Americans will go broke if zero-carbon pols get their way
Energy titan Harold Hamm explains in his eye-opening must-read book “Game Changer”: “I’m not against renewables. I am against dismantling the current system for another system that doesn’t exist yet.”

The Democrats really got the population reduction ball rolling with the plandemic. About 75 percent of the covid patients put on ventilators died. That was considered better than giving them Ivermectin, which the mainstream media said was horse medicine. It was despite the fact that the Ivermectin drug for humans won a Nobel prize in 2015. Then their mandates for the experimental mRNA covid vaccines caused a lot of people to die. Since the government manipulated the data we will never know the extent of the population reduction due to the experimental vaccines. Now “excess deaths” are up as high as 84 percent in some age groups since their solution to the plandemic was implemented.
Let’s be clear, this net zero target is nothing more then a plan to reduce the power supply to the citizens of this country.
Those who believe we need to do this to save humanity are the same who will eventually feel guilty for taking a breath of air.

However, the left would cry “political interference”, given the recent historical swing in the court’s makeup, if it should do so.
Of course, that would be entirely hypocritical, but then again hypocrisy is a feature of the political left, not a flaw.

This 👆right here (ie. save the electoral process) is the best rational for the court to intervene, pointing out the weaponization of the federal government, it’s use of “lawfare” as a means of election interference, and the hypocrisy of the Hillary campaign in 2016, who did everything the left accuses President Trump of doing in 2020.

It would set a historical precedent that would put a stop to often-used democrat lawfare tactics in down-ballot races.

And, this 👆👆👆 right here should be a key point in the argument President Trump would petition the court with (see: Missouri Governor Eric Greitens, and Congressman Tom Delay, among others).
Remember, this court participated in denying any review of the election. And then it picked some other case to push judicial supremacy over the tasks the constitution explicitly charges state legislators with.
They are not going to do anything that could remotely indicate that the election was stolen by professional criminals so that they could grift off the power and abuse that power upon their enemies.
Right/Wrong and the Constitution no longer have any meaning in this court.

I just read a screed by David Stockman in the NY Post, and he is wet his pants terrified that this will go to trial before the fall of 2024. He couches his fear as a desire to preserve the US from being a banana republic, but then goes out of his way to go through the numbers he claims shows insufficient fraud to change the result. In other words, the very margin of the inflated numbers that took days on end to produce (through cheating) prove there was not enough cheating to put Biden in office. You can’t make this up.
The fact that this particular piece of Narrative excoriating Jack Smith as a rogue agent acting without legal authority is being published in the NY Post is good evidence that the DS fears this trial.

I see and hear all kinds of “pundits” saying what is legal and what is not, but I don’t see anyone doing a damn thing.
I signed the Bronson Brothers petition to the Supreme Court to allow the citizens the right to force our representatives (Executive branch, Legislative branch and Judicial branch) to be accountable for not upholding their oaths of office, or be removed.
The Supreme Court declined the opportunity to allow us redress. The Supreme Court could have agreed that the oath of office is binding, and when elected representatives fail to uphold their oath to protect the Constitution, then we could have them removed for that. They didn’t want to take on the responsibility of making that decision. They are all cowards.
It appears the Supreme Court may be nearly as compromised as the rest of the branches of government are, because by upholding the Bronson Brothers petition, it would have applied to them as well.
Most of this is performative. Keep the masses entertained and engaged in bread and circuses. They want to give the appearance they are doing something when in reality, they are one and all fleecing us and they are all actors on a stage.
Of course we help them along by arguing amongst ourselves and yammering away and doing nothing, as well.

Levin doesn’t know diddly, he wants to look like the warrior he isn’t. If he was a good lawyer why doesn’t he work at it, instead he works for FOX. He wants to influence.
He wrote a very good piece here. Whether anyone is listening is another matter. Trumps legal team is an unknown factor imo. They need to be sharp, a step ahead and ready to apply whatever means there is to attack the enemy coming at them. Proactive not reactive. Maybe they are doing that, I pray they are, but if not, something has to change quickly within that group.
I am not in any way a legal expert so my opinion is pretty weak, but observing from the outside and listening to other experienced lawyers/legal minds like Levin, Turley, Dershowitz, Barnes all saying pretty much the same things, it seems to outsiders the Trump team needs to step up their game. Maybe they are just being quiet about what they are doing and that’s ok too, but the key is are they doing something on the scale needed here? Pray they are. For all our sakes.

