In an effort to keep the Daily Open Thread a little more open topic we are going to start a new daily thread for “Presidential Politics”. Please use this thread to post anything relating to the JoeBama Administration and Presidency.
“This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can’t be done? And if we do not try, it most certainly won’t be done. The Founders’ Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, will be lost.”
“But I tell you this: We will not go gently into that bloody collectivist good night. Indeed, we will make with our defiance such a sound as ALL history from that day forward will be forced to note, even if they despise us in the writing of it.”
This thread will refresh daily and appear above the Open Discussion Thread.
Whenever the possibility presents, throw sand into the machinery…

Judge Aileen Cannon set a May 2024 trial date for Trump in the classified documents case.
Excerpts here from court hearing on Tuesday indicate Cannon’s thinking on the matter as well as offers clue as to how Trump’s lawyers will proceed.

The Presidential Records Act clearly establishes that a Former President continues to have access to his materials forever. He can choose what is to be released to the Archives, and specify what security classification should be assigned to them. He is entitled to classified national security briefings every day for life. He in fact retains the very highest level of security clearance, also forever.
By this simple act of setting a trial date, Judge Cannon has very effectively neutered the politics of the situation, as she intended.
Obviously, the bigger and Constitutional picture is that “the Executive Branch™” cannot function if (s)he does so with the expectation that (s)he will then be imprisoned for a thousand years upon leaving office, just because a cadre of inventive lawyers does not agree ex post facto with what (s)he decided, ordered, did, or said. (Or: “Was alleged, according to someone somewhere …”) The SCOTUS has already addressed these issues, but those decisions will now need to be re-affirmed decisively. The President is not merely “an individual.”

Trump bruised Bill Barr’s big, fragile ego.
So Barr deluded himself into believing he had to save America from Trump.
Like so many other narcissistic looney toons in DC.
It is inexcusable Barr sat on credible evidence a potential President is compromised by foreign bribes.

@mrddmia
And why the hell would Bill Barr send to Weiss an allegation, deemed credible by another U.S. attorney, then-VP Biden took a $10M foreign bribe?
Then Barr didn’t followup with Weiss in the many months before the 2020 election?
And didn’t alert bipartisan congressional leaders Biden may be compromised?
Or appoint a special counsel before Biden took office?
This is why House Republicans must also make Barr testify.

Or was he already corrupted?
We really seem like corrupt, sick, failing Rome.
Even radical brilliant feminist Camille Paglia, says ‘gender confusion’, etc., is a sign of a society going downward.
Barr is CIA and has spent his entire career covering for the deep state.
I wonder who recommended him to Trump. I think they first had Barr write something favorable toward Trump (to make it look like Barr was on his side), and then once he got in there, he did his usually covering for the deep state.
If you can find and post that Boobey Mueller cover up of the CFR Clinton Admin guidance missile tech to China it would be good for treepers to see. Part of the Chinese/Globalist theft of the 1996 primaries and elections. Loads and loads of illegal Chinese campaign contributions to the Clintons with CFR approval
It was Chris Christy
And I do remember FAUX news Laura Ingraham saying Barr would clean up the mess at the DOJ!!!
It doesn’t matter who recommended him, all it mattered was who Mitch was going to allow get the vote for confirmation.
Barr was CIA and was appointed to Pappy Bush’s DOJ. Pappy was CIA Director so he had an ally in DOJ with Barr in the seat.
I think it was Jr who recommended Barr, or maybe that is what was put out into the press, when it was probably McCONNELL who really wanted Barr and slyly used Bush, Jr as the public upvote guy.
Christie supposedly recommend Wray.

Why US funding of all those bioweapon labs for at least a decade (maybe longer) and now the n@zi-fighter-money-pit, in Ukraine, isn’t really such a mystery. The behavior of the uniparty now should not be surprising.
What is Barr getting out of the Ukraine op? Asking because IDK.

simple, really. abolish and overthrow the republic (2020), convince the people they are powerless and to continue consenting (J6), and then do as you please, since the governing law of the former republic is not in effect.
The blame falls entirely on the Supreme Court.
Trial run: Obamacare unconstitutional? Nah, it’s a tax.
The full monty: Election integrity? Nah, nobody has standing.
Looking at the situation in other countries, it always seems to be the courts that cause the slide into a corrupt morass.
SCOTUS is absolutely complicit… but unfortunately, ultimately it is WE THE PEOPLE who are to blame.
Al Gore had standing to sue in the 2000 Presidential Election and it went to the Supreme Court.

