Mohave County AZ is a “red” county, yet after much debate and doing a test run they determined that hand counting ballots would be too expensive and take several days.
Since countries worldwide are able to hand count and release results within 24 hours, I would like to know who set up this “test” to fail.

Its only “more expensive” because the Fed. govt. “picks up the tab” for the Machines, which then ‘allows’ the County to spend less of its $, on hiring the temp. full time workers it needs at election time.
If the County actually had to pay for the machines, it wouldn’t be close; hand counting is WAY cheaper.
Changing Federal law, so that any Federal $ “given” to States for conducting elections, which is then funneled by the State to the counties, not specify HOW the States/Counties have to conduct the elections would go a long way towards ending the machines.
Actually, Mohave County is not the big problem, you can tell by their reported vote totals in 2016, 2020 and 2022.
And actually the machines are no longer the biggest problem, in the short term with winning elections and achieving election integrity.
WE now CAN access the machine “slogs” which accurately record EVERYTHING done with the machines; THATS why they can NOT use “the Dominion algorythm” any more.
The election laws need revising. However if election laws, the Rules and Regs and Policies and proceedures ON THE BOOKS, were faithfully followed, instead of being blatantly ignored, we could have transperently fair elections.
In order to steal it in Maracopa County in 2022, election officials (R) Steven Richer, County Recorder (R) and (R) Bill not that ine Gates, County Board of Supervisors, and a small group of permanent employees OF the County Recorders office, had to violate numerous State Election laws, rules and regs, policies and proceedures for Chain of Custody, Machine Certification, and Signature Verification in order to conduct the Steal.
35,000 phantom voter ballots injected into the tabulation center, via Runbeck on election day.
Proper chain of custody documentation would have prevented those ballots from being counted, as would proper Signature Verification.
An accurate estimate is 48,000 election day, in person voters in MAGA polling locations were “turned away” due to the malware loaded machines that would not have been malfunctioning, if proper “logic and accuracy” testing and ceryification had been done “according to the Law”.
The first is ballot (ballot ENVELOPE, actually, cause THATS the KEY!) “stuffing”.
The second is VOTER SUPPRESSION.
And, there is a THIRD, which is a combination of BOTH.
They scour (via a ‘data crawler algorythm, think “search engine) the voter rolls, to identify 10,000 voters that are A) registered R. B) always vote in person, on election day and C) never have requested an absentee ballot.
Before the ballots will be mailed out, they change ONLY these voters ZIP codes, only while putting in an absentee ballot ‘request’ for these voters.
The county prints and mails out ballot envelopes with this incorrect zip codes, which to post Office machinery quickly recognises and “kicks out” as “undeliverable as addressed”.
They transport these ballot envelopes to a central location (via ‘bent’ postal employee) where the ballots are marked, stuffed in the return mail envelope, SIGNED and injected into the tabulation center WELL BEFORE ELECTION DAY. THIS is one of the problems with 30 day election “periods” with early voting.
Because the (wrong) zip code on the ballot envelope corresponds with the (wrong) zip code in the voter rolls, the ballot envelope passes the first hurdle.
Then with compromises signature verification, it passes the second hurdle, the envelope is opened and seperated from the ballot, hence NO voter Identifying info on the ballot, which is then “scanned” and counted.
THEN, they change the voters zip code, in the voter rolls BACK to its correct zip code.
On election day, 10,000 registered R’s show up ‘as always’ to vote “in persin, ON election day, and are told they “already voted” and if they raise a stink, are told they can “vote provisionally” which means their vote WON’T be counted, and the mail in ballot in their name WILL be counted.
Hence, this ploy is a “two-fer” both voter suppression AND ballot envelope stuffing, and it nets them 20,000 votes, not 10,000.
Minus one Trump/Lake vote, AND plus one Biden/Hobbs vote means they double their pleasure, double their fun with two, two, two votes in ONE!
Hobbs recorder margin of Victory was 17,000 votes, but in order to get that, her margin of cheat was at least 35,000+48,000 +20,000, so 103,000.
Put another way, preventing any one of these 3 seperate but interrelated systems if cheating, and KL would have been declared the winner.
And, TWO of the 3 systems were TOTALLY dependant on Lake voters voting IN person, ON election day.
The machine malware, and the double whammy, could not have ‘worked’ if Lake voters had requested absentee ballots, periodically verifying no address change, and promptly filled out and signed their mail in ballots, and then hand deliver them to early voting locations, or dropping off at the County Recorders office.
If OUR VOTERS had just CHANGED THE WAY THEY VOTE, they COULD NOT have stolen the election.
Ballot stuffing alone could NOT have “covered the spread”.
And, if all State and Federal election laws, rules/regs and policies/proceedures are followed, they can not steal elections with a landslide to overcome.
A “50/50” with milktoast Uniparty R and D candidates, maybe.
But to overcome a Populist MAGA candidate, with a seven point or more advantage,….? NO
Hence, vote SMARTER, as well as HARDER in 2024.
KNOW the peculiarities of your county and conscientiously work to insure every MAGA voter in your precinct does, as well. So that MAGA voters not only “turn out to vote” but that they adapt to circumstances, and vote in such a MANNER that their vote counts, cause its counted.
THIS is the essence of MAGA “Legal ballot harvesting” its GOTV, voter education on steroids, and it is VITAL work that needs “warm bodies” right NOW!
AVOID voter suppression, and if so inclined work to disrupt, interdict, and even hijack their ballot stuffing operations, by vaccuuming up as many phantom voter envelopes as possible, or even identifying the “mother ship” centralised ballot envelope stuffing operation and exploring a variety of options.
Just because those counting the votes,,are disregarding and so violating election laws, doesn’t mean we can’t win.

