city allowed thousands of Black Lives Matter protesters to take over streets in D.C. without any permit. The police watched as protesters wrote slogans and slurs on stores, streets, and sidewalks with paint and chalk. No one was arrested.
However, later two pro-life advocates in a protest in front of a D.C. Planned Parenthood facility were immediately arrested when they chalked “Black Pre-Born Lives Matter” on a public sidewalk.
Chief Judge Boasberg previously held that they had no right to challenge the selective enforcement of the laws. They simply had to plead guilty and accept that their views were not given the same official tolerance.
Judge Rao reversed the trial court and said this is precisely what the First Amendment is meant to prevent. The D.C. Circuit noted that such selective prosecution cases are based on one of the hardest claims to prove: “Selective enforcement claims must clear a high hurdle. Because the lawful exercise of prosecutorial discretion does not violate the Constitution, disparate enforcement of a neutral ordinance based on viewpoint is unlawful only when the prosecutorial factors are similar, and ‘unlawful favoritism’ remains the predominant explanation for the government’s targets.”