They didn’t just say “it’s a tax”, they re-wrote the freaking legislation themselves, I believe, to turn it into a tax.
How messed up is that?!
Probably, they’re trying to get to the goal of a cool 500 criminal charges against Trump, sure to put him in prison for at least two thousand years. Or, at least long enough to keep him from being re-elected, whichever comes first.
The Feds are running cover for the Biden crime family!!! The DOJ/FBI are corrupt beyond salvation!!! Both need to be ended and the ground under them salted!!!

How can anyone be surprised at this? As predictable as the sun rising every morning.
The media is part of the left and will do everything they can to work for the corrupt planners of America’s destruction. They are doubling down on efforts to ‘get Trump’ now that Biden’s guilt cannot be covered up adequately anymore. They are desperately trying to redirect the voters interest away from the Biden scandals and hoping to bury PTrump in so many legal cases he can’t run. It won’t work. Joe is done. Time magazine all but confirms Left conspired to steal the 2020 election
________________________________________________________________
by World Tribune Staff, February 7, 2021
Time magazine, which is not a right-leaning publication by any stretch of the imagination, asserted in a Feb. 4 article that the Left forged a “well-funded cabal” of “powerful people changing laws, steering media and controlling information,” in the 2020 presidential election.
The article details “a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs. Both surprises were the result of an informal alliance between left-wing activists and business titans.”
The National Pulse’s Raheem Kassam notes that the Time report “even confirms both The National Pulse’s reporting on former Obama lawyer Ian Bassin, as well as Revolver.news’s assertion of the involvement of Norm Eisen in what amounted to a major admission of a globalist setup to leverage the coronavirus, mail-in voting, and corporate interest to oust President Trump from office.”
Writer Molly Ball noted in the Time article: “The handshake between business and labor was just one component of a vast, cross-partisan campaign to protect the election–an extraordinary shadow effort… Their work touched every aspect of the election. They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding.”
Ball quotes Eisen in the article. In early September 2020 the Revolver.news website described Eisen as the “legal hatchet man and central operative in the ‘color revolution’ against President Trump.”
The Time article also notes the efforts of Bassin, who The National Pulse exclusively reported on – also in September.
Ball writes that “participants” like Eisen and Bassin now “want the secret history of the 2020 election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream–a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information.”
Ball identifies Mike Podhorzer, political director at AFL-CIO, as “the architect” of the conspiracy.

Well, it is 105 degrees in Texas but that is not what I reference:
The great state of Texas is poised to withdraw from the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), according to a letter from the office of Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson and Director of Elections Christina Adkins.
The move to withdraw is significant because it marks the biggest state to date that has left ERIC, as allegations of irregularities and problems surrounding the 2020 presidential election have abounded.
AUSTIN — The state of Texas resigned Thursday from a national, bipartisan effort to prevent voter fraud, becoming the largest state and ninth GOP-led state to leave the initiative since 2022.
The exit from the Electronic Registration Information Center, commonly known as ERIC, comes after Texas Republicans began showing a willingness this year to leave the group, which has been targeted by conspiracy theories about its funding and purpose. Republicans elsewhere have cited other reasons for leaving the initiative and said they have been working on an alternate system.
On Thursday, Texas submitted a letter to ERIC giving notice that the state would withdraw from the program, effective in 91 days, according to a Secretary of State spokesperson.
Other states to have recently resigned from ERIC include Louisiana, which was first, as well as Alabama, Florida, West Virginia, Missouri, Ohio, Iowa and Virginia.

