(Databases & machines are hacked & tracked in real time… showing who voted & didn’t vote; so fraudulent ballots could be printed & filled out for those who didn’t vote, which are then given to the NGOs to distribute to the ballot boxes. The last step of distribution was shown in the “2000 Mules” documentary. Dr. Frank says the ballot box stuffing is a symptom of the fraud. The real fraud took place in the machine. Three people in New Hampshire asked me why FoxNews uses such “horrible” pictures of me when doing or promoting a story. The coloring, distortions, everything are just so bad. Second, which side is likely to win the war? Russia will ultimately win the war, although it will not decisively defeat Ukraine. In other words, it is not going to conquer all of Ukraine, which is necessary to achieve three of Moscow’s goals: overthrowing the regime, demilitarizing the country, and severing Kyiv’s security ties with the West. But it will end up annexing a large swath of Ukrainian territory, while turning Ukraine into a dysfunctional rump state. In other words, Russia will win an ugly victory.

Cessation of breathing is an apnea, excessively shallow breathing is a hypoxia, such events are tallied in a sleep study to determine and characterize degree of severity; unfortunately there’s no reference to this number in these reports, but it likely little matters, if he needs it enough to be on it, it’s relatively significant.
As I noted on this subject upthread, it’s strange they claim it’s an ongoing problem, yet only began therapy recently; I suspect it’s a new symptom of his neurological degeneration, or at the least a worsening one that they are now forced to treat.
Interestingly enough, down in the Tweet thread is a reference to thousands of people that can’t get new CPAP machines from a certain manufacturer due to lack of chips, and I also have needed a new machine from another manufacturer for over a year and the VA is still waiting for one for the same seemingly engineered reason, seems a fine way to off the elderly and unwell.
My machine actually finally died and I had to take it apart and fix it myself, so I bought a back up machine that doesn’t need that chip which is just a cell phone link for automatic reporting, as counting on the VA to survive is a crap shoot.
