Here is an example of a point that Sundance makes. The rate of inflation goes down simply because prices are higher.
Say it costs $50 to fill your tank. Next year it goes up $10. That is 20% inflation. The cost goes up $10 every year. After five increases it now costs $100 to fill your tank. But some politician can celebrate that they brought down inflation from 20% to 10% as the cost increases yet another $10 and you have to fork over $110 per tank the following year.
That is what FJB is doing now. After sustained high inflation, he is bragging that the rate of increase is lower now. It is still so high that the fed is continuing to punish us with high interest rates. But FJB is bragging away.
Sundance has also been telling us that this has all been a game to dampen economic growth to fit their future vision of climate control of the people. Reduce energy production which causes inflation which is used to crush the economy to fit reduced energy production.
And, of course, without proper math/analysis and critical thinking skills (“woke education”) folks buy the gaslighting (no pun intended).

Article 2 begins by saying that “the executive Power is vested in a President of the United States of America.” It then goes on to define the powers and responsibilities of this one-person “Branch” of Government. The SCOTUS has many times already defined just what this means.
“The(!) President” is no ordinary individual … he is a one-person Branch of Government.
For example: in his duty to “take care that the Laws are faithfully executed,” the President enjoys the same immunity held by any Member of Congress who is speaking on the floor of his chambers. He(!) can say anything he wants, to anyone he wants, using any words that he wants, and he cannot in so doing “commit a crime.” No other person on this planet enjoys this privilege.
Election fraud is a felony, and it is therefore his duty to speak up. It doesn’t matter if he was a contestant. “The laws are not being ‘faithfully executed,'” or so he believes. You cannot “parse” his choice of phrasing and therein find a crime. He is acting in his Constitutional role as defined by Article 2. The SCOTUS has already decided that “this pre-empts everything.”
Likewise, he has plenary power concerning “classified materials.” His access to those materials extends after he has left office. This matter is settled.
Our system of government obviously cannot continue if The Executive Branch™ fears being thrown in prison for seven hundred years because he made a statement, or a decision, or issued a military order that some minion(!) did not approve of.
And … the SCOTUS has already ruled on that. Many times. Trump is entitled to go directly to this court, this being his “court of primary jurisdiction,” and ask that they re-affirm what they have already decided.
A “grand jury of twelve” cannot impose into the powers and prerogatives of The(!) President of the United States – The(!) Executive Branch – and throw him in prison forever. This idea, fundamentally, cannot be allowed.
And, FYI, the SCOTUS has already explicitly said this.
This is a Constitutional issue that must be directly presented to our nation’s highest Court … to be re-affirmed. He has the very-privileged “standing” to allow this direct step to be taken. And so, this should now immediately be done.

I don’t pretend to be a lawyer…or have any type of legal knowledge…but by now, one would think that there would be some sort of statement about all this tom foolery.
I know how it looks to a lot of people so I don’t know how their mission and abilities tie in but it seems that there have been many lines in the sand that have been crossed? Something like ‘cut it out and let the best candidate win’?
Just my humble opinion, before I am not allowed to have one.
A # of ‘things’ are going on with SCOTUS, …
To address your ?, SCOTUS does not issue statements, they communicate by issueing RULINGS, aka “Decisions”.
And, unless a case is brought before them, they can not rule.
For instance, the Texas case on elections was IMHO, a piss poor case to bring.
Constitution leaves the conducting of elections up to STATE LEGISLATURES, and by extension to the PEOPLE of the State.
Ultimately, if the people of a State do not like the way the elections IN THEIR STATE are conducted, they are supposed to use the political process to replace their State legislature.
However, their is no Constitutional path, to ONE State, or its citisens dictating to another State, its legislature or its citisens how THEY conduct their elections.
As a citisen if Az., I do not approve of the “ranked choice” voting used in California. But, I and my fellow Arizonans have no LEGAL path, to contest Californias election results, any more than California has any legal path to contest Az.’s election results.
So, the cheaters successfully prevented any legal challenge of the 2020 election from getting TO SCOTUS, except this fatally flawed one.
I believe the KL case, however (which has already passed the “standing” roadblock) will eventually be heard, and am optimistic.
Seperate from this, most SCOTUS watchers agree we do not now have a “Roberts” Court, we have a THOMAS Court, and the end of R vs W, and in the same session end of Affirmative action as well as a strong confirmation of Religious liberty, confirms this.
People who either don’t understand the law, don’t understand SCOTUS, and/or are allowing their emotions to dominate their logic, have “written off” SCOTUS, because of the Texas case, and the earlier “Roberts Court” decision on Obamacare.