Former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen settles lawsuit against Trump Organization
July 21, 2023 at 9:30 AM
*snipped*
WASHINGTON/NEW YORK (Reuters) – Michael Cohen, the onetime personal lawyer and fixer for Donald Trump, has settled his lawsuit accusing the Trump Organization of failing to cover millions of dollars of legal bills he incurred over his work for the former U.S. president.
Lawyers for both sides disclosed the settlement at a hearing in a New York state court in Manhattan on Friday, three days before a trial was scheduled to begin.
Terms of the settlement were not made public.
Despite Friday’s settlement, Cohen is expected to be a star prosecution witness against Trump in a criminal trial next March.
That case concerns payments Cohen made, and which Trump reimbursed, to porn star Stormy Daniels to keep her quiet prior to the 2016 presidential election about her alleged affair with Trump, which he denies.
Cohen is also seeking the dismissal of a $500 million lawsuit by Trump in a federal court in Florida.
n that case, Trump accused Cohen of breaching ethics rules governing lawyers’ conduct by revealing “confidences” and “spreading falsehoods” in books and media, and damaging his reputation by calling him “racist.”…

Brandon listens intently and continues, “My fellow Armenians, never mind! I want some Ice Cream!”

“Early Ballot Harvesting”
1) Sounds like the missing ingredient – vote early, turn more out, scrape the bottom of the barrel
then what?
2) puts stamp of approval to make it a national policy.
3) Dems master it where the population density is, which doesn’t turn out as much.
4) Trust government to not throw your early and harvested votes away, or not tally them early, and not count Dem votes for a week after the election ends.
5) Without major reform, this is a Dem invite to become a one legged man in an ass kicking contest.

Unveiling Manipulation: Inside the Controversy of American Elections
Election fraud: the phrase has dominated headlines, stirring up a storm of controversy, and yet, it’s a topic many fear to tackle.

In the last NJ (California of the East Coast) Gubernatorial race, they waited until the votes were tallied, saw how many votes were needed for the Goldman Sachs Covid Nursing Home killer Murphy to win and than magically found enough votes from Bergen county to “win”
That’s exactly what they did in Southern California 2018, 2020 and 2022!
It’s how they “win” elections now that they really lose by huge real vote numbers, see candidate Trump surmounting their typical steal attempt in 2016, now they have to steal elections differently because the clear majority have caught on to their criminality, depravity, insanity, and treasons
Pretty much SOP for the Dems. They have corrupt voting perfected and the repubs don’t care. Unless more election reforms happen soon, 2024 will be a crap shoot for anyone other than a leftist approved Dem candidate.
Just drive your like-minded peeps to the polls during early voting. Some cannot make the trip, but most can. In Texas, we have curbside voting for the disabled so that they don’t have to endure waiting in line.
Don’t depend on the USPS to deliver the mail. Keep it simple.

