As far as the covid task force….he has never addressed specifics as to what his personal recommendations were. One article I read said there is no record of his individual opinions within the task force recommendations. He may have recommended lockdowns in some measure. So did DeSantis. So did Trump (although only on a limited short duration). He may have endorsed harsh recommendations. We don’t know.
I am not saying this to support Vivek. I am a solid Trump vote. I am only saying that it is really hard to vet Vivek since he has no political voting record and has distanced himself (or strongly rejected) some of the concerning past relationships.

I read mate. Great story. My cousin has worked with the Trump organization, and told me, while he never meet PDJT himself, he has meet his 2 sons and some of the executives and stressed to me, while they are tough in business negotiations they were great to work with. He respected them allot.
I think the left and Trump haters have done a good job defining Trump as an unhinged ego driven ruthless character and his management style is autocratic. In other words, not someone people can deal with and that’s why so many people have spoken against him.
My view s he is results oriented and demands that people do the jobs they signed up for and commit too. Probably does not have much patience with people who don’t get results. Results are not part of the DC vocabulary and I can see how that would frustrate President Trump.
I would like to see people that worked closely with him discuss his management style and that he tries to get the results he promised and best for our country. He wants results and loyalty to the promises made, not the typical Washington bureaucratic way of doing things.
Of course I don’t know, but that’s my perception.

Deranged Gunman On Scooter ‘Randomly’ Shoots People In NYC

A deranged 25-year-old Hispanic male indiscriminately shot four people, killing one, while casually motoring around New York City on a scooter. Police say the suspect was experiencing a mental health crisis.
The shooting spree in Brooklyn and Queens started around 1110 ET Saturday and ended two hours later, police said. The 25yo gunman was in possession of a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun with a high capacity magazine and an “illegal” scooter, New York Police First Deputy Commissioner Edward Caban said at a news conference.
Police sources told NBC News that the suspect “appears to suffer from emotional or mental issues.” NYPD Assistant Chief Joseph Kenny noted that the suspect was a “male Hispanic.”
The rampage started when the suspect shot a 21yo man in the shoulder in Cypress Hills. About 20 minutes later, the suspect fatally shot an 87yo man once in the back on Jamaica Avenue near 108th Street. A 44yo man was reportedly shot in the face near 126th Street and remains in critical condition. And a 63yo man was shot in the shoulder on 134th Street.
“We don’t know the motive…If you look at the demographics and pedigree of the victims, they’re all different,” Kenny said.
The assistant NYPD chief continued, “At this time, the video shows that he’s not targeting anybody. He’s not following anybody as he’s driving on his scooter, he’s randomly shooting people.”
The suspect was arrested two hours later on the corner of Sutphin Boulevard and 94th Avenue in Queens.
This is just another day in crime-ridden NYC as Democrats fail to enforce law and order. Remember, progressives in City Hall were the ones that pushed disastrous defunding the police.

This is earthquake stuff. page 8, footnote, the Defendants admit the truth of the allegations. All of the quotes, emails, etc. cited in the memorandum, are admitted to be true. The perfidy, the shear unadulterated hubris, the evil of these demons is on full display. I’m reading through it and it’s stunning to see the levels of corruption on full display.
This is not hard reading, it’s breath-taking. I had no idea the degree to which they have been exposed. The injunction order is not even a footnote to the memorandum. The details laid out in the memo are where the story is.

Our own government sold/transferred WMD’s to Iraq (so they could defend against Iran).
Hence, our own government KNEW that the Iraqi’s had them.
So, when the IC claimed that Iraq had WMD’s it was a cover story because . . .
a) they learned that Iraq was selling these weapons to another entity; and
b) they did not want it to come out that they had supplied these weapons to Iraq in the first place.