AZ senate majority leader Borrelli was on War Room today and explained how it happened.
In summary he said election officials asked staff to review paper ballots and they came up with an unworkable method.
Borrelli asked everyone to contact their election boards and demand paper ballots and he described how to do paper ballots efficiently.

SC Limits Federal Fraud Statutes- Prosecutor Overreach-
Jack Smith’s indictment is a classic example.
“Ciminelli, Percoco, and Abdelaziz are the latest examples of courts’ hesitance to expand prosecutors’ reach under the federal wire fraud statutes to pursue state and local bribery schemes. These follow the Supreme Court’s 2016 decision in McDonnell v. United States, 579 U.S. 550 (2016), in which the Court held that setting up a meeting, talking to another official, or organizing an event, without more, is insufficient to constitute the “official act” required for a conviction under the bribery statute, along with the Court’s more recent decision in Kelly v. United States, 140 S. Ct. 1565 (2020), which held that the government needed to show that the defendants engaged in deception in order to obtain property to sustain a conviction under the federal fraud statutes. The Supreme Court’s Ciminelli and Percoco decisions both rejected theories that had stood for decades in the Second Circuit: in particular, the “right to control” property rights theory overturned in Ciminelli, and the Second Circuit’s “domination and control” and “special relationship” test applicable to private parties with purported control over state or local government affairs, which the Court overturned in Percoco. The Court did so after concluding that the theories were incompatible with its post-McNally precedents, making clear that prosecutors may only use theories that comport with Skilling and do not unduly expand the reach of federal criminal fraud statutes.
Abdelaziz similarly reflects a rejection of federal prosecutors’ efforts to expand the scope of the wire fraud provisions. The First Circuit refused to endorse an expansive reading of Skilling that did not coincide with traditional conceptions of bribery—specifically, the notion that an honest services conviction could be premised on alleged bribe payments to the purported victim, as opposed to employees or agents of the victim. Consistent with Ciminelli, it also refused to allow the government to define property at such an abstract level that it could be used to deprive individuals of fair notice and risk criminalizing a broad range of conduct Congress never intended to fall under the federal fraud statutes.
This trio of cases reaffirms that prosecutors cannot expand the scope of federal criminal statutes without clear congressional guidance. For convictions to withstand judicial review, the property and honest services theories in question must be consistent with traditional notions of bribery and provide putative defendants with fair notice. Otherwise, federal prosecutors risk expanding the federal fraud statutes to common behavior and encroaching on the states’ ability to govern affairs relating to state and local politics.
But the Percoco and Abdelaziz decisions also do not categorically foreclose federal prosecutors’ use of the fraud statutes when presenting unconventional theories of liability; they instead require prosecutors to present specific evidence before they can advance certain theories.”
The most obvious problem in all of Jack’s legal maneuvering is that the accused was The President of the United States. Quite literally a one-person Branch of the Government, as set forth in Article 2.
The SCOTUS has already handed down many settled decisions which use terms such as “plenary.” The President is tasked to “take care that the laws are faithfully executed,” and he has unlimited power to decide how to do that. Just like a Member of Congress who is speaking from the floor of his House, he has blanket immunity. In other words, it really doesn’t matter what you think about it.
It’s time for Trump to go directly to the SCOTUS, this being his “court of primary jurisdiction,” and ask that the Court re-affirm what it has already many times decided.
Our system of Government cannot function if the Executive Branch lives in fear of being put in prison for 500 years for making a decision or giving an order that some minion does not agree with. A Grand Jury anywhere does not have the jurisdiction to declare that “the Executive Branch” is guilty of a crime for doing his or her job.

