1. The indictment was published before the “Special Grand Jury” deliberated.
2. The clerk said President Trump had not yet been indicted.
3. The indictment was taken down and they didn’t want to take questions.
4. Later, the “Special Grand Jury” held deliberations.
5. “Deliberations” culminate in a *VOTE*, do they not?!?
6. The *ONLY* way the indictment which the clerk said was not an indictment could work it’s way through the system and have a case number and judge assigned to it in ADVANCE of “Special Grand Jury Deliberations”, which culminate in a *VOTE*, is if the *VOTE* OUTCOME was known IN ADVANCE of the *VOTE*.
7. The *ONLY* way the *VOTE* of the “Special Grand Jury” could be KNOWN in advance of the*VOTE* of the “Special Grand Jury” is if the entire deal was, wait for it……
*RIGGED*
8. The indictment came out a bit later the same day, being identical to the one posted before the “Special Grand Jury” held their *VOTE* and the prosecutor said she didn’t know anything about the clerk’s job or how the indictment which was not an indictment but was identical to the indictment, was published………
……and immediately went on to the next question. It is self evident she knows this was wrong, and a problem for her.
9. It is demonstrable that these people are lying.
It is demonstrable that the system was *RIGGED* in advance of the *VOTE* of the “Special Grand Jury”.
10. Yes, the people prosecuting President Trump for trying to find out about a vote or system being *RIGGED”, have PROVABLY *RIGGED* the vote or the system to indict President Donald John Trump.
This only strengthens my resolve to vote for Trump.
And ironically, the corruption in this indictment is SO OBVIOUS that I will be able to point it out even to democrats, and they will not be able to argue it away.

The entire grand jury process is rigged. It’s said that any experienced prosecutor, given the grand jury process, could pass an indictment down to a ham-sandwich. I offered this earlier, but it was perhaps lost in the shuffle: for your consideration.
How many Americans, in view of all the INSURRECTION INDICTMENTS against President Trump and January 6th protestors, have considered the fates of two men, one a general and the other a senator, who undoubtedly did lead a bloody insurrection against the government of the United States?
Namely, how were Robert E. Lee and Jefferson Davis treated after the Civil War? Were they hanged as treasonous traitors, shot by a firing squad? How many Americans have reflected upon their post-bellum fates?
In fact, Robert E. Lee was almost untouched by direct punishment, Jefferson Davis less so: a Federal judge named Underwood in Norfolk put together a grand jury for the direct purpose of indicting and convicting all the top Confederate leaders for treason. Underwood was willing to “pack a jury” to get a conviction, because there was nervousness about whether a Virginia jury would vote to convict.
Davis was arrested and then sat in a jail for about two years to await trial, but Lee never was jailed, and the reason for the latter was the Appomattox Agreement made with and by General Ulysses S. Grant. The agreement called for a return to normal: Grant, echoing Lincoln, wanted no retribution to stand in the way of reuniting the country. This sentence in the agreement was crucial:
“Each officer and man will be allowed to return to his home, not to be disturbed by the United States authority so long as they observe their paroles and the laws in force where they may reside.”
Andrew Johnson, however, very much in agreement with Judge Underwood about seeking convictions and punishments for Confederate leaders, tried to find a way to undermine Grant’s agreement and the general’s continued work to stop any kind of governmental retribution. Lawyers spoke about “military agreements” vs. “civil law” i.e. could a civil lawsuit still apply despite the Appomattox Agreement? Was Jefferson Davis a military leader or a purely civilian politician…or both, like the president of the Union?
In the end, sensing that a trial for Jefferson Davis and others could lead to an acquittal (e.g. a legal point arose that Jefferson Davis was no longer a citizen of the United States, after the secession of Mississippi, and therefore could not commit treason), and because of the continual influence of General Grant against any trials or punishment, Johnson issued a general amnesty.
And so we contrast this story with the facts of January 6th : not one person among the protestors was armed, unless flags and signs can be considered weapons.
The protestors did not claim to want to overthrow the government, but to protest a stolen election.
The death which did occur was the murder of unarmed Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt by a policeman named Michael Byrd, whose crime was not, and apparently will never be, prosecuted.
President Trump had specifically told the crowd that, if they did march to the Capitol building, to do so peacefully, which most of them did, as thousands of recordings will verify, showing them being admitted inside and wandering around.
No one was killed by the protestors, no one was taken hostage, no one attacked a Congressional representative.
And so the leaders of the Confederacy, who indeed led an armed insurrection against the government of the United States, an insurrection in which c. 600,000 people died and billions of dollars of property was destroyed, were never put on trial, but received amnesty instead.
We shake our heads today at the bizarre, surreal, Alice-in-Wonderland indictments against President Trump, and wonder when reality will return to America.

The “history lesson” comes rather naturally: I always liked learning about the past from my earliest days. A local Carnegie Branch library had a good selection of History books, especially biographies for grade schoolers from the publisher Bobbs-Merrill (R.I.P.) .
This was back when companies were unafraid of patriotism or being seen as patriotic: an author named Augusta Stevenson cranked out excellent little biographies of famous American men and, yes, women.
If you have children/grand-children, these books are still highly recommended for ages 8-12!

Read it. Valentine is still running up against the same ‘wall’ in trying to figure out HOW to utilise a potentially very effective tool for stopping ballot fraud;
ANY elected official, currently in office, County and State Election officials, County Sheriffs, County and State Judges, or State Legislators, were elected to office with the corrupt election system with voter rolls CLOGGED with phantom voters.
Hence, they have NO incentive to push for “cleaning up” the voter rolls, and a STRONG incentive NOT to, as the inevitable responce will be when they run for re-election, the system will be used to insure their defeat.
The ONLY ones with an incentive, would be those “challenging” an incumbent, and they have little/no authority to use the system he has developed, to try to purge the rolls.

As to the Hawaii fire – last I saw 89 remains were recovered. It was stated by the Governor, these were ALL found in streets. They have not done searches inside of structures & cars etc. Best estimates were saying 500-1000 is possible. The remains are so charred they had only ID two as of a few days ago b/c they fall apart on picking up/not much is left.
So I was curious… what is a typical casualty count for a “wild fire” in a town/ area having close quarters. Only case I could think of was the Chicago fire. I had no idea on the death count, so I looked it up.
Nvm this is the 1800’s, long before emergency response systems in place, a higher population, more buildings, etc. Anyhow just for perspective… about 300. 🤨

This fire burned an area worth millions or even billions, that was previously restricted from any new development, and apparently had a lot of native Hawaiian ownership. The fire soared to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit, so it was more of a firebomb. It began and ended within an hour. Emergency response was disabled or MIA.