Technocracy and Totalitarianism
Aaron Kheriaty
https://americanmind.org/features/technocracy-and-totalitarianism/
The biomedical security state.
What follows is an excerpt from the new book The New Abnormal: The Rise of the Biomedical Security State.
The Italian philosopher Augusto Del Noce, who came of age in the 1930s and observed with horror the emergence of Mussolini’s Fascist regime in his native country, warned that “the widespread notion that the age of totalitarianisms ended with Hitlerism and Stalinism is completely mistaken.” He explained:
The essential element of totalitarianism, in brief, lies in the refusal to recognize the difference between “brute reality” and “human reality,” so that it becomes possible to describe man, non-metaphorically, as a “raw material” or as a form of “capital.” Today this view, which used to be typical of Communist totalitarianism, has been taken up by its Western alternative, the technological society.
By technological society, Del Noce did not mean a society characterized by scientific or technological progress, but a society characterized by a view of rationality as purely instrumental. Human reason, on this view, is unable to grasp ideas that go beyond brute empirical facts: we are incapable of discovering transcendent truths. Reason is merely a pragmatic tool, a useful instrument for accomplishing our purposes, but nothing more. Totalitarian ideologies deny that all human beings participate in a shared rationality. We therefore cannot really talk to one another: it is impossible to deliberate or debate civilly in a shared pursuit of truth. Reasoned persuasion has no place. Totalitarian regimes always monopolize what counts as “rational” and therefore what one is permitted to say publicly.
For example, if people in a Communist society contradict Communist doctrine, the party does not explain why they are wrong. The authorities simply dismiss dissenting opinions as instances of “bourgeois rationality” or “false consciousness.” For a Communist, if you have not embraced Marx’s theory of dialectical materialism, then you do not understand the direction of history. What you are talking about is, by definition, pure nonsense and not worth considering. You are obviously on the “wrong side of history.” Authorities assume that dissenting opinions must be motivated by class interests (or racial characteristics, or gender, or whatever), which dissidents are trying to defend.
You don’t think such-and-such because you reasoned logically to that conclusion; you think such-and-such because you are a white, heterosexual, middle-class American female, and so forth. In this way, totalitarians do not persuade or refute their interlocutors with reasoned arguments. They merely impute bad faith to their opponents and refuse to engage in meaningful debate. They forcibly cut their adversaries off from the sphere of enlightened conversation. One does not bother arguing against such dissidents; one simply steamrolls them after placing them outside the realm of acceptable opinion.
The totalitarianisms of the 20th century were grounded in pseudoscientific ideologies, e.g., the Marxist pseudoscience of economics and history, or the Nazi pseudoscience of race and eugenics. In our own day, the pseudo-scientific ideology that drives societies in a totalitarian direction is scientism, which must be clearly distinguished from science. The ideology of scientism and the practice of science should not be confused: the former is often conflated with the latter, which creates no end of muddled thinking.
Method and Madness
Science is a method, or more accurately, a collection of various methods, aimed at systematically investigating observable phenomena in the natural world. Rigorous science is characterized by hypothesis, experiment, testing, interpretation, and ongoing deliberation and debate. Put a group of real scientists in a room together and they will argue endlessly about the salience, significance, and interpretation of data, about the limitations and strengths of various research methodologies, and about the big picture questions. Science is an enormously complex human enterprise, with each scientific discipline having own refined methods of inquiry and its own competing theories. Science is not an irrefutable body of knowledge. It is always fallible, always open to revision; yet when conducted rigorously and carefully, scientific research is capable of genuine discoveries and important advances.
Scientism is the philosophical claim—which cannot be proven scientifically—that science is the only valid form of knowledge. Anyone who begins a sentence with the phrase, “Science says . . . ” is likely in the grip of scientism. Genuine scientists don’t talk like this. They begin sentences with phrases like, “The findings of this study suggest,” or “This meta-analysis concluded. . . .” Scientism, by contrast, is a religious and often a political ideology. “It has been evident for quite a while that science has become our time’s religion,” the Italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben observed, “the thing which people believe that they believe in.” When science becomes a religion—a closed and exclusionary belief system—we are dealing with scientism.
The characteristic feature of science is warranted uncertainty, which leads to intellectual humility.
The characteristic feature of scientism is unwarranted certainty, which leads to intellectual hubris.
Del Noce realized that scientism is intrinsically totalitarian, a profound insight of enormous importance for our time. “Many people do not realize that scientism and the technological society are totalitarian in nature,” he wrote fifty years ago. To understand why, consider that scientism and totalitarianism both claim a monopoly on knowledge. The advocate of scientism and the true believer in a totalitarian system both assert that many common-sense notions are simply irrational, unverifiable, unscientific, and therefore outside the scope of what can be said publicly. Antigone’s claim, “I have a duty, inscribed indelibly on the human heart, to bury my dead brother” is not a scientific statement; therefore, according to the ideology of scientism, it is pure nonsense. All moral or metaphysical claims are specifically excluded because they cannot be verified by the methods of science or established by the reigning pseudo-scientific totalitarian ideology.
Of course, the forced exclusion of moral, metaphysical, or religious claims is not a conclusion of science, but an unprovable philosophical premise of scientism. The assertion that science is the only valid form of knowledge is itself a metaphysical (not a scientific) claim, smuggled in quietly through the backdoor. Scientism needs to hide this self-refuting fact from itself, so it is necessarily mendacious: dishonesty is baked into the system, and various forms of irrationalism follow. The 20th century totalitarian ideologies all claimed to be “scientific,” but were in fact unfalsifiable by their own circular logic. Because scientism cannot establish itself through rational argument, it relies instead on three tools to advance: brute force, defamation of critics, and the promise of future happiness. These are the same tools deployed by all totalitarian systems.