According to democrat politicians, judges, lawyers, and the news media, “there was no election fraud in 2020.” This claim is made entirely on the basis that no court in the country has agreed to review any evidence of the fraud in their courtrooms. Every court has taken the Sergeant Shultz “I see nothing, I hear nothing, I know nothing” position, as if ignoring the evidence somehow discredits the evidence, or makes it vanish.
What the courts have actually done is deny due process of law on the most critical case of political corruption in our 244-years. They have violated their oaths, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and every legal American and in so doing, they have all but guaranteed the total collapse of the USA.
The courts, all the way to and including the U.S. Supreme Court, have eliminated themselves from the equation. They are no longer a legitimate active part of our constitutional form of government. They have removed themselves from the process of justice and placed justice in the hands of the American people. The Article III branch of the Federal government (the Judiciary) no longer holds any constitutional authority over anything! They have totally abdicated any lawful authority over anything at this point.
They could easily be bespoke editions created by a manufacturer especially, and only, for President Trump.
The Trump store should sell them and make a profit to pay his legal bills.

It’s interesting. I doubt that in the long run, Obama’s foreign-policy failures are going to be seen as the most important part of his legacy. I think future historians are going to look at the Obama presidency and see it as the moment when this new oligarchy merged with the Democratic Party and used the capacities of these new technologies and the power of this new class of people, the oligarchs and their servants, to create a new apparatus of social control. How far they can go with it, what the limits are … you see them trying to test it out every week or so.
So my question is: Is Barack Obama the author of this new machine? Did he create it purposefully? Does it report back to him? I don’t follow the Iranian stuff super, super carefully, but I have been puzzled at the Biden administration’s continuing attachment to the Iran deal.
The easy explanation, of course, is that Joe Biden is not running that part of his administration. Obama is. He doesn’t even have to pick up the phone because all of his people are already inside the White House. They hold the Iran file. Tony Blinken doesn’t.

Rob Malley is just one person. Brett McGurk. Dan Shapiro in Israel. Lisa Monaco in Justice. Susan Rice running domestic policy. It’s turtles all the way down. There are obviously large parts of White House policymaking that belong to Barack Obama because they’re staffed by his people, who worked for him and no doubt report back to him. Personnel is policy, as they say in Washington.
Which to me is a very odd and kind of spooky arrangement. Spooky, because it is happening outside the constitutional framework of the U.S. government, and yet somehow it’s been placed off the list of permitted subjects to report on. Which is a pretty good indicator of the extent to which the information we get, and public reactions to that information, is being successfully controlled. How and by whom remain open questions, the quick answer to which is that the American press has become a subset of partisan comms.
I’m going back to something you said 20 minutes ago. From the get-go, I know enough intelligence community stuff that from the first time I saw it, I realized that Christopher Steele’s shit was just complete crap. It was bad corporate intelligence, even. It was nonsensical.
What scared me back then was coming to understand that a new milieu had been created consisting of party operatives, the people in the FBI and the CIA who are carrying out White House policy, and the press. It is all one world now. Also disappointing, he shows Obama as totally a self-creation of Obama, but they magically elude over how this self-creation escaped the confines of Chicago and became President. Hillary already had a nationwide organization. Senators start out with statewide organizations, and Obama was a newbie. How did he beat her? How could he even come close?

Mysterious Land Acquisition Group Sues Farmers After Buying Land Surrounding Air Force Base

An agriculture land acquisition company that is reported to have bought up land on three sides of a major U.S. Air Force base in California is now suing the farmers who sold them the land.
Flannery Associates LLC spent nearly $800 million to buy the land surrounding Travis Air Force Base, then filed a $510 million lawsuit in May against the farmers.
Rep. John Garamendi (D-Calif.) told NewsNation the suit is likely a tactic to financially destroy the farmers.
Mr. Garamendi said some of the families he has spoken to did not want to sell to Flannery, but the company made them offers for huge amounts. Flannery’s lawsuit accuses the farmers of conspiring to inflate the price of the farms.
“It’s a suit designed to force the farmers to lawyer up, spend tens of thousands of dollars on lawyering, and maybe at the end of the day, bankrupt themselves,” Mr. Garamendi said. “In fact, that has happened to at least one family that I know of and I’ve heard rumors that another family simply said we can’t afford the lawyers.”
According to The Wall Street Journal, the U.S. Air Force’s Foreign Investment Risk Review Office has not been able to determine who is funding the purchases, even after an 18-month investigation into the purchase of the 140 properties around the Air Force base.

The revelations prompted the state to take steps to consider putting Fulton County in receivership, empowering state officials to run the elections. However, the Georgia State Election Board voted against taking over the county’s elections.

