The DOJ will not defend me in the E. Jean Carroll civil case, which is all part of the political Witch Hunt, lawyered up by a political operative who I just beat in another case, financed by a big political funder, and “judged” by a Clinton appointee who truly hates “TRUMP.” The statements that I made about Carroll are all true. I didn’t Rape her (I won that at trial) and other than for this case, I have NO IDEA WHO SHE IS, WHAT SHE LOOKS LIKE, OR ANYTHING ABOUT HER….

The Carroll civil case against me is a Miscarriage of Justice and a total Scam. HOW THE COURTS HANDED THE DEMOCRATS PENNSYLVANIA FOREVER

In October 2019, the Pennsylvania General Assembly passed Act 77 which codified new election procedures, such as no-excuse mail-in voting and ballot drop boxes. This was a compromise bill with the Democrats that had a severability clause that said if any part of the bill was struck down, the whole bill must be scrapped.

In a ridiculous ruling, the 3rd Federal Circuit Court stated in Ritter v. Migliori that not counting the unsigned and/or undated mail-in ballots would be a violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Huh? The U.S. Supreme Court later declared the case moot because the election was over and had been certified, and refused to take a look at it.

The idiot judges on the 3rd Federal Circuit Court got this completely wrong. You know why? Because the election workers were selectively curing the unsigned and undated ballots in Democrat areas, not Republican areas. It turns out the Democrats had extra staffing because they used their Zuckerbucks. They also used their Zuckerbucks to selectively place the drop boxes in Democrat areas. Essentially, the Courts legalized Democrat cheating. See how that works?

“This whole idea of these mail-in ballots being dated and signed—our Secretary of State ended up throwing all that out and says: ‘Well, it doesn’t matter if they’re signed or dated. We don’t care about that.’ But it’s very clear in the law, that the whole thing gets thrown out if we violate any of it. And we’re currently violating it by not having it dated and signed and accepting it.”

The Republicans are now in court trying to get the entire Act 77 struck down because of severability. So far, the courts have said NO. Moral of the story: The courts are legislating from the bench. You had better know what you are doing when you write legislation. The best course of action is to strike down >90% of all mail-in ballots as that is where the bulk of the cheating is occurring. Our State Legislators need to wake up, and they need to wake up now. There is only one legislative session before the 2024 election. Due to this ruling, Pennsylvania is out of reach in 2024. Essentially, the Courts have picked our president for us.

All UN climate models vastly over-estimate warming in the U.S.

This story isn’t new, and in fact to me has become somewhat boring because the results are always the same. The computer models that global warming climate scientists have pushed at us for decades have been consistently wrong. They routinely have over-predicted the amount of warming. Since such models are expressly designed to provide us reliable predictions, and these models are not reliable or correct, I find it absurd to pay any attention to them.

At the same time, this repeated and continuing failure needs to be mentioned periodically, because politicians and climate warming activists (I repeat myself) continue to ignore this failure as they wave these models around like red flags that must to be obeyed. Not only should these models be ignored, our governments and science community should stop funding these people. Their work is a failure. They don’t deserve further grants.

Let me add one more important note: The observations show an increase of about 0.2 degrees Fahrenheit per decade. This increase is almost a rounding number, considering the amount of random fluctuations that is routinely seen in the global climate temperature. Even if the trend was extended for a century (something that is not guaranteed at all), the increase would still be only two degrees, hardly a worry.

We are already dealing with a shortage of amoxicillin and penicillin – the main antibiotics for strep infection. Now a shortage of penicillin injectable products is looming, according to a notification from Pfizer to the FDA and hospitals last week.

Penicillin G benzathine is used to treat a variety of infections, including syphilis and pneumonia. The shortage could have a significant impact on patients, as there are no other FDA-approved injectable penicillin products available.

Syphilis diagnoses are at their highest in decades, in many countries. Cases have jumped nearly 203% from 2017. A majority of the cases found are congenital syphilis, which affects a mother and her newborn.

For some reason I missed this piece back in January. It remains worth reading now, and I anticipate having occasion to read it from time to time over the next two years and beyond.

General Flynn called it “a damned good psy op.” The similarities in themes and even certain words found in the source material with the writing of both the good General and Archbishop Vigano in opinion pieces published in the Western Journal prompt me to think — he would know.

In any event, this set of ruminations is not so very much about that particular psy op as it is about what has been unleashed from the chains so carefully constructed over the last century, free at last to coalesce into a very new form of the Spirit of 1776.

The writing itself is brilliant. Whatever you may make of it, plenty is laid out for fertile ground in framing where we have been, and where we find ourselves now.