Jello… Yes. Excellent share, Thank You.
((disclaimer: curiosity required here but feel free to skip past; my examples of both scientism & science turned out to be a too- long comment – but it fits so perfectly to the essay above, which defines – reveals – a common-thread milestone life event in the way most people have experienced it; every person here/everywhere shares in common that we have all been born and experienced birth – uniquely, with many variations & many common threads… it really matters a lot in the trajectory of Human life; I truncated my descriptions so I hope you are inspired to explore the links – she writes so much more astutely & concisely than I can))
The forceful imposition of scientism – initiation; programming for acceptance – starts with medicalized institution-centered childbirth rituals…
{ Truthstream Characteristics of an Initiation Ritual – Truthstream Media }
Humans are the only mammals that nest in one place, and go someplace else to give birth. If we did to animals what we do to Human mothers & babies, it would be obvious cruelty to animals.
Robbie Davis Floyd writes astutely about *the rituals that initiate members into a technocratic society* via the technocratic model of birth;
a modern mother often chooses to engage with some medically/obstetrics-oriented birth preparation information/reading/instructional course during pregnancy, parents often prepare a separate room/nursery in the home for the baby to occupy, mother leaves the safety of her familiar environment (her nest) and travels to an unfamiliar environment for the birth, mother submits to hospital personnel & protocols and directions/orders/unnatural/standardized (with variations by location) requirements from nurses & obstetric surgeon(s);
mother endures withholding of food & drink for the duration of her labor/birthing process – usually many hours of – the most strenuous work of her life, the clock is started and birth must occur within a predeterimined/standardized time limit, if a woman or her dr. have chosen a surgical delivery she is prepped and does not experience labor, if a natural birth is chosen and a date of birth is chosen and labor has not begun spontaneously an artificial hormone/drug is administered to artificially induce the labor process -if labor has begun but progress is slow an artificial hormone/drug is administered to augment/speed up labor progress, …
This is the typical beginning of ‘the only safe way’ ((no RDF direct quotes in the above)) …

Women have been giving birth without ‘modern medical care’ on this planet for millennium; every person alive on the planet today has a direct & unbroken line of female ancestors stretching back to the beginning of Humanity. If the innate, exquisitely complex and natural processes of childbirth and women’s bodies/physiology didn’t work excellently & consistently, and if Mothers’ intuition/knowing were faulty/unreliable… Humanity would have died out a very, very long time ago.
Modern medical/male-dominated/technocratic childbirth rituals are a relatively recent experiment, by comparison, that have wrought far-reaching, in both the short and long-term, negative consequences to Humanity. Only 3-6% of mothers/babies actually need a life-saving medical intervention during labor or birth; the WHO Maternal & Child Health division has acknowledged midwifery care as the most appropriate care for the vast majority of mothers for pregnancy & childbirth worldwide ((last time I checked – woke could be infecting there too)).
“… The characteristic feature of science is warranted uncertainty, which leads to intellectual humility….
Science is a method, or more accurately, a collection of various methods, aimed at systematically investigating observable phenomena in the natural world….”
~Augusto Del Noce, quoted by Aaron Kheriaty
Science validates Holistic, cooperative, interdependent, woman-centered midwifery care which Trusts the innate, natural childbirth process;
Mother decides/invites her laboring & birthing partners/attendant(s) before labor begins and often/usually engages with some natural-birth preparation reading/ information/instructional course, mother decides her laboring & birthing occurs anywhere and with whomever she chooses, waits for labor to begin spontaneously, laboring &/or birthing alone or with untrained assistance or with trained midwife attendant(s); spontaneous movement & positioning/changing at will, eating & drinking as desired, midwife &/or trusted friends as helpers not ‘directors’,
mother is fully conscious/present/aware/engaged with her body & baby & is experiencing/allowing/accepting the physical/emotional/mental/Spiritual processes and attendants refrain from unnecessarily distracting mother with noise & talking between attending to her requests /needs, no time limit is imposed so labor/birth is allowed to progress at the motherbaby’s unique/unscripted/unmolested/ unaugmented pace because women’s bodies are Trustworthy and midwives are experts in normal birth and expert in keeping birth normal…