I understand that the states are responsible for conducting elections. But I would think they would have to follow federal law in federal elections.
My understanding it’s federal law that: 1. One must be a U.S. Citizen, 2. One must be 18 yrs of age or older, 3. One must vote in the precinct where they live or registered.
Say a state decided 16 year olds could vote and US Citizenship was not required. Then that state elected a senator and representatives on that basis that then effected the balance of power in Washington.
Wouldn’t another state have standing to sue since a state(s) did not follow federal law that then did harm to their citizens and state that did follow federal law.
The Court of Last Resort (but only if you have standing and/or they deign to take your case) or The SCROTUS as I call them, believe, as I understand, that they are apolitical. Squabbling about political issues is beneath them. They need to get off their phat ashes and say something about this lawfare persecution of a former president. We are where we are because they refused to find standing for two states that went to them to challenge this fraudulant election. They are derelict in their duties. They are not above the fray. (I’m not a lawyer either.))

Bigly – I agree. I watched all 12 hours yesterday…it was inspiring. They did a “roll call” of all 50 states with at least one grassroots person from each state. They discussed the legal battles they won/lost, what the hopeful actions were being taken, and all of them said the grassroots are growing and people are waking up in all 50 states to what is going on in our country.
They were optimistic, defiant, well versed in their states mechanisms of power and all were committed to the fight for the country. The sunlight is spreading and it is awesome. It sure has been informative and well done. Many of the people I have seen speak were with or referenced by Rudy when he went to the state legislatures with the evidence of fraud right after the 2020 election. They all have even more evidence now. How this all can be ignored by the public is beyond me. I just hope that more people are getting to see this that have not been fully awakened yet. It is good stuff. I wonder what happened to the computer experts that Rudy had with him, I think in AZ, who presented some very compelling evidence. It was such a good and well done presentation. There really isn’t a very easy way at this point to get to them, especially by us peons out here, unless maybe the govt. breaks them up like a monopoly would be broken up legally. Their resistance to being dissolved or broken up wil be long, loud and with a lot of financial clout behind it . We have created our own monsters from them.

As conservatives, we live in our bubble and follow all the talk that our bubble provides, i.e. Biden family crime, Trump bad, etc. However, if you have an opportunity to talk to a liberal friend, they believe the exact opposite. Biden is being framed. Turn on CNN and you’ll get your answers as to why nothing is getting done on our side. Most libturds believe this is typical politics for the party not in the WH. Not sure we can change the narrative. Many of us here expose the same thoughts and opinions, yet nothing has changed for many years, well beyond the time Trump has been on the scene. It also seems that most heterosexuals indeed are “hard-wired”. Ditto some percentage of gays. So for these people it would not be a “lifestyle choice” — hard to believe that anyone who isn’t mentally ill or emotionally disturbed would “choose” an abnormal and socially difficult “lifestyle” to hook up only with the sex they aren’t physically attracted to.
But there also are people who do seem able to become attracted to both sexes. More or less. Therapy that addresses the environmental and social issues may work on these people but is not going to work on people who are only homosexual and cannot be attracted to the opposite sex, just as no amount of therapy could make a strong heterosexual become attracted to same sex.
Dogmatic positions either way are not justified.

We shouldn’t lose sight of the fact that any normalization of deviant sexual behavior will eventually lead to the normalization of all deviant sexual behavior, including pedophilia. Our society won’t survive an “anything goes” ideology. We’re already on a path to self destruction. The Bible isn’t just a book. It’s a guidebook. Every step we’ve taken away from its teachings has led us into further troubles and woes. The Bible’s Commandments may seem harsh to us but the alternatives are worse as we are finding out.
I can’t fully accept your argument. ALL societies change, and all empires fall. These habits you call deviant were far more acceptable in the dominant societies of ancient times (Greece and Rome) than now. But sex preferences and habits can’t be substantiated as a major reason for the fall of either of those. Political corruption and military conflicts had more of a direct contribution.

I don’t find the Commandments harsh at all, just impossible to keep all of for a lifetime. Hence the need to confess sins to God directly and regularly, seek sincere forgiveness and rededicate toward better behavior in future.