The reality is that this is being done in a court where the judge can and will undermine the adversarial system by preventing evidence from being heard, and likely by sanctioning Trump’s lawyers for doing their jobs. If there is to be any justice at all, it will via intervention by the Supreme Court. I lack the tea leaf reading ability to guess whether they do so in a timely fashion, or whether they will plug their ears, hide under Roberts’ skirts, and let the country burn.
Well, you don’t have to wait or guess what the Roberts Supreme Court is going to do. They will use every excuse they need to think up to do NOTHING, just like every other judge in the system does.
Isn’t it his right by law to present evidence to the contrary of what they are accusing him of? Even his lawyer says they will present the evidence. My main concern is who is hearing it. You could beat those dumb as rock dems over the head with it and they still would say not proof.

It would be helpful if the insider sourced article actually broke down the math. Many people do not have the figures and thus they will make up their minds: EV’s are more efficient and do not pollute. and that is where the conversation will end. on propaganda.
for instance…there is an actual apples to oranges math equation useful to measure fuel costs per mile verus electric charging costs per mile. And this can be applied to ANY fuel gasser and ANY electric vehicle. why the insider decided to summarize and not provide this equation means the article is subject to “interpretation”.

examples to understand what this article does not help realize:
I have an electric vehicle. I go to a charging station and i pay 50 bucks for a full charge.
I have a fuel gasser vehicle. I go to a gas station and pay 60 bucks to fill the tank.
you will notice in either of these two sentences…there is NO MENTION of “tank size”, “charging capacity”, expected average mileage and use case, size of vehicle (and not just mass and weight but how the vehicle will be used, how many passengers, stop and go city or long distance travel)…
all these things matter.
unrelated to energy density of batteries versus gasoline/diesel…is the DESIGN of the car. Insider does not do the work to show how the design of EV’s are inferior in at least one area: passenger cooling! battery cooling ! and how much energy is used to provide those two important features that every car owner expects to use and depend on for comfort. (the same goes for passenger heating!)
a recent study shows that on a 95 degree day, the average EV will lose about 20 percent of rated battery power (and thus a much reduced mileage effciency)., when turning on the car cooling system. Even if the driver decides to not use passenger cooling, the batteries must be cooled and this alone accounts of about 7 percent reduction in EV battery efficiency. This all adds up to more costs per mile traveled. (the same reductions happen in heating on cold days but to a lessor degree). For the average internal combustion engined powered car/truck…cooling and heating will rarely if ever exceed 4 percent of efficiency. So this shows that the DESIGN on EV cars are using cooling and heating systems that are no designed with efficiency as a priority…and they could be designed to be very efficienct. But they are not. Which raises the question: why design them in this way (theory: more profits at the charging station!).
also…ev cars efficiency are impacted significantly by LOAD (weight). A single driver of 150 pounds is the metric that EV cars use to calculate expected efficiency (mileage). However, add another passenger and weight another 150 pounds and the efficiency is dramatically reduced…6 percent! Add another…it becomes 10 percent drop in efficiency. Add 4 people weighing 150 pounds each to the typical EV car and you get almost 20 percent drop in efficiency. The batteries work harder and the battery cooling demand goes up too. these figures are for a flat sea level road too. Add some hills, winding roads, higher temperatures than 85 F and the mileage efficiency drops even more dramatically. Turn on the car ac to cool 4 passengers and you can expect no more than half the rated miles…on long distance sea level flat roads. It would be even less for city driving, as the passive cooling from high speeds are not available! (even with regen brakes, does not overcome this cooling (and heating) factor!
another factor no often discussed in the non competitive nature of public ev charging networks. There are about 4 corporations that control ALL EV PUBLIC CHARGING STATIONS! there is no competition. The electric power supplier in that area dictates the price of energy supplied and are under no legal constraint to use energy pricing models that are very different from the electric grids for homes, business, etc. There is in fact a very high steep pricing model for supplying public charging stations with the energy they require. There is also the conflict of business interests to make the public charging station at a different rate to residential electric power rates (for home charging). In this way the electric companies and charging stations can exact a higher price model for both segments…bilking EV owners into higher rates regardless that your refrigerator uses the standard residential electric rates for your area, from the same electric power company that supplies the public charging station!
now compare these to gasser fuel engine cars/trucks/autos.
turning on the ac has a very small impact in efficiency!
turning on heat has a very small impact in efficiency!
adding passengers has a negligible impact in efficiency!
hot and cold temperatures have a negligible impact on efficiency!
engine cooling is performed by fan and coolant in a simplified and efficient manner…the impact from these cooling systems are negligible.
the more people realize just how much difference in total cost of ownership, the more they will realize there are few benefits if any from making the change.