“… By the time I had to pick a dissertation topic (I had thought it would be shamanism), I had married Robert Floyd, an Austin architect, and we had given birth to a baby girl, Peyton. What I had planned and hoped would be a natural birth in the hospital turned into a highly traumatic cesarean, leaving me full of questions about why hospital birth is the way it is—so technological and interventionist. I began asking other women about their birth experiences, got fascinated, and went on to interview 100 women about their experiences of pregnancy and birth, which first was my dissertation and then, after various articles and years of work, became my first book, Birth as an American Rite of Passage (1992). As I struggled with each page in one of the greatest labors of love of my life, I had no idea whether anyone would even read it. So I was stunned and overjoyed when, shortly after it came out, it was given a glowing review by Sarah Ruddick in the Sunday New York Times Book Review and many other places, and it went on to be widely used for teaching in anthropology, women’s studies, sociology, American studies, and midwifery education courses, and to be called a “classic in the field.” Much to my ongoing delight, a famous anthropologist, Charles Leslie, wrote an overview of medical anthropology in which he called my book “a mountain in the landscape” of the field. Wow!…”

Awesome.
Sounds like it really could be great if they’ve got a brilliant team planning the different areas out.
Wouldn’t mind seeing it myself.
.
I could be wrong but seems to me that would have to be incredibly special to “crush Disney World”. Why. Because Florida already is a vacation destination and not infrequently, Disneyworld is combined with a trip for school times off, visiting relatives, and/or beach — as well as misc. business meetings. Florida also is very easy and relatively cheap travel destination to reach by plane, with Disney World not only being in the center of frequent Florida destinations for other purposes but also with a nearby international airport.
.
Oklahoma has terribly hot/humid triple-digit weather in the summer and terribly cold weather in the winter… I wish them luck with this project, because there will be 2 off-seasons rather than just one.

A few days ago, I read Sundance’s article about Tucker and the loathsome Andrew Tate whom I had not known of previously.
After reading the article and watching the short video I was flabbergasted that Tucker would jeopardize his reputation by having anything to do with this scumbag, let alone featuring him in an actual interview.
Today I came across this piece about the disgusting POS in Front Page that just confirms the worst about Tate. In addition to being a total douche bag he is also an Islamo Fascist of some sort. In short, Tate is without any redeeming qualities whatsoever and he seems to have a vendetta against Western civ and women.
Conservatives sympathetic to Tate should now be disabused of their affection for him. He has become a radical Muslim which means that he sanctions the destruction of a continent by extremist and illiberal peoples who largely remain hostile to assimilation and who wish to push their alien and primitive worldviews onto contemporary Europe.
By supporting the Caliphate, he supports Sharia law. He gives voice to extremists who hate the West and whose vocational calling, among other things, is the destruction of the West.
There are several ways to defeat the nihilism and post-modern ethical relativism of the West. Islamization is not one of them.
I do not believe Tate means to shock anyone; nor do I believe this is a sensationalist move. Tate is a master self-preservationist and power luster whose priority is to unleash his primal sensibilities as his expression of unbridled freedom.
His defense of Islam as a solution to the problem of the West is hackneyed, old-hat, and unoriginal.
https://www.frontpagemag.com/andrew-tates-betrayal-of-the-west/?utm_source=FrontPage+Magazine&utm_campaign=9a1cfcade1-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2023_07_21_04_21&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_57e32c1dad-9a1cfcade1-%5BLIST_EMAIL_ID%5D&mc_cid=9a1cfcade1&mc_eid=77ef8adb4d
In his Tucker interview, Tate claims that pornography is cucking to men who view it. Since his wealth is generated by selling pornography, he obviously hates those who buy his services. He also despises the women whom he entraps in the business. He claimed to hope to marry one day but holds out for a really good woman. Obviously, the hundreds of women with whom he has sex with are not up to his standards.
In other words, Tate is treating Westerners with contempt while using them to enrich himself. He is the worst that Islam has to offer. All of his customers and women are his dhimis, worthy only to be used. He laughs all the way to the bank.
Exactly. For the life of me I cannot understand why Tucker did this interview.
Here is the shorter of the 2 videos, 6 minutes long, that Sundance used in his Wednesday, July 19th expose on Andrew Tate. There is a 2 1/2 hour long interview that comprises the longer video. I was highly amused at the people here at the Treehouse who claimed to have NOT watched the 6 minute video but openly spoke of those who did not watch the 2 1/2 hour video as being close minded.
You got that? They wouldn’t watch the 6 minute video and gave folks a hard time over not setting aside an evening to watch the 2 1/2 hour video.
Talk about “pretending not to know things”!!! (I watched both in their entirety.)