Saddam used WMD as a symbol of power and prestige. And he used them to murder Kurds and Iranians. When Bush took the nukes away, he failed to get all of the WMD. Inspectors later found and took away Biological WMD. And there were still stockpiles of the very old Chemical WMD used to murder that were found long after Saddam was dead.
We hid that we were finding and destroying these weapons fairly well, but the terrorists were finding more and using them in IEDs. Apparently having lied about new WMD and been called on it, we couldn’t come back with a see we told you so because these were so old.
Saddam didn’t want to overtly get rid of WMD, or even be seen as cooperating. That would show weakness that would risk both internal and external security.
But we are reasonably sure that he felt the heat and had postponed his drive to have them all. He had had his experts hide the plans to be revived when the heat had passed them by. He was also abusing the food for oil program, and that was too lucrative to risk.
Finally, our talking head ex generals were talking about how the Iraqi Generals were all led to believe that Saddam had the weapons, that the generals next to him were trusted with them, but that he wasn’t trusted. Real intelligence shared openly, or propaganda spread to chum the water?
So the lies were tightly interwoven. Both ours and his. Having caught him hiding and making biological weapons, we would never believe that he wasn’t trying to make more.
But he had shelved those projects for later. We even unearthed the plans. And he never really cooperated to show us the truth, he couldn’t afford to show that image.
Apparently we had intelligence that he was claiming that he still had them when he didn’t have any new ones, just scattered stockpiles of old weapons we hadn’t found until the occupation.
But the evidence we did have was weak and we really couldn’t prove our accusation. We sure were planning on showing the world we were right. But in the end, we gave up trying.
Secular Iraq was on a “hitlist” of 7 nations to be targetted, that general Wesley Clark has stated using the CIA-Saudi-Pakistan high treason of 9/11 as the “New Pearl Harbor” for justification/propaganda “War On Terror”. My boss during a few years in the mid-2000, Åke Sellström, had served as weapon inspector in Iraq both in the 1990s and in 2002. He told us that they had found evidence that Iraq was still working on both chemical and biological warfare systems prior to the invasion 2003. However, this is counter to the official “verdict”.
The contradiction (in the above post) may in part be due to the fact that the official UN weapons inspectorate looked for stock-piles of weapons, whereas IIRC Sellström told us that he had found evidence that the Iraqis had continued laboratory research and know-how for developments of new CW and BW agents.
When it comes to lies I think you ought to be careful. To a large extent it is or was a question on how critically one questioned the intelligence. Remember that before 1991 the intelligence agencies of all the Western countries (bar Israel, but no one wanted to listen to them) had missed how much CBRN weaponry Sadam had collected. After the first Gulf-war no intelligence agency wanted to be caught in the same situation, but the HUMINT was still poor. Therefore the CIA, MI6, BND etc used sources that were not properly vetted. The general consencus in the years leading up to 2003 was that Iraq was still in possession of WMD. However, when GWB started political moves to initiate an invasion of Iraq, the securiy services started to to some extent back off, because now they would once again have their evidence scrutinized.

Who is Antony Sutton? Antony Cyril Sutton (February 14, 1925 – June 17, 2002) was a British-American writer, researcher, economist, and professor. Mr. Sutton was educated in Britain, Germany & the U.S.

Sutton became an economics professor at California State University, Los Angeles. He had a research fellowship at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution on War, Revolution, and Peace from 1968 to 1973.
At the Hoover Institution, he wrote the study Western Technology and Soviet Economic Development (in three volumes), arguing that the West played a major role in developing the Soviet Union from its beginnings until the then-present year of 1970. Sutton argued that the Soviet Union’s technological and manufacturing base, which was then engaged in supplying North Vietnam during the Vietnam War, was built by United States corporations and largely funded by US taxpayers.

The update to the text, The Best Enemy Money Can Buy, looked at the role of military technology transfers up to the 1980s.
Sutton’s next three published books (Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution, Wall Street and FDR and Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler) detailed Wall Street’s involvement in the Bolshevik Revolution to destroy Russia as an economic competitor and turn it into “a captive market and a technical colony to be exploited by a few high-powered American financiers and the corporations under their control” as well as its decisive contributions to the rise of Adolf Hitler and Franklin Delano Roosevelt, whose policies he assessed as being essentially the same “corporate socialism,” planned by the big corporations.

In his view, the only solution to prevent such abuse in the future was that “a majority of individuals declares or acts as if it wants nothing from government, declares it will look after its own welfare and interests” or, specifically, if “a majority finds the moral courage and the internal fortitude to reject the something-for-nothing con game and replace it by voluntary associations, voluntary communes, or local rule and decentralized societies.”