In the DC Grand Jury indictment of President Trump, he is alleged to have engaged in a fraudulent conspiracy to interfere with, what is described as “a bedrock function of the United States federal government: the nation’s process of collecting, counting, and certifying the results of the presidential election (‘the federal government function’)”.
This concept, described on page 2 of the 8/1/2023 indictment, is, in my opinion, the Lawfare goal in this attack on President Trump. The election of the President, I learned from my grade school civics lessons, is a “function of the state governments” under the US Constitution. The Electoral College electors are representing the states. The joint session of Congress on January 6th is made up of representatives of the states. Under the Jack Smith theory of “our democracy”, the federal government elects itself!
The DOJ needs to hire a fifth grade civics teacher for this very special counsel’s team. Hopefully Justice Thomas and Justice Alito will be given the opportunity to review this issue before it’s too late.

The town supervisor for the Albany suburb of Colonie sued New York City after two busloads of migrants arrived at the SureStay Hotel in that town in May and then simply remained warehoused there beyond the 28 consecutive days allowed by law. DocGo seemed unfazed. It sent three more busloads of migrants to the same hotel in July.
Hundreds of millions of dollars of taxpayers’ money are being spent to pump huge numbers of illegal workers into cities and towns all over New York State. DocGo is rolling in money as a result. Hotel owners are raking in the cash. Local businesses no longer have to deal with American citizens who might expect to be paid a living wage and to work under safe conditions. They can hire desperate illegals one step above slaves to work for a lot less.

When you look at the few data points given (I don’t think we can call them facts), someone with the chef calls 911 at 7:46 reporting him “struggling to stay afloat.” This person must be a female as the report is that this initial call was made by a female. This person then jumped off her paddle board and swam to the chef, too late. She then swam to shore. Maybe she had a waterproof phone with her, OR, as the Massachusetts State Police said, this call came from the Obama residence.
A second call is made at 8:18, possibly the same female who is now in a boat searching. This is 32 minutes later. (I wonder if any emergency personnel have arrived, and if so why is she calling again?) This story implicates a female in the Obama household. The other possibility, since the story is so fishy, is that he died in some other fashion and was paddled out on the board to dispose of the problem. That would make Obama a person of interest since, according to state police, the call came from his house and the chef worked (lived?) there. They say Obama wasn’t at home at the time, but they don’t say where he was. Maybe he was out paddle boarding! Who knows.