As far as specifications in Scripture, it’s one thing to resist or disagree with what’s there; it’s another not to sufficiently acknowledge what is there and what is indicated.:
Exhibit A: Sodom and Gomorrah
Do a Bible word search on the first city, which includes an -ite permutation on activity that extends beyond its destruction. Wow, isn’t that a lot, including what association with the city appears to be emphasized repeatedly? The level of acceptance or rejection seems to be quite clear given the emphasis.
Note that Jesus said in Matthew 11 that had the miracles and mighty works done in Capernaum been done in Sodom, “it would have remained until this day” (verse 23). Note that this was said while Jesus was denouncing “the cities in which most of His miracles had taken place, because they did not repent” (verse 20) saying Tyre and Sidon would’ve “repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes” (verse 22). This seem to speak to the need to declare truth in order that the need for repentance is made clear.
As Christ spoke about ancient cities including Sodom as it related to repentance (with sackcloth and ashes, indicating a humbling and recognition of impending judgment), it seems their sins were sins of actions needing to be turned from rather than unchangeable matters of established identity or sins obviated via a level of monogamous faithfulness to any other human of one’s choosing. Didn’t those like Jonah have to have something to work with, e.g. turn from this sin? Had certain activities not been regarded as sin but as aspects of personality, wouldn’t that have affected whether there was a call of repentance or not and the nature of it — as well as the consequences of not repenting of it?
Exhibit B: 1 Corinthians 6
There’s much of relevance in the chapter, but let’s focus here:
1 Cor. 6:18-20 — “Flee sexual immorality. Every sin, whatever if a man might do, is outside the body, but the one sinning sexually sins against the own body. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit in you, whom you have from God? And you are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body.”
So, there appears to be an additional issue with sexual sin spelled out quite clearly unlike every other sin. Reading that cogent fact from 1 Cor. 6 as well as the rest of the chapter as well as chapters 5 and 7, might that mean that the “all sins are the same” argument some may make has some issues?
Also, 1st Corinthians 7 give specifications as to relationships, accommodating passions through marriage, etc., complete with these specifications: “But because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have the own husband.” It is only those type of relationships which appear affirmed in this vein.
Exhibit C: Romans 1:24-27
“There God gave them up in the desires of their hearts to impurity to dishonor their bodies between themselves, who changed the truth of God into falsehood, and reverenced and served the created thing beyond the One having created it, who is blessed to the ages! Amen.
“Because of this, God gave up them to passions of dishonor. For even their females changed the natural use into that contrary to nature. And likewise also the males, having left the natural use of the female, were inflamed in their desire toward one another, males with males, working out shame and receiving in themselves the recompense which was fitting of their error.”
Much of Romans 1 appears to be focused on “all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men” (cf. Romans. 1:18) and its progression and pervasive presence therein. It appears noteworthy how far along in the progression as it were that certain “passions of dishonor“ are listed and specified.
It appears telling that the author of the “Message” appeared to see fit to radically deviate in significant ways from the received text above: “26 Worse followed. Refusing to know God, they soon didn’t know how to be human either – women didn’t know how to be women, men didn’t know how to be men. 27 Sexually confused, they abused and defiled one another, women with women, men with men – all lust, no love. And then they paid for it, oh, how they paid for it – emptied of God and love, godless and loveless wretches.”

I knew kids in kindergarten that I could tell even when I was five, that they were gay. And now in my 50s those people are in fact gay.
I also met a large contingent of gays later in life, being that I’m from DC. And it was staggering how around 90% of them all had some story from childhood where they were molested by an older male before they were 6.
I firmly believe there are two categories. Those just born with a desire to be with the same sex, and 100% there is a class that comes from being molested at a young age. Which is why the left is trying to go after kids. They know this and want to increase the numbers.
Furthermore, for those that don’t think it’s possible for someone to be born gay, think about this; some people tend to have attractions to different body parts and other things. These are called Fetishes by most. Well, if someone can have a “foot” or “ear” or “butt” fetish, why couldn’t a group of the population have a “same sex” fetish?
So at the end of the day, both sides arguing have a point. Some are doing this by choice based on some traumatic event, and others are genuinely attracted to the same sex.
At 5 , I would venture to say , you knew they were “sissys” , different , weird that they didn’t want to play boys games etc ,whatever -and later in life, you were not surprised when you heard that they were, in fact , gay . Familiar with that situation . Not sure about your other category , the molested , fortunately never encountered that scenario .. What’s more, that Biden aide John Flynn cc’d Hunter on 10 emails which contained Joe’s daily schedule between May 19 and June 15, 2016.
One of the emails details plans for a phone call with Ukraine’s former president, Petro Poroshenko. Flynn copied Hunter at his email address at Rosemont Seneca Partners – while Hunter was serving on the board of Ukrainian energy giant, Burisma, which was deemed to be corrupt by the Obama-Biden State Department.

The House Oversight Committee request primarily is focused on Hunter’s $1 million per year position on the board of Ukrainian gas company Burisma, which hired the then-second son in early 2014 as his dad assumed control of the Obama administration’s Ukraine policy.

