In Iowa last night I noticed that a little known, failed former Congressman, Will Hurd, is ridiculously running for President. He quit Congress because it would have been impossible for him to win in his district – he did a really bad job. Anyway, he got SERIOUSLY booed off the stage when he said I was running “to stay out of jail.” Wrong, if I wasn’t running, or running and doing badly (like him & Christie!), with no chance to win, these prosecutions would never have been brought or happened!

Every religion follows the creation narrative with an explanation for how things went bad. The Christian and Jewish faiths regard Adam and Eve’s rebellion against God as the starting point for all sin and corruption. This is called “original sin,” and everyone has it. This is why liberals are always blaming things like systemic racism, class conflict, and other forms of structural inequalities or invisible boogeymen. There is no personal justice in liberalism, only social justice. They do not believe sin is anybody’s fault, it is always society’s fault. Naturally their solutions always point toward deconstructing society.

As an NCAA volleyball player and am quite certain there are differences between men and women. Men’s volleyball nets stand over seven inches higher than female nets. One net is not better than the other, but catering the sport to the bodies allows for both to thrive. However, if both sexes were to play on the same net height, it would be unfair due to male average height and ability to jump. Thus, pushing women aside because of a biological difference.

As a country we must acknowledge that we instinctively have different desires, learn differently, grow at different paces, and so on. In order for both sexes to flourish, there must be societal acceptance that both can prosper in different ways. The outcomes will not be identical, but that is a good thing– but this is exactly where the feminist went wrong.

This transgender moment is exposing the harm of pursuing homogeny. If they were truly about female flourishing, they would honor what makes them unique, not demonize it.

BareKnuckledConservative and I have been having a somewhat disjointed conversation about an idea he mentioned days ago that I’ve echoed recently as absolutely fabulous, and entirely workable in my mind, that we’d like to see President Trump take up as an Agenda 47 plank; the banning of Federal Courts and trials in DC, not SCOTUS, but all the persecutorial stuff the Derps do there to torment and destroy Americans using their guaranteed DC kangaroo juries.

DC has “no representation” for a reason, but they more than make up for it by their reliable destruction of any one the Derp State wishes to prosecute, a power that must be curbed.

We are proposing that Federal trials of citizens take place only in the state of that citizen’s domicile, the most convenient to their home, unless the defendant feels they have need to avoid the most local one then they can elect to be tried in a court in their state randomly selected.

Even DC residents could be required to choose a state for their trials, they’ve had the power of the guillotine long enough, it won’t hurt them to have to forgo a DC trial, it would benefit them, and their are plenty of locations not all that inconvenient to DC, it is New England after all, and we would want the gutting of this Federal Fiefdom that appears to have morphed far beyond the Framers’ conception to be as complete as possible.

The people that live in the District of Corruption have no representation in Congress, whoopee, don’t like it, don’t live there, but they have outsize power over the entire populace of the country by serving as reliably corrupt hanging juries for every Federal despot prosecutor getting his jollies by playing Robespierre at our great expense and sorrow. They’ve become an overclass in a sense, playing a role no other citizen can play, one no other citizen ever wants to be subject to.

Proximity alone makes it too damn easy for the Feds to conduct endless persecutions; that dynamic would radically change if Federal trials were literally BANNED in DC and they had to manage the logistics of cross country prosecutions. Doubtless they would forgo many as no longer worth the hassle, and yay for us, no? Put the pain on the other foot for a turn.

DC courts are an essential element of the Derp State and its control methodology, and severing the ease of convicting citizens with their corrupt kangaroo juries would strike a substantial blow at that power.

Its power could be severed more easily than moving agencies into the heartland, after all, Federal Courts are throughout the nation in every state, they need build nothing, this could be executed virtually overnight.

Defendants would be on their home turf, with their support systems and means of subsistence minimally disrupted, their families not left unattended and open to harassment without defense, and greater opportunity to select a lawyer and assistance familiar to them and their circle of association. This reverses the cost considerations to a great degree, in favor of the citizen.

Obviously, I don’t have enough experience or understanding to flesh this out fully or to espy fatal flaws, so I’m asking our legal beagles to take a look at this and let us know what they think. It would be wonderful to get something crowd schemed together that we could seek to present to President Trump for his consideration.

“…A government report declassified by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence last month revealed that US intelligence agencies were avoiding judicial review by purchasing a “large amount” of “sensitive and intimate information” about Americans, including data that can be used to trace people’s whereabouts over extended periods of time. The sensitivity of the data is such that “in the wrong hands,” the report says, it could be used to “facilitate blackmail,” among other undesirable outcomes. The report also acknowledges that some of the data being procured is protected under the US Constitution’s Fourth Amendment, meaning the courts have ruled that government should be required to convince a judge the data is linked to an actual crime.
The US Supreme Court has previously ordered the government to obtain search warrants before seeking information that may “chronicle a person’s past movements through the record of his cell phone signals.” In the landmark Carpenter v. United States decision, the court found that advancements in wireless technology had effectively outpaced people’s ability to reasonably appreciate the extent to which their private lives are exposed….”

The unidentified person swam to shore where yet another person called for help.
It is not unreasonable to think that one of the Obama girls was the unnamed person also out on the water.

Malia looked distressed as she was leaving the island. She could have been the one who tried to help and Sasha could have made the call. If not one of the Obama girls, why was the caller unidentified? 

Tafari’s body was found in eight feet of water a hundred feet from shore; less than second base is from home plate. There are videos online showing him swimming and his drowning raises many unanswered questions.

Barack and Michelle Obama originally said they were not at home when it happened but later changed their story. They are two prolific liars. Heartbroken? Indeed.”
