The militaries of the countries of those nations of the Commonwealth REALM (notably UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia) take oaths of allegiance to the Crown (Head of State), not their respective governments.
The UK makes a half-exemption of the Army to Parliament due to the agreement after the Cromwell era and glorious Revolution. The Royal Navy, RAF and then militaries of those other governments are under direct control of the Crown.
All of those governments (except the UK which is directly ‘assented’ by the Monarch) also have Governors-General, a type of viceroy who can dismiss those governments at the ‘pleasure’ or prerogative of the Crown. It does not happen often, but it has happened within the last century.
Do not be fooled by the media/academia presentations to the public and those ‘subjects’ of those nations that the role of the Crown is merely ceremonial. That is a facade of propaganda.

For example, all publicly owned land in Australia, where I lived and served in the military, is called Crown land. It is owned by Australia not the Governor General or the King. All public prosecutions are titled the Crown versus defendant. The King has no role in our government or the running of our military, nor does the Governor General who acts only on the advice of the cabinet in parliament as represented by the Prime Minister who, interestingly holds an office not mentioned in our constitution. The Governor General once sacked the federal government because our senate denied the spend thrift far left Prime Minister and his cabinet any funding. So this Prime Minister tried to borrow funds from shady Arab oil barons. The Governor General told the Prime Minister that wasn’t legal, that funding had to be approved by the Senate, and that the Prime Minister either had to hold an election for the Senate to break the impasse or resign and hold a new election for the Senate and the House. He did neither so the Governor General sacked the Prime Minister. The Governor General swore in a new acting Prime Minister purely for the purpose of calling a federal election, which he did, and six weeks later the sacked Prime Minister suffered the heaviest federal election loss in Australia’s history.

Whoever may be trying to set upa credible EU military force have a (probably) insurmountable problem.
Firstly, such a military would require FUNDING.
ALL of the major EU countries have, for many years NOT spent money on financing robust militaries, so that they could give their electorates generous pension plans, 30 days/year paud time iff, 30 hour work weeks, and extensive funding of ifrastructure and comprehensive healthcare.

“What we see now is that Ukraine is slowly getting ground, they are probably still looking for weak points in Russian defenses, they still haven’t committed major forces that they prepared for the counteroffensive,” Pavel said. “So, we will see more done over the summer.”

Russia has already destroyed three Ukrainian Armies and working on the destruction of the fourth now. Where are they going to get men for a fifth army?

In the Confederate South, the initial army came from militias that had been created through a political process. The South was lucky to have had few battles in 1861. By 1862 most of the political officers had been canned, and conscription was started in earnest. Much of that army was destroyed in the summer of 1862. The army of 1863 was mostly destroyed at the battles of Gettysburg and Vicksburg. Most able bodied men had been conscripted by 1864 and were slaughtered in that summer. The conscription law of February 1865 expanded conscription to the very young and the very old in addition to cancelling all previous exemptions, such as those having paid replacements or religious exception. The Confederacy could muster too few by 1865 to build an effective force and was crushed in the opening days of battle that year.
Ukraine is a large country, but there are signs that the populace have soured on the war. The Ukrainian army has begun conscripting men of all ages by abducting them off of the streets. Units at the front are reported to have refused to go into battle where life expectancy is measured in a handful of hours. Even if Ukraine is able to field another army, it is unclear that it will be an effective one.

I think Russia knows regime change in Ukraine has to be one of its conditions for ceasing hostilities. They have stated so, and I think they will stick with that.

Instead, in all likelyhood it is U.S. which will be financially crushed by loss of rrserve status, emergence if BRICS+ currency alternative, and destruction if U.S. Military capability.

I’m not clear that these are conflicting decisions. The deliberate double speak makes it nearly impossible to see the true agendas, but I think both decisions are affirming the “right” of the medical industry to mutilate children.

The only way the government could break the rights and responsibilities of parents was through a court case proving unfitness. Watch the state cut out that step. It now claims a right to mutilate your child without your consent if it’s for “gender-affirming” purposes.
Oregon wanted to pass a law that minors down to the age of 15 could get anything they wanted through the public “schools” and whatever counselors or drug reps might be in attendance. After a protracted fight, they got the bill passed that gender-affirming genital mutilation and chemical castration would only be allowed if two medical professional agreed. No mention of the now extinct sacred relation of parents to children previously protected under parental rights.
It’s another step in making our children their property.

In sddition to allegations of abuse enabling the State to intervene, once a couple files for divorce, and asks the Court to determine custody, the Court has control.

I took my very last commerical flight back in 2008, and never again.
The plight of the professional airline pilots under siege thru vax mandates is one of the unsung and little remarked upon offshoots of the mess we are in today. It has gotten so bad that the FAA is revising First Class Medical Cert criteria downwards, regularly now. The military pilot ranks are also being decimated.
This whole madness is now infecting the medical establishment. Affirmative Action has been an unmitigated disaster for Western Civilization, and continues to compound its negative returns.
I am thankful and grateful that I made it thru all the madness and have reached, and achieved, retirement. Clown world is no place to pursue a career, of any sort, any longer.
