PBS Rolls Out ‘Climate Psychology Therapist’ For Armageddon-Coping Session

In a segment that looked like something out of Monty Python, PBS NewsHour brought on a therapist to help people suffering from ‘climate anxiety’ on Sunday.
Anchor John Yang announced the “climate psychology therapist,” noting “This summer, millions of Americans are experiencing firsthand the effects of climate change. Triple-digit temperatures for days on end, smoke from record-setting wildfires fouling the air, warming oceans, bleaching coral reefs…”
“Psychologists say that can be a positive thing, spurring people to action. But for some people, it becomes an overwhelming sense of despair or anxiety,” Yang continued, adding “Psychologists call it climate anxiety. This week, we asked people about their emotional responses to climate change.”
This is the psy-op that has been run on our young people all their lives.
If you are wondering why so many young women, who are wired by nature to be nurturing and concerned with not doing harm, are on all kinds of prescriptions for anxiety disorders, this is why.
They believe, subliminally, that the fate of the planet is in their hands, and if they throw a container in the wrong recycling bin someone will die.

Now they are being told if they don’t accept being in the shower with perverted men, they are harming that man, and are the guilty party and not the victim.
Yet they don’t seem too concerned about e-waste.

The next one, “False Alarm,” is very interesting because the author assumes the climate models are correct, but then goes on to prove with copious facts and analysis that not only are the predicted dire consequences wrong, but also that any changes can be FAR more cheaply and effectively countered by active ADAPTATION than by radical (and pretty much hopeless thanks to India and China) attempts at CO2 reduction.
And rather than trying to radically and suddenly end fossil fuel use, something he points out will inevitably be catastrophic, count on a market driven (monetary savings driven) increases in the efficiency of their use as well as a natural increases in their price with time making alternative energy more economically practical WITHOUT subsidies.

I haven’t read Apocalypse Never: Why Environmental Alarmism Hurts Us All – 2020 – because those two were more than enough to convince me.
I know a young couple with two children, both bought into this scam. They have good jobs, the kids were in a private school, both bought brand spanking new electric vehicles.
They now have to sell their home, take the kids out of private and place them in a public school.
Brainy as they (always on cell phones) are, they never thought it through, they can’t afford the electric it takes to charge the EV nor can they sell them, no one wants to buy them, and they can’t afford to use them.
Their little world literally collapsed.
They would do better to take the children out and home school them, so their kids don’t end up as brainwashed as they are.
Seven decades ago, I whined to my Mom about Climate Change and Global Boiling. It was August. I grew up in Florida, a sub-tropical environment.
Mom gave me sage advice which has helped sustain my psyche throughout a lifetime of seasonal heat-derived angst: “Finish your chores and go play in the sprinkler.”
Advice I continue to follow today. When it’s hot. During what used to be called “summer”.

*They* want to lord over us. They think they are gods. That’s why they’re desperately trying to *reprogram* our cerebral cortexes via propaganda, censorship and now gene edits, and implant computer boards, compatible with 5G technology, via mRNA graphene oxide injections *disguised* as vaccines.

Well, “school” isn’t a place of education anymore; it’s a place of indoctrination. So…
I was taught about global *cooling* and to expect another *ice* age that the world may not survive. When that never panned out they switched the narrative over to global *warming.*
And when THAT didn’t pan out as predicted, it became climate change.
Apparently, any change will do, when it comes to totalitarian crisis actors capitalizing on their “emergency” powers.
I don’t think there is a place of public education today. Charter schools, Christian schools, and homeschooling are the only reliable modes of education. We need to demolish the Department of Education from our federal government. It does more to destroy the minds of our youth than to create growth in the education process, and to help the children to think more positively.
This is funny and reminds me of my childhood, too. My friend and I are always exchanging great wisdom from the past and our families. My friend likes to tell the story of playing in the mud and her grandmother would say, make some mud pies to eat…so she would and did..and wow, she did not get sick and die! Kids today are not allowed to get dirty and play in mud….so protected.
I watched a Carbon Farming video from NHK network on youtube (link below). I starts off with all the visual and sound doom and gloom fear imagery for dum dum DAAAA – Climate Crisis.
then they spend the WHOLE video discussing what is simply pollution at a farm level due to added chemicals and mechanical tillage that has been ongoing for generations and thereby removing nutrients from the soil.
It had nothing to do with climate and everything to do with soil conditioning.

The climate changes, has been doing so for millions of years. We can do things locally to clean up the environment, clean up air, water, etc. But environment is not climate. Anyone who thinks they can stop a volcano (like the hunga Tonga volcano in the South Pacific which blew its stack in January 2022 and sent trillions of vaporized gallons of seawater into the stratosphere, encircled the globe in a matter of days, and is likely responsible for at least some of the warming trend this year because water vapor is the most abundant greenhouse gas) or stop a hurricane, or control solar flares, is just delusional. Most people did not hear about Tonga because it does not fit the narrative. We are always just told it is we who are causing the climate to change.
No wonder people feel responsible and have mental issues. It’s all a big psy-op.

It is obvious that we – and many other countries – need both term limits and age limits. You cannot be in office for more than a certain number of consecutive terms, and at a certain age you must retire. You can continue to serve your State, but not in office.
We should treat the elderly with respect if they have earned it, and with medical decency and care. But they cannot continue to serve.
I think cognitive function is more important than chronological age.
President Trump is far more mentally accute in his 70’s than many I know in their 60’s.
My dad died at 95, to literally his last day we could discuss history, religion, politics, family, anything (Dad was the epitome of a Renaissance man). Never got fuzzy in the slightest. Mother, on the other hand, no longer knew who “that man” was, referring to her husband of 74 years.

So if a person is sharp and mentally competent, physically strong, then his age is the one factor that you think should prohibit him from doing a job such as Senator or President? Can’t agree. I would propose testing cognitive abilities and physical abilities for a specific job to make sure the skills are still good. But outright banning someone on age alone is not something I would ever agree with. Many older adults love to work, are extremely good at their jobs and can outwork younger folks many times. Their experience also lends a dimension to their work that younger workers don’t have.
So, no, I don’t think their should be age limits, but limits based on ability mentally and physically are appropriate as long as the tests are truly formulated to do this measuring fairly. I believe this should apply to very young workers too.

We live in S/W British Columbia and are fortunate to have Vancouver Island close at hand.
It has often been described as the largest temperate island in the Pacific.
That may not be accurate however the Island is plenty big enough, and does have a mild climate.
We have noticed car license plates from more U.S. States than usual.
Washington, Oregon and California are fairly commonplace.
However we have seen the occasional vehicle with plates from Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, Virginia and even Ohio.
Assuming they were driven west, that is one long drive, and a ferry ride.
We assume it is the strong U.S $ against ours, but maybe it is something else.

I live in Az., and the desert, because we LIKE HEAT, and much prefer a two month period of heat (until the monsoons come) to the COLD, which we can’t stand.
Its all about the elevation; go up 1000′ in elevation, which may only be a few miles “as the crow flies” and you get much milder summers, and much colder winters.
Its not rocket science, or climate science its just common sense, and figured out by our hunter gatherer ancestors, 100,000 years ago.

Actually, Chalupa just used the opportunity to get Congress involved in their “secret” investigation.

THE DEVIL IS IN THE “DETAILS.”
The person who tries to resolve the problem will attempt to reproduce it. They will look through event logs which might record millions(!) of events per hour. They will look through the list of recent software changes – which they know exactly. DETAILS PLEASE.
