Something like that. It was bizarre on many levels and nobody laughed or engaged.

After reading a couple of things, it seems that Trump was there with an aide and with other people connected with Meadows book.
Trump shows the material and his aide comments favorably, with the implication that these documents show a war plan.
However Trump and she may have been the only two people who saw these alleged war plans. And they were probably simply bullshitting together that these were actual war plans.
Plus of course the usual defense that there are no indications trump transmitted any such documents etc. ….
Trump shows someone a piece of paper (not) and he should be prosecuted.

It was articles in a magazine. Someone said that the New Yorker had written an Article about Millley regarding his war plans for Iran, and Milley was mouthing off about Trump in the Article. Trump was talking about that Article in the magazine. He doesn’t have the papers for the Plan. Meadows had put something about it in his Book which said that Trump reviewed the 4 pages of the Plan in his office when he was President.
So I guess they were trying to find those papers when the raided Mar-lo-go but didn’t find them. They were looking for something that Trump did not have but I guess they don’t believe him. That’s why they couldn’t charge him regarding the war plans, they don’t have the evidence. They just want to damage Trump one way or another.

Why is Secret Service working for and protecting Hunter? I’m not being naive – I just want to know what is stated justification which supports using American tax dollars for Hunters protection?
