Every citizen has the right to question the legitimacy of the election. As POTUS PDJT definitely had that right!

As the President, Trump had the Constitutional duty to “take care that the laws are faithfully executed.” If he had reason to believe that the Federal crime of election fraud had taken place, he was required to speak up. Whether or not he was also a contestant. The President cannot commit any crime by carrying out his Oath of Office. Like a member of Congress on the floor of his House, he is immune.
While I agree, what we need to realize is that we’ve allowed infringement and repeated violations of our 1st amendment rights for quite some time, so this is a natural progression. I can hear my parents words and old sayings all the time “Give them an inch and they’ll take a yard”.

For those who can watch this video, look at Biden at the :26 second mark, then look at him at the :56 second mark. It does not look like the same person. Look around the eyes. They are completely different. The eyebrows are squared in the first part like Hunter’s but rounded/sloped in the second part. I don’t think that’s just aging.

Until 2010, Boeing charged an average of $300 for a trash container used in the E-3 Sentry, a surveillance and radar plane based on the 707 civilian airliner. When the 707 fell out of use in the United States, the trash can was no longer a “commercial” item, meaning that Boeing was not obligated to keep its price at previous levels, according to a weapons industry source who spoke to RS.
In 2020, the Pentagon paid Boeing over $200,000 for four of the trash cans, translating to roughly $51,606 per unit. In a 2021 contract, the company charged $36,640 each for 11 trash containers, resulting in a total cost of more than $400,000. The apparent overcharge cost taxpayers an extra $600,000 between the two contracts.
In another case, Lockheed Martin hiked the price of an electrical conduit for the P-3 plane as much as 14 fold, costing the Pentagon an additional $133,000 between 2008 and 2015.
Jamaica Bearings — a company that distributes parts manufactured by other firms — sold the Department of Defense 13 radio filters that had once cost $350 each for nearly $49,000 per unit in 2022. The apparent markup cost taxpayers more than $600,000 in extra fees.

In the past five years since March of Dimes started releasing its annual report on maternity care, hospitals in the U.S. lost over 300 birthing units.
I suspect this may be part of it. From RFK Jr’s expose video above:

It’s happening all across this country.”
Charities could build maternity hospitals in Mexico if they wanted to.

These previously unreported notes are now presented as evidence in the four federal charges against Trump, including conspiracy to defraud the U.S. and obstruction of an official proceeding.
As I’ve said, the President is(!) “Article 2.” He is(!) “The Executive Branch.” This gives him plenary powers and prerogatives that literally no one else has. One of those powers is to say whatever he wants to whoever he wants. Another is the instantaneous power to declassify.
Each Branch of Government is separated and sovereign. And, the SCOTUS has already made several settled decisions which specify that. It is literally impossible for a “Branch of Government” to commit a crime by carrying out its duties as it alone sees them.
He is tasked to “take care that the laws are faithfully executed,” and election fraud is a Federal crime. He would therefore be in the wrong if he didn’t speak up.
It’s high time for Trump to go directly to the Supreme Court – which is his “court of primary jurisdiction” in this case – and to ask them to re-affirm what they have already decided. Our Government cannot operate if a President lives in fear of being imprisoned for a thousand years for making a decision or giving an order that some minion didn’t agree with.

Reading Bill Barr’s comments this morning about the latest indictment of Trump being a legitimate case. He’s really grasping at straws here.
There is something seriously wrong with Bill Barr. His father apparently was a pervert who wrote graphic sex novels that depicted children being raped! This is not a conspiracy theory. It’s true. His father was also headmaster at the Dalton School in New York when Jeffrey Espstein was hired to teach there, with zero qualifications. Birds of a feather…
I think that Bill Barr’s adult obesity and clear obsession with staying on the right side of power ties back to childhood trauma. He likely witnessed or experienced very inappropriate behavior on the part of his father that he repressed. This has manifested in adulthood as a persistent eating disorder combined with an irrational fear of ending up on the wrong side of very powerful people.
There’s something not quite right there, for sure.
Barr seems to see himself as a good guy, too.