Next up is the Senate hearing. The vote was not even close in the Texas House, which is an ominous sign for the upcoming 2024 elections, even after a direct appeal by President Trump to TX Republican House Members.
If the TX Senate agrees, this clears the way for Bush III to seek the TX AG slot which is a traditional stepping stone to the Governor’s Mansion or facilitate a Democrat win.

Yes, I read about it. It’s pretty standard legal advice. If you have a pending court case, attorneys will normally suggest you not talk to the press or make any speeches about the matter. Anything you say in a public forum becomes fair game for prosecutors to attack you over later in court. It’s why so many people approached by reporters before a trial say, “No comment.”
He doesn’t need to talk to the press, he just introduces the witnesses.

maui has experienced a increase in the electrical grid demand in that last 10 years over around 50 percent solely due to MORE PEOPLE. You can think of “MORE PEOPLE” in the same sense as you can think of MORE EV CARS. Each NEW person realizes more demand on the electrical grid.
building infrastructure for MORE PEOPLE. and in particular MORE EV CARS, is not simply a function of growing the size of the supply…but also the high tension transmission lines and in particular as it relates to Lahaina…”the last mile” problem.
it is this “last mile” that is the most difficult to replace and upgrade and this “last mile” is where it is most expensive. Ordinary high tension lines that provide regional transmission are far more tolerant and resistant to environmental threats…by design. “feeder” or residential “last mile” transmission lines are commonly simply wood poles and prone to much greater environmental risks…it’s more costly to maintain them and they are at lower heights.
so when you read about improving the “infrastructure” as the country shifts to new electrical grid demands….keep this in mind.
one of the lessons learned with the lahaina fire is going to be this:
the power company did not de energize that particular power transmission line that faulted multiple times over the course of 24 hours preceding this fire. This is preliminarily the root cause of this disaster. why would the power company not take action and secure power to a transmission line that is showing all the signs of a fallen line? was it just incompetence? or something else? ah..this is where it gets really tricky. If you shut down power there is a no zero chance that you have fall over problems that can also trigger other interconnected power lines to go offline. It’s not something you can do easily by just flipping a switch. The ability to divert excess power is the issue. The power no stopped in one line has to go somewhere. You can shunt it with the risk of damage to a switching station, or your can drop power supply from the energy facility. Both of these two come with risk. The analogy is putting the brakes on a very long heavy train and cars behind it. Sure you can slow it down, and that takes time, but it also means everyone is affected…the cars will ALL slow down. And then when you are ready to get back up to speed, you can only do that very slowly…and all cars will experience that same slow acceleration. For a small island like maui, it’s not so much that the power station is not capable, but that it really has not been designed to handle a very high demand from a large growth over the years from population increases. that’s the number one factor.
it will be the same with EV cars…and all things necessary to the new green electrification.
you can spend an incredible amount of money upgrading existing power plants to meet demand, but without a comprehensive plan to build out and improve high tension, redundancies AND the last mile problems, and better technology and practices for switching in emergencies…the you have accomplished what leads to lahaina…a power company unwilling and obviously incapable of responding to a real world threat ..and in this case one that led to the loss of human lives…and that number still grows…there are over 1,000 people still missing. That does not mean they are dead…just unaccounted for. the body count is over 100 as I write this.

They all shared some common elements:
Engineers and/or other subject matter experts had either been consulted and/or had warned the government and regulatory authorities of the risks. In the case where families were losing their homes to flooding, an engineering report had been commissioned by the government to identify the stormwater upgrades needed to avoid the flooding – right down to each individual address and property tax revenue loss.
The warnings and recommendations from engineers and subject matter experts for preventive action were ignored or buried by staff-level bureaucrats (ideologues). Their counter recommendations to politicians aligned with broader green or urbanization agendas.
When politicians were briefed by us on the intentions and risks, they did nothing.
Government staff engineers were silent out fear of losing their jobs. Engineering/Land Management firms were silent out of fear of losing government contracts.
The “press” refused to cover any of the above.
Affected property owners refused to face that any of the above could be true, even when presented the evidence
All of this shared characteristics of regulatory-taking of property (not) coincidentally, aligned with global agendas for urbanization, “green energy”

the AG of georgia should take over the “case”, force fani willis to sequester ALL investigative materials, communications, evidence AND ALL COMMUNICATIONS WITH DOJ. Then begin investigating how a “special” grand jury was even allowed. It is not just unusual, it’s unheard of. The AG from georgia should file with the judge that he it taking over.
