I have been thinking the last couple of days about Delusional Joe at the Windsor Castle with King Charles. His inappropriate touching of King Charles, followed by his unending fascination with the Welsh Guard(s).
I came to the conclusion that I think he thought the guard was his “minder”, like the Easter Bunny was at the White House Easter Egg Hunt. That was caught on video, but my guess is that they have done this costumed minder thingy before, and after.
If they ever allow a debate between Delusional Joe and President Trump, President Trump should seat an Easter bunny and a toy soldier front and center in the audience. Make sure they can be seen by Delusional Joe. Then, if he really wants it to get creepy, throw in a few children.

My dad did the “pull me close, pat on the back thing during his late 80’s..he was hearing impaired. NEVER did he nibble or touch a child inappropriately!!! At 83 he was doing much better than Joe. He tried to rescue my mom from a burning house. Sadly he could not get her out..he lost everything but picked up the pieces and continued on living independently for seven more years.