Federal Reserve Officially Launches New Instant Pay Service
by Luis Miguel
July 21, 2023
https://thenewamerican.com/federal-reserve-officially-launches-new-instant-pay-service/
The Federal Reserve on Thursday launched its own instant payment service, FedNow, touted as a way of allowing Americans to do things such as receive their paychecks and cash checks much more quickly, in a matter of minutes, as opposed to waiting one or two business days.
“It is a brand new, shall we call it a superinformation high-speed highway for payments, that the Fed has launched in an effort to modernize its payment systems opportunities for all of us,” Scott Latham, president and CEO of the Alabama Bankers Association, told WSFA 12 News.
FedNow was first announced back in 2019. Many banks and credit unions have already signed up to use it.
One Federal Reserve website explains what differentiates its new service from popular money transfer services:
Unlike services like Paypal, Venmo or Square Cash, which are nonbank “closed loop” systems, the FedNow Service will provide an interbank faster payment system. Interbank systems typically enable payers to pay much wider groups of payees, even those who have an account with a different financial institution. In these systems, payments are routed and settled among the various participating financial institutions through a common network. In addition, because it will clear and settle payments simultaneously, transaction by transaction, in near real time, the FedNow Service, like the Clearing House’s RTP® network, will be an interbank instant payments system.
… The launch of the FedNow Service is consistent with the Federal Reserve’s role of providing core infrastructure for payment and settlement services to depository institutions. In this role, the Federal Reserve has promoted an accessible, safe and efficient payment system in the United States for more than a century.

