How can Trump be indicted for a so-called federal criminal act while being President. I thought the only legal recourse is to Impeach, then convict – then a President can be criminally liable. And he was found not guilty by a Senate vote. So, isn’t this also Double Jeopardy?

Yes! It also occurs to me that, when someone opines that they are breaking down in tears and never thought they’d see this day, they are finally ready to surrender their old ways and seek a new path, one that is *not* fraught with pain, regret and “tears.”

Let me simply state this fact: Donald Trump Was At That Time The President.
Which simply means: “all of ‘Article 2.'” Not just a single individual, but “The Executive BRANCH.”
There are plenty of settled SCOTUS cases which make it very clear that “The President” is very special, because he very literally is “A BRANCH.” Specifically, “Article 2.” It is therefore not possible for “the Legislative Branch,” nor “the Judicial Branch,” nor any subordinate minion(!) elsewhere within “the Executive Branch,” to “tell him ‘no.'”
Quite obviously, Constitutionally, the President could never perform the duties of his Office if he did so with the expectation that he would be sentenced to prison for several thousand years after his tenure, merely because he made a decision and/or issued an order that some minion didn’t agree with. Were this the case, our entire Constitution would fly apart at its seams.
The SCOTUS has already affirmed this issue several times. It’s time for President Trump to appeal to them – as the SCOTUS is “the court of primary jurisdiction” in this matter – to re-affirm it:

She clearly shows it was a bipartisan operation to steal the election. She names names.
She uses the cover story that they are just trying to “save” the election instead of actually “stealing” the election but the World Tribune staff calls her out on the lie.

A defensive move to block anticipated lies about the electability of Trump:
What:
The Trump team conducts a national poll listing all candidates for President. It will reveal his position (which we assume will be favorably high).
The Purpose:
Counteracting the false poll result of the manufactured media which are intended to move the public as opposed to informing the public.
The Proof:
After the release of the Trump poll, the fakers will attack his methodology, of course. Thereafter, Trump reveals method employed to guarantee validity of the results, thereby shaming the shameless (think O.M.G. method).
How To Do It:
Uhh, I don’t know – but don’t hire from the standard pool of pollsters. Nobody trusts them. Maybe locate and hire from a pool of independent CPA’s across the nation. Don’t tell them who the client is that is sponsoring the poll. Tell them accuracy is tantamount. Show them how to choose random names but don’t give them names to contact. Repeat this poll each week or two for a track of the movement of of opinions.
The Revelation and the Results:
Ten days or two weeks before the Election, reveal the results. Stand strong on the validity of the method in saturation advertising. State loudly that any contrary vote counting will be considered evidence of fraud.
You do realize that these polls are done regularly, right? All campaigns do internal polling and now exactly where they stand in the rankings.
There were polls in the 2020 election that showed President Trump easily winning re-election. How did that work out? He has now been indicted for challenging the results.