FedNow Isn’t a CBDC, But Still Contains Many Dangers
John Berlau
04/07/2023
https://cei.org/blog/fednow-isnt-a-cbdc-but-still-contains-many-dangers/
Over the past few days, “FedNow” has been trending on Twitter in tweets that contain healthy doses of curiosity and skepticism, well-founded concerns about privacy and government surveillance, and some incorrect information about what exactly “Fednow” is.
Regarding the last item, one widely read tweet incorrectly asserted that FedNow is – by itself – a central bank digital currency (CBDC). This is incorrect, but as I have warned since the Federal Reserve first approved plans for this scheme in 2019, FedNow contains many of the dangers of a CBDC and some unique dangers of its own as far as unprecedented Federal Reserve intrusion into the everyday economy.
FedNow is basically a “real-time” payment system that will be a government-backed competitor to private sector alternatives. It would compete directly with the private sector bank-based payment systems RTP and Zelle, and indirectly compete with FinTech apps such as Chime and Dave that have high rates of customer satisfaction as well as privately issued cryptocurrencies. As I wrote in my 2020 CEI paperGovernment-Run Payment Systems Are Unsafe at Any Speed, FedNow is a “solution in search of a problem that could create many new problems.”
For instance, as with a CBDC, FedNow would allow the Fed – a government entity – to see intimate details of consumer transactions. This raises huge privacy concerns. As I note in the paper:
This means the Fed, a government entity, would have access to this data without a warrant and be able to hare it with law enforcement agencies. The data would also likely be vulnerable to hacking, as the government’s record on data breaches is certainly no better than that of the private sector. Drew Johnson, national director of Protect Internet Freedom and Senior Fellow at the Taxpayers Protection Alliance, notes that under these types of schemes, “the federal government could learn how much a mother paid for her son’s piano lesson, how friends chose to split a dinner bill, where an individual traveled using a rideshare app, how much a couple spent on concert tickets for their anniversary, and billions of other nuggets of information the government, frankly, has no right to know.”
I note in the paper that there are also many concerns about FedNow crowding out private-sector competition from FinTech and cryptocurrency providers due to its government subsidization and the Fed’s regulatory power. Stay tuned, as I will have more to say soon on the latest shenanigans with the Fed’s rollout of FedNow.
“… FedNow is basically a “real-time” payment system that will be a government-backed competitor to private sector alternatives. …”
Great… what could possibly go wrong!?!
I was unaware of this about Andre Tate:
Excerpt:
The first time I heard the controversial social media personality Andrew Tate speak on women, Western society, and masculinity, I immediately thought that he was a radical Islamic extremist. A defector from the Taliban, perhaps? Over the next few months I would hear Tate make outlandish remarks such as, “Women should shut the f**k up, have kids, sit at home, be quiet and make coffee.” And more: speaking of women in general, Tate said, “If I have a degree of responsibility over her, then I must have a degree of authority… You can’t be responsible for a dog if it doesn’t obey you.”
So, when we learned on July 18, 2023, that Tate, who last year converted to Islam, was hoping for, and celebrating the fact of the imminent Islamization of Britain, I cannot say that I was surprised.
In response to the news of a Muslim billionaire winning the right to turn the Trocadero, one of London’s most famous landmarks, into a mosque, Tate (Quran in hand in the photo above) expressed his delight. Here is what he had to say on Twitter:
This building is literally dead centre in the middle of London’s historic centre. Amazing news. The only alternative to Islam for the brits are pride flags as they no longer have any innate culture or patriotisim [sic]. Allah is the best of planners and I look forward to seeing The Islamic republic of Great Britistan in her final form. Alhamdulillah Britain will be fully Islamic soon.
Tate has always had a knack for diagnosing many of the legitimate maladies plaguing Western civilization, which explains his appeal to many conservatives. He is also known for delivering what often seem to be out-of-context solutions to some of these maladies. He understands the crisis in masculinity well and has, at times, offered commonsense advice to young men who are without a sense of purpose or direction in their lives….
https://www.frontpagemag.com/andrew-tates-betrayal-of-the-west/
Ty for posting this, I don’t know much about this topic but perhaps he is choosing to fight the Global Transformer Luciferian agenda the best way he believes, as a Muslim!
He is a disgusting human being and I am always shocked when some laud him for his views.
The context that I find helpful in viewing Andrew Tate is that he is 36 years old. Wisdom comes with age and experience. In certain ways he is wise beyond his years. We don’t often get intellectuals out of the prize fighting world. So as far as I’m concerned, he’s just another interesting and colorful voice in the arena, and we’ll see where he goes. Certainly full of great advice for young men
WHAT?
His great advice includes treating women like dogs. He is DISGUSTING and anyone that thinks he is a good mentor should suffer the same fate that is surely coming his way.
Again, I caution we’re dealing with a young individual who’s been on camera now for 15 years. Spouting off dumb s*** over those 15 years. Probably lots he would take back. I’m not defending him. He doesn’t need me to defend him. But he’s a smart guy who thinks about a lot of things. The Tucker interview is brilliant
Dem Voters are so stupid they actually believe she was just showing it to “shame” the Bidens.
None of the news sources they use explain it was because he was claiming tax deductions, etc. to fly his prostitutes out to where he was at the time………and they NEVER bother to watch full Cspan vids of any Congressional proceedings, so they just believe whatever their “news” throws at them.
ugh.
